3750X 15.2.1E3 Updated Release Notes
I'm trying to find the updated release notes for 15.2.1E3 on the 3750X platform.
The link given on the IOS download page has not been updated with the E3 release info:

It only shows the caveats up to E2.

It looks like the folks in charge of that neglected to publish the updated notes. I checked it myself two different ways and found the same thing.
If you have a unit under Smartnet support, you could open a case and request the latest release notes.

I have seen that there are many BIOS updates, versions 6.50, 6.60 and 6.70 but no release notes with documentation on the new features or resolved caveats.
Doesnt provide Toshiba with this information?
I expected to have enough information to decide on update by myself.

What you can do is to check BIOS update version on US page - http://support.toshiba.com/drivers
There you can find info what is new in certain BIOS update.
Anyway, if your notebook runs well and stabile BIOS update is not necessary. -

IPod Firmware Updates - Release Notes?
Does Apple release official 'Release Notes' with their software updates?
I was never able to find any 'What's New & Fixed' document on iPod Classic firmware updates v1.0.1 or 1.0.2.
Does anyone have any links to know what's new in 1.0.2?
I personally have a habbit of liking to read release notes before updating.
I know that 1.0.2 was a fix update, but would really like to know what exactly was fixed.
Please reply if you have any input.

Looks like the new firmware fixes the Cover Flow problem that caused compilations with different artists to appear once for each artist.
However, it also looks like the firmware has introduced a new bug. For example, I have nine Emerson, Lake, and Palmer albums. When I look at these albums with the Cover Flow in iTunes, they correctly appear grouped together. However, when I look at these albums with Cover Flow on the iPod, those albums are split into three groups:
- one group of six albums, at the correct place (among the artists beginning with the letter "E")
- one group of one album (among the artists beginning with the letter "E", but near the end of the letter "E", out of alphabetical order)
- one group of two albums (following artists beginning with the letter "G")
There is also another bug for a compilation album in my collection. It's a compilation where the "Album Artist" field is set to "Various Artist", and the "Sort Album Artist" field is set to "Jazz A Saint Germain". Each of the songs has a separate "Artist" and "Sort Artist" field as well.
With iTunes, Cover Flow shows the album at the correct place, among the albums with artists starting with "J". With the iPod, Cover Flow shows the album in the wrong place, towards the end of the collection. In addition, the album artist that is displayed by iTunes (correctly) is "Various Artists" but, on the iPod, it incorrectly shows "Angelique Kidjo", which happens to be the artist for the first song on the album.
Looks like that firmware needs a little bit more work...
Coverflow is the least of my worries with the 1.0.2 update; I'm in the apple store as I type & got a new replacement 160gb iPod Classic Black.
I hope that this new one works a lot better. -

All except the Ps update have the expected release notes - see images below.

Software Update is not finding latest release (April 3) of Java 2012 001 Update on my iMac mid-2007, but it downloaded it automatically on my iMac mid-2011 yesterday. Both are running Mac OS X Lion 10.7.3. When I try to download the update manually from Apple on my older iMac, it downloads okay, but when I try to open the dmg file, I get a warning message saying that opening this update may make your computer LESS secure. Do you want to proceed? (I did not).
Why would Software Update find this update and install it automatically on one iMac and not the other, if they are both running the same version of Mac OS X Lion? I checked the installed software list on my old iMac and the Java update does not appear there. Why would this update make my old iMac less secure?Recall that Java is not installed as part of Lion.
You have to install it (and are asked if you want to) when you first try to run some java stuff.
Is it possible that the iMac 2007 does not have Java yet?
Try this: open Terminal (from Utilities) and type java -version (exactly like that, with the space before the hyphen).
What do you get?
Consistent with this theory is that the dmg thing gave you the warning - installing java might make your machine less secure because java is a means for bad guys to try to do bad things to your computer.

The following fixes have been done in the December update - #13.1.0.226
1) Fix for Multi-line Errors are not being reported in Flash to Flash Builder workflow
2) AIR for Android UI dialog: Shared runtime and emulator deployment options under Deployment section gets enabled on adding AIR4.0 SDK. This should not be enabled since we dont support shared runtime from AIR 3.9 onwards.
Also certain null checks were added to fix crashes based on crashes logs that were reported.

ISE profiler feed policies update changelog / release notes
I often notice that updated feed policies are skipped because the policy was canged by an admin (me).
In the past the cisco provided policies weren't detailed enought to use them for secure authentication policies, so I modified/added a lot of them.
Is there any changelog/release notes of the automatically distributed feed policies updates?
How can I find out the difference between the policies I created/modified and that ones that the cisco updater provides?
How can I reset the modified entries to the cisco provided values? (in case that ciscos modifications seem to be better than mine) -
2.1 firmware update listed signal strength display fix in its release notes
Summary to those who haven't read Apple's latest letter to iPhone 4 owners:
Apple is saying 'death grip' only affects the graphics of the signal strength not signal itself. Who accepts that? And will therefore fix this in the next firmware update.
But wait! This seems to be fixed in the 2.1 firmware update already!

Firefox 3.6.10 update does not show any release notes. What changed?
Firefox automatically updated to 3.6.10 and brought me to a very general "what's new" page where no information about this update could be found.

Trend Micro RUBotted.exe reports the above. The recommended scan, Trend Micro House Call, completes in 2:40 minutes and does not find a bot on my system. I have done the above action twice, (reading and opening release note fixes) and both times the same identical warnings appeared. My system appears to be clean. However, the RUBotted.exe program is designed to flag bot-like behavior, and I think this finding is correct, and not a false-positive.
This only happens when this page is opened, and I therefore think there is an embedded link that cannot be seen, and is run when this page is opened.
I did update to version 3.6.7, but scanned the system before and after I updated to 3.6.7. Results are identical.
