360PE / 730T pen drivers - Windows for Pen Computing 1.0 ?

I've got a pair of old 360PE's and a 730T that I am trying to get running with their original operating systems. We've been able to get most things working running Windows 3.1 but don't have a copy of Windows for Pen Computing 1.0 to install. Does anyone know of a source or have a set of Windows for Pen Computing 1.0 floppies that they would be interested to sell or share. Also I am wondering if there is a Wacom driver for Win 3.1 that I could install which would let the stylus act as a mouse within applications.

I recently had a similar problem after upgrading from Windows Vista Ultimate to Windows 7 Ultimate. The pen only worked on some screens and not others, the finger touch didn't work at all and the calibration was stuck.
I upgraded all the drivers listed at the HP site but this didn't solve the problem.
My solution was to go into the device manager and to upgrade the individual drivers under 'Human Interface Devices' for wacom and to upgrade each one individually to the latest version. The new drivers have installed 'Wacom USB Pen' and 'Wacom USB Touch'. There is a now new calibration facility and the pen and touchscreen works fine :-)

I reinstalled Itunes a couple of times. I unistalled all programs that I never use, I updated all of my drivers, Windows swept my computer and found no problems. I have a yellow causion lite when I look at the USB-port with the phone connected. All other devices work without a problem.

Apple only supports Windows on certain hardware.

Apple provides their framework for Windows to run on a Mac, a piece of software called a Hybrid MBR that bridges the gap between how Windows reads the drive partition table (MBR) and EFI/GUID partition table that Mac's use.
It doesn't mean Windows can't run on your Mac, a third party solution called rEFIt will also bridge the gap and allow booting of more that just Windows, Linux as well for a triple booting computer.
Your hardware has to meet the other requirements the second and third operating system needs as as being able to install drivers that will work for your hardware, especially the fans or they will run loud and fast by default.

This above is a advanced procedure which requires knowledge how computers and various operating systems, drive formats and so forth work.
I even admit I don't know everything myself, but I experiment on a separate piece of Mac hardware (out of warranty/AppleCare) designed for this purpose so in case something screws up I'm not taking down my only machine and can use the other to get online and find solutions.
There is a very high potential for losing your data if your using advanced/non-Apple methods to install Windows on your only Mac where Apple doesn't support it. Also one shouldn't be doing this on Mac hardware that is under AppleCare or warranty as it might be voided. Proceed at your own risk and education.

Hi Bairagi,
You can use most drivers that were originally for Windows Vista. For the chipset and graphics, I'd recommend using the Intel Driver Update Utility. It will automatically recognize your chipset and graphics, after which it will provide you with the most recent drivers for your computer.
For the other drivers, like wifi and audio, most of the Windows Vista drivers will work. You can download them from http://h22207.www2.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/compaq-presario-c700-notebook-pc-series/3466274/... If you get an error that your operating system is not supported, you can use the Compability Mode. Right-click on the driver installation file > Properties > Compability > Windows Vista (Service Pack 2).

Hi, I bet this not the first post on the matter but I really need help with this...
I just got my laptop (3000 v200) updated to Windows 7 and it seems that many of the drivers are missing (fx. the microphone, webcam and touchpad). I've been browsing the net for solutions but sadly I haven't found a single solution which could fix my problem, most likely because I am not an advanced computer guy.

check lenovo download page first but i don't think lenovo doesn't provide windows 7 drivers for your computer. if you have vista drivers, you can try to use them instead of.
by the way, are you using realtek drivers for sound? if yes, you can download the drivers from directly realtek.com

I am so disappointed in HP's response to the roll out of Windows 10. There are no driver downloads for Windows 10 and although I do not feel Microsoft did a grerat job on their roll out regarding their Technical support I am still without my CD, my Kodak camera and had great difficulty getting my printer to work. All my equipment is HP and here I sit dead in the water with some of my issues. Was told to wait a month and check HP again for their new driver down loads. I just did the auto driver update download which scans the system that reported no issues were found. It was Windows 7 check. It should have acknowledged that nothing was available for Windows 10 and when it should be expected. I understand from Microsoft Dell, Acer and others had all their drivers available for the Windows 10. So I have the Aspire M3970 as well. I applied for the Windows 10 upgrade, and it comes back saying I'm totally compatible. Install and any connection via the Internet to Micosoft programs (Edge, Search, Store, Windows update, etc.) doesn't work. Yet Chrome and Vista do work fine. The two other posts are correct... so I'll just clarify. What's happening right now is your system is trying to boot into Windows in order to finish the installation. What you want to do is make it boot into OS X. As mende1 indicated, with your system off, hold down the Option key and continue to hold it while you turn the system on. You will eventually be presented with an option to select which partition you would like to boot from. Choose OS X. After you get into OS X, again, as mende1 indicated, change the Startup Disk to OS X. What this will do is cause your system to automatically boot into OS X when you restart it instead of you having to use the Option key when booting each time.
Relaunching BootCamp Assistant will allow you to remove your Windows installation and partition.

Have you verified that your Windows 8.1 is a Pro or Enterprise edition? The Basic edition cannot join a domain.

OOBE will only hide pages that contain the answers in the XML. So if you want OOBE to prompt for a computer name, make sure your XML does not contain the ComputerName object.

It sounds like you are getting an error stating that the iTunes installer cannot be run on your computer. I would try downloading the 64 bit version of iTunes from here:

If issues persist when trying to install it, I would try running through the steps in the article named:

How do I create an executable for a computer that does not have IVI drivers

I'm creating an executable driver (based on the NI drivers) for a TDS 3054 intended for a computer that does not have the IVI engine. I would prefer to install as little software on this computer as possible. Is it possible for me to build the driver with the appropriate support DLL's without installing IVI on the user's computer? How do I do this?

Since the tkds30xx driver you are using is IVI based, you will not be able to use it without the IVI Engine.
If you must build an executable that does not require the IVI Engine, then you will need to use a traditional LabVIEW driver or convert a VXIpnp driver into LabVIEW. Neither of those drivers would require the IVI Engine.
At this time the only TDS 3054 driver on NI's IDNet website is the IVI-based tkds30xx driver.

Right now I am guessing at what you seek. Are you trying to use your HP Touch Screen to do your
Premiere Elements importing, editing, and exporting and the Touch Screen movements are not working
to do what you want to do in Premiere Elements?
Have you configured the HP computer Touch Screen? Using the Touch Screen, what cannot you do
that you can do with the mouse?

If I am guessing correctly here, does the mouse work instead of the Touch Screen to allow you to
work in the program.
I suspect that Premiere Elements does not support Touch Screen and you will end up using a mouse, but I would need to do more homework on
that.

So I re-installed Windows XP Pro on my computer and I just installed iTunes. I also updated my iPod. I have a 4GB Ipod Nano 2nd Gen. Itunes tells me that my iPod is for another computer, obviously since I re-intalled windows. How do I make it native to this copy of Windows vs my old one? Even tho they're the same copy..

There are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the files from your iPod, this is just a selection. Have a look at the web pages and documentation for these, they are generally quite straightforward.
