309n AIO stopped printing black bought new printhead from HP still does not print black??? tried the "cleaning" process finally bought new cartridge carriage cost me $50 from HP still dies not print black> i believe it is a software issue. Any help would be appreciated.

I understand you have a Photosmart C309n that has stopped printing black. I'm sorry to hear this has been happening, but I will do my best to assist you.
I would recommend following this Print Quality document as it will help determine whether the issue is with the hardware or the software. If your test pages come out with black then it may very well be a software issue. However, if the test pages come out with no black still it's a hardware issue with the printer. In that case if you follow through that document and the black still isn't printing then you can have a look at Bob_Headrick's post about soaking your printhead.

That is the way it works. It designed to do that.
In addition to everything else you have to this other person's computer you would have to move your complete iTunes library over also. Only then will it recognize youriTouch.

L7590 Print Heads replaced & still does not print

Have replaced black/yellow printhead, started machine up and get new message to replace both the black/yellow head and magenta/cyan head. Printer will not operate. Ran diagnostic. No help. If I just replace the magenta/cyan head will the printer work? or am I throwing good $$ after bad? Can the new head be defective?

Will the printer make a copy? If so the issue lies in the connection to the computer or the driver. If copies are also blank then I would sugest you try the solution shown in this post.

My apple id has been disabled. I have set a new password and it still does not work. Does anyone know why this would have happened. About 6 months ago someone hacked my itunes account so I set a new password.

New hard drive, mac still does not work

Mac stopped working so took it to a mac store and they said its most likely the hard drive. Sent the hard drive back because it was still under warranty and they sent me a new one.
Installed new hard drive in the computer and when I turn it on I cant find the HD anywhere so that I can format it. The install disc is the only thing that shows up and when it asks where I want to have the disc installed there is nothing for me to click because the HD is not there.
Am I missing something or is the HD not the issue? Thanks

Drive Preparation
1. Boot from your OS X Installer Disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu.
2. After DU loads select your hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Note the SMART status of the drive in DU's status area. If it does not say "Verified" then the drive is failing or has failed and will need replacing. SMART info will not be reported on external drives. Otherwise, click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
3. Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Partition button and wait until the process has completed.
4. Select the volume you just created (this is the sub-entry under the drive entry) from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
5. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Security button, check the button for Zero Data and click on OK to return to the Erase window.
6. Click on the Erase button. The format process can take up to several hours depending upon the drive size.
7. Upon completion quit DU and return to the installer. Complete installing Snow Leopard.

A security comparison graph from Vanguard site does not print.

When I go to "File, Print Preview" the graph and legend does not appear. The text above and below the graph does show.
I believe the graph is produced using Adobe Flash. The graph prints fine when I use Internet Explorer.

When I print a page from the internet it only prints a partial page. I have tried print to fit, it still does not print the whole page. I change the scale to 40% but the print was so small that I could not read it.

Printing Web pages through email is currently not supported. HP is in the process of developing solutions to support Web page printing for mobile devices.

I can't print Multiple pages in FF6 – clipping off content after page 1. I have thrown out firefox completely off my imac and re-installed... still does not print correctly. How do I fix this?

After upgrading last week, i can no longer print multiple page print outs off of any website, without the secondary pages clipping off content. Page 1 prints fine... the remaining pages do not.
pages print fine in both safari and chrome...

If you are wondering why you are not getting any responses, it is because you have vented a complaint without any details that make any sense or give anyone something to work on.
If you want help, I suggest actually detailing what has happened, with versions of software etc. Anything that would let us assist.
As a start I am guessing that you have not really got the hang of "How it all works". Firstly download the Pages09_UserGuide.pdf from under the Help menu. Read that and view the Video Tutorials in the same place. A good addition would be the iWork 09 Missing manual book and something to help you learn how to use your Mac.

My HP Officejet 4680 All-in-One has been making a clicking noise prior to printing for a few days. I pressed on the front panel to feel where the noise was coming from and now it doesn't print at all. Says it is printing but it is not.

11x17 tabloid does not print correctly

I am using an HP Photosmart printer model 8550, my previous printer was an HP Photosmart 8750. That printer died and the 8550 is the newer model of the same printer. When trying to print an 11X17 document in tabloid, the page does not print correctly nor does it show in preview mode correctly. The page shifts to the upper left corner so that the left side and top of the document do not print. If you scale down the size you can get it to print the whole documentm but you cannot get it to use the whole 11x17 page. Anyone else with this problem and a solution? Thanks!

My hp 6500a does not print with my laptop running Windows 8.1 (size mismatch)

I am trying to print from a PC running Windows 8.1 to my HP 6500A all in one printer. It will not print anything except 6x4 photos. If trying to print a document on A4 size, I get the message of size mismatch. I tried it on a second PC (again with Windows 8.1) and it still does not print.
