32-bit plug-in with 64-bit CC? How can it work?
I just purchased / rented Photoshop CC but my old-reliable plug-in can't work with it because it's 32 bit & CC is 64-bit..how can I get my plugin to work?

Is it possible to support Logic in 32-bit plug-ins in future updates? How about to make a bridge built in Logic. I would have long ago moved on to a new version of Logic, but I have the equipment (UAD-1 and Liquid Mix), which are not run on the Loqic X. So I would suggest to make a bridge in Logic X. As it was in version 9 of the Logic.
In addition.. Focusrite have stated they will not be releasing a 64bit version of Liquid Mix as they consider it outdated software these days.... even though at one point a limited release beta version had a 64bit AU version included but it was so unstable it was rapidly dropped...
However the 32bit to 64bit bridge plugin 32 Lives, states it will handle and 'convert' the Stereo version of Liquid Mix to 64bit but not the Mono version... within LPX

Finally, like others here, I would be extremely surprised if Apple added 32bit AU support back into LPX.. That '32bit tech' is long dead and gone....in terms of modern DAWs... as it is in other DAWs such as the recent PT versions... -

Previous versions of Firefox were only 32 bit, Firefox 4 for the Mac contains 32 and 64 bit versions. If you want to always start Firefox in 32 bit mode, open up Finder and go to the Applications folder. Control-click the Firefox app and click "Get Info", then select the "Open in 32-bit mode" option.

You have to go to SMTP settings for your email account and enter a password there. Sended and receiving are two different activities managed by 2 differet servers, and each may require a separate user ID and password.

Any of the above will work, depending how you would like to set it up.
Given that kids tend to eventually grow up and be independent, the best long term answer for most people is to let her have her own account and her own library as soon as she can handle it. Keep in mind that content purchased from the iTunes Store is permanently tied to the account from which it was originally purchased, so separating later is a challenge.
If you want to sync multiple devices to the same library, that will work. Or if you want separate libraries (as I would recommend), they can be either on separate computers or on separate Windows user accounts on the same PC.
For the name change: Connect the device. When the name appears in the left sidebar of iTunes, highlight it and change it. -
I have multiple album titles of the same name with different artists. How can I get them to go under one album title again?
In iTunes(on a Mac or PC) just tap on 'Albums' rather than 'Artists' and you'll see them all together.
You may find that there are songs mislabelled. In which case right tap on the Album or Artist and tap 'Get Info', then change to the correct name and the songs will join the rest of the songs for that Artist or Album.
Then resync with your iPhone and all will be well. -

CHeck out iTunes Match which has an annual fee of £21 or thereabouts. You can store a maximum of 25,000 songs there and they all become available on your other kit, iPhone, iPad and iPod. I know it works as I have over 23000 songs uploaded of which only a few we're bought through iTunes.
it works by comparing your music to the whole iTunes music dadata base so you access the same tunes that you could get from iTunes. If you have obscure stuff, it uploads your own music to the cloud as a copy.
I Find it incredible that on my iPhone with its 16gb memory I can view almost 200 gb of music (ie my 23000 songs) and play any of them. Anything I add to iTunes becomes available via the cloud fairly quickly from a few minutes or a little longer if adding a lot.
The first time you use it it will take quite a while to match your music if you have a lot, but after that it is all automatic. Read the stuff on the apple site. Your PC needs to be at least running Vista. I recommend it and at less than 50p a week it's good value.

You made a purchase and exhausted the credit on your card before it processed. All purchases are final. Contact iTunes Store support. You need to settle up before you can purchase or download anything else.

Copy the ENTIRE iTunes folder (and all other desired data) from the old computer to the new computer. -
