313 and 315 Movment Type

Hi,
We are doing 313 Mvt type ( Transfer Sloc to Sloc -- two step Procedure ) using MB1B and we are doing GRN ( MIGO -- Place in storage -- 315 Mvt Type ) .
Scenario :
Now we are issuing the material ( 313 Mvt type ) -- 100 kgs and we are receing the goods through MIGO (315 Mvt type ) so while accepting the goods first i am doing a GRN of 90 Kgs , and the next time when i am trying to do GRN against the same doucment it accepts only the remaining 10 Kgs -- this is fine
Now i wanted to Know where the material doucments are getting stored . I have seen in MSEG there i can see the issue and receipt material doucment , but i am not getting the link , how the ssytem is checking the quanitites.
In which table it is getting stored ?

Hi!
Unfortunately, there is not any link between the material documents posted with the movement types 313 and 315.
The material document of the 313 posting only acts as an input help for the posting with movement type 315.
The system does not build any link between these two documents.
When you post with the movement type 313 you decrease the un-restricted use stock in the issuing storage location (MARD-LABST) and increase the stock in transfer in the receiving storage location (MARD-UMLME).
As long as you have stock in MARD-UMLME, you will be able to post the following movement type 315.
You can, therefore, for example, post a single 313 for 10 KG and then 10 individual 315 for 1 KG each. The system will not build any link between the documents, and it will allow you to post the 315 as long as you have stock in MARD-UMLME.

Movement type 313 and 315 with special stock K.

Hi,
I would like to post a movement type 313 and 315 with special stock k (consignment) but it is not possible. Also i have tried to create a new movement type (OMJJ) coping 313 and trying to set stock special k in somewhere but I couldn't.
it is possible a movement type 313 K or 315 K?

Movement type 313 and 315 with Special stock indicator Q requirment

Hi Gurus,
We have the business requirement to use the Mvt 313 and 315 with special stock Q (two step stock transport for storage Location to storage location transfer). But when we are trying to use the t-code MB1B with MVt 313 with Q its not available. We know its because of SAP standard.
Also we suggested to use the Mvt 411 Q but users wants the 313 /315 with Q from moving the project stock by storage location to storage location and received the update as below.
We have looked into the option of transferring the project stock to plant stock. Unfortunately, as well as being transaction-heavy and prone to manual errors, this has accounting implications. So, we need to be able to action the two-step transfer on project stock via the enhancement described in the SAP documentation.

The link is specific to PM config . Could any one can suggest me how to handle this one to do with 313 and 315 with special stock type Project (Q) to transfer the stock by two step transfer.

It seems you have to activate business function set LOG_EAM_ROTSUB (transaction SFW5). After that the customizing node will be available:
SPRO > Plant Maintenance and Customer Service > Maintenance and Service Processing > Maintenance and Service Orders > Functions and Settings for Order Types > Goods Movements for Order > Movement Types for PM/CS Orders

Link between 313 and 315 documents

I am using two step transfer for stor. loc to stor loc transfer by 313 (Transfer posting - Others) to move stock from Supplying stor loc to In transfer. And then, with respect to document no. of 313, place in storage by movement type 315.
But there is no link between document nos. of 313 and 315. So it's not possbile to get report of the same.
Kindly resolve this issue asap.

The Mvt 313 and 315 is relavent for Excise, In our setup.
where as the same funcation is their is their with mvt 313, but we have not made is relavent for Excise.

Report for 313 and 315 movement

Hi all,
I am developing a report which gives all document no related with 313 for which 315 movement is not completed.
i hv did similar report for 103 & 105 movememt, but that time there is field MSEG-LFBNR, which i used to link between 103 & 105 movement
I am not getting relation between two movements 313 & 315

There is no issues to fetch record from MSEG for 313 & 315
What i required is to link document no belonging to 313 & 315 resp.
actualy 313 & 315 should be done in sequence
and while doing 315 we have to give document no which we get after 313.
so how to relate above two movement?

OSS note 496992 :
The withdrawal from the blocked stock or the quality inspection stock is not supported.
Solution
To date, there is no solution available for this problem in the SAP standard system.
OSS note 448761 explaining solution and some restrictions for VLMOVE Event 0025 stock transfer blocked stock in plant process.
amongst other things following is said:
There are not two-step movement types for blocked stock since no stock in transit, quality inspection exists .
You can proof it technically as well:
The stock is stored in table MARD. Table MARD does not have fields for transit stock unrestricted, transit stock blocked or transit stock QI.
MARD just has fields transit stock, unrestricted stock, blocked stock and QI stock. Hence the quantity can only be in one of these fields.

Good Receipt (movment type : 161) for a PO (PO with Return items) -- Error

Hi,
When i post a good receipt (movment type : 161) for a PO (PO with Return items), i have this Error Message :
" Account 61522200 requires an assignment to a CO object "
Note : in this GR i have already : Profit center, Funds center and Order (CO objects)
So please what could be the reason ? and how to resolve it ?

Please check first the field status of the account in FS00. If this account requires CO object as mandatory then check whether a cost element is created or not , this error normally occurs when CO object is mandatory but relevant cost element is not created.

Goto OKB9 : The u201CChage View u201CDefault account assignment: Overviewu201D appears. Enter the company code, cost element, and default cost object. The cost object could be a cost center, internal order or profit center.

Usage decision for movment type 323

Hello
Can anyone tell me how I can post movment type 323 through QA11 with a usage decision?
I can see in config Quality Management>Quality Inspection>Inspection Lot Completion>Define Inventory Postings that there is a posting UD TRANSFER02 that uses 323 but I cannot see how this is posted through transaction QA11!

hello,
Can you do this. in the config path Quality Management>Quality Inspection>Inspection Lot Completion>Define Inventory Postings , create a new entry with 08 suffix. Assign mvt type 323 to it.
In my system it comes with a description "other qty posting". Save it. now this new entry will show up in qa 11 in the inspection lot stock tab where you could post the quantity with this entry to trigger 323 mvt type.
Now go OMJJ and check for mvt 323 whether QA11 is in the allowed transactions , if not add it there/. ( Caution: 323 isnt meant to work with QA11)
now run qa11, it works fine.
But my question is if you arent accepting , rejecting or doing a sample, or other functions described for QA 11 UD , then you can just do a MB1B 323 and this should serve your purpose, why do this though QA11.

Satish,
are you sure that you applied the right logic regarding signs in the POS inbound?
In WPUBON the Field E1WPU02-VORZMENGE must be negative so the POS inbound will consider this line item as sales and would put 251 als movement type if the sign is not minus it would put 252.
With the WPUUMS it is the same.
Are you using WPUBON01 or WPUUMS?

Hi,
Whenever goods movment happens following things are going on in the background:
A material document is generated, which is used as proof of the movement and as a source of information for any other applications involved.
If the movement is relevant for Financial Accounting, one or more accounting documents are generated.
The stock quantities of the material are updated.
The stock values in the material master record are updated, as are the stock and consumption accounts.
651 - two steps - with a transfer posting using 453
653 - one steps - direct post to unrestricted used
*Using movement type 651, you post returns from a customer with a return delivery in Shipping to blocked stock returns.
Using 653 movement type, you post returns from the customer with returns delivery via Shipping directly to the valuated stock.

I have to handle SD MM & PP modules for one of the plant
I am having a hard time in understanding the Movment types like 541, 542, 543, 101 etc
I have tryind all the answers in the fourm and googled as well but will seriously appreciate if anyone can explain the various movment types with simple examples

Hi,
Movement type will help the SAP to determine whether it has reduce the stock or to increase the stock and in same way it will help the system to determine the respective assigned GL accounts.
Few examples were as below...
101 >> If you are doing Goods receipt for any material against the created PO, you use this and at this time the stock will get increase and the accounting entries will be Stock Acc Dr & PL acc Cr
102 >> If you want to reverse the above GR, You can use this & in this case the stock will get reduced and the accounting entries will be Stock Acc Cr & PL acc Dr
501 >> If you are doing any local purchasing and you dont have any PO for that, then directly you can do the GR using this and the accounting entries will be Stock acc Dr & PL acc Cr
541 >> During issuing the stock to any sub contracting vendor
542 >> If you want to reverse the above
543 >> when you receive the material from sub contracting vendor, you need to do the GR for semifinished or Finished material & in the back end your sub components will get consumed. at this time this will be used by the system.
