3D ground plane grid not visible in CC 2014.0.0

i am a Creative Cloud member and since the 2014.0.0 CC version, i am not able to show anymore the 3D ground plane grid.
I use a MacBook Pro Retina (Half 2012), with a NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M (1024 Mo) and OS X 10.9.4.

Photoshop CC Ground Plane grid spacing/density settings?

I was working with some extruded text (just learning 3D aspects of PS) and it appeared that my ground plane disappeared. So while I can see the extruded text and manipulate it and the camera as expected (normally) the ground plane appears to not be there. However upon closer inspection it looks as though the density of the ground plane grid spacing increased significantly (or perhaps got very small?). In the secondary view window while viewing the TOP view, the underlying grid shows, but is very dense, that is it's very closely spaced. It kind of looks like tweed.
I was thinking that I somehow unwittingly screwed up some setting in the document so I created a new document from scratch. I then created a sphere mesh from preset and the grid spacing didn't change from the previous document. It behaves as described above.
Any ideas/suggestions?

Thanks for the response... I have a GeForce GTX580 card (Win 7 on an Alienware Aurora with 24GB RAM). The thing is, it was working fine at some point... just haven't used 3D in PS CC in a while so I'm not sure which update may have caused an issue. All other 3D features work fine so I can't imagine why displaying the ground plane would be that taxing on my system so as to be faint/nearly invisible. Not the biggest issue in the world but I kind of got used to seeing it and it's throwing me off a bit

My screen does not show this. I have selected View>Show>3D Ground Plane but that does not work.

Hi,
You have to have one of the 3D tools selected for the grid to display. Try pressing 'K' or 'N'. If that doesn't turn it on, then go to View> Extras and click it to give it a check mark (or toggle Hide/Show with Ctrl/Cmd+H).

Planning Option Not Visible in Configuration Utility

Hi Everyone,
I have created a Planning Application long back (Classic Application) [9.3.1]. Now we are about to create a new application. The stramge thing is that I am not able to see the Planning option in Configuration Utility. Previously I have installed EPMA and also cofigured the same, But never used EPMA. Now I have created a user in Rdbms and tried to create a Datasource for my new application. Unable to see the option where I can create datasource. Please guide what should be done. (able to see EPMA options like deploy server, configure databse, etc)
I am able to access planning web and access my old Planning application. In fact also able to open Planning application wizard.(Here it asks for datasource).

I am also facing the same problem --- "planning option not shown at all in config utility". Scenario is also the same, some days ago BPMA has been installed though not in use. Planning is working properly, but now, when I want to create another datasource for another application creation, no planning option is showing.
In C:\Hyperion\common\config\product there is no planning folder exists. Could you please suggest how to resolve this issue?

Plan application not visible in Workspce - 11.1.2.1

I am facing some problem with my workspace. I am not able to see any plan applications listed in workspace. more over apart from navigate button te home icon is disabled and there is no explore button activated in workspace. i verified all the provision settings in ss and tried all the suggestions given in the OTN forms... but its not working. EAS planning and ss are un and running. only problem is workspace. if anyone having a correct fix for this please do let me know. I am close to my project deadlines.. your help is very much appreciated.

I verified the provision and it’s in good shape as i am trying to access the application with admin user.
I tried with re configuring the Foundation services >web server and by using the set logical web address for each web application individually to the port 19000. This is working fine..

You can get Row Source Statistics only *after* the SQL has been executed. An Explain Plan midway cannot give you row source statistics.
To get row source statistics either set STATISTICS_LEVEL='ALL' in the session that executes theSQL OR use the Hint "gather_plan_statistics" in the SQL being executed.

Execution Plan Run is not visible in Current Run tab

Hi,
I have created the EP and I have build the EP successfully. After that I am clicking on the Run tab. It says the task has been submitted succesfully to the DAC server.
But, when I am seeing the status in the Current Run tab and also in the Informatica Monitor, My EP run was not visible. There is no record created for this run in the Current Run tab.
Anyone has faced this kind of issue earlier. Please advice me how to resolve this issue.

Saleem its strange. I did not came across this any time. Is it happening for all the Execution Plan's. By restarting the DAC server is it working. Sometimes we may face these kind of problems with DAC and with restart most of them will be resolved. If it gives problem always then there is somthg wrong i believe.

After EM agent installation, only database is not visible in EM Grid Contro

I am using Oracle 10g2 database. I have a problem with EM agent configuration. After installation the database (SID=BITEX) is not visible in the EM Grid Control, which is installed on the other host. Listener, ASM and host are visible and show actual state, only database instance is missing . Below, I attached some output from the listener, agent and targets.xml

I don't see where your listener hostname matches hostname for your agent, thus agent discovery might have issue putting two and two together. Thus, the need to add it manually, or adjust it in targets.xml file first.

Planning application is not visible in calculation manager

Hi,
I'm novice to EPMA.
I have successfully created and deployed an EPMA application,but when i'm unable to see the application(s) under planning node.
As per my knowledge EPMA application by default deployes in calculation manager,if so why the application is not visible.

The issue is resolved now.
The calculation manager service was set to automatic, set it back to manual and restarted calculation manager service.
It showed the application in calc manager.

MRS - Resources and demands are not visible in the Planning Board

Hi Friends - I am working on the the MRSS 610. We have installed it on the our ECC 6.0 as an add-on. We have configured the system as per the configuration guide.
But when I am accessing Manageru2019s Planning Board - /MRSS/PLBOMGR , using the Organization unit, I am getting Notification saying that the resources assigned to the Organization unit are not available in the MRS.
"Resource 00000000010000000000000000000000 not yet created in the WFM Core"
The details of the Error message
"Resource 00000000010000000000000000000000 not yet created in the WFM Core
Message no. /MRSS/SGE034
Diagnosis
Resource 00000000010000000000000000000000 has not yet been created in MRS.
System Response
No assignments have been created for resource 00000000010000000000000000000000, even though, according to the organizational model, this resource is to be taken into consideration in the planning board.

Contact technical support.

Create the resource in question in MRS."
I have run the Report
/MRSS/HCM_RPTWFMIF : Transfers the HR data (availability times, qualifications and the resources itself) into the MRS Basis
But even after that I am not getting the resources in the planning board.
Also I am not able to view the Demands from PM/CS orders.
I have created PM Orders and
Assigned Work centres to the operations and
assigned the Resources to the Operations.
The HR assignment to the work center is also done.
I have tried T Code /MRSS/PLBOSRV - Enter the MRS planning board using a specified order
to pull the order demand. But it is not working
Its giving following message
1004280 is not a valid demand
Message no. /MRSS/SGU139
Diagnosis
The order does not exist in MRS.
This may be because:
The order number has an invalid format.
The order does not exist.
The order is not relevant for planning and has therefore not been transferred to MRS.
The order has been deleted from MRS.
Pls help me on this.

I have checked the MRS configuration as per your suggestion.
It looks fine as per the configuration guide. I have done the PM/CS integration for Orders as demand.
But the Demands are not visible on the Planning Board.
I have checked in the debugging mode what is causing the problem - It looks like
"The Database Table: /mrss/d_dem_h needs entry"
But there are no entries in this table.
I could not find any Customizing transactions or Application transactions for maintaining this table. This is an Application Table for Master and Transaction Data and its Display and Maintenance allowed with Restriction.
I could not also find any transaction for transferring Demand from ECC(R/3) to MRS.
How do I maintain entries in this table?

Saurabh - I have also been not able to transfer HR Resources from ECC to MRS.
We don't have WFM Core installed in our instance. But MRS should work fine without WFM. MRS Basis should take care of it.
To transfer Employee resources i have run the Program " /MRSS/HCM_RPTWFMIF". But when I execute the transaction with the selection parameters system shows that it is processing (Clock at the bottom Status bar) but it does not shows any result or status.
So I am not sure whether it is executing the program properly.
Pls help me resolve these issues.

Agent installed.. but not visible in Grid Control

Hello guys,
i have installed a new Oracle Grid Control (OMS with new database/repository) and upgraded it to 10.2.0.4.
After that i have installed a Oracle Grid control agent 10.2.0.4 agent on a host and configured it.. but the host is not visible in the Oracle Grid control.
The agent itself seems to work.
UPDATE: The problem is solved.. it was described in metalinknote #389528.1... the problem was that after the upgrade to 10.2.0.4 the secure configuration on the OMS was corrupted.

I got the same error and as mentioned on the metalink note I fixed the problem.
however, on target tab of EM if I search clicking on the button ADD it is still dont finding the agent on the another host.

they are seeing the application in planning. they created a scenario dimension containing , budget, actual and forecast.. but in the planing application they can only see budget. the rest 2 are not visible.

Thumbnails not visible in Library Grid View

In LR 1.0 on Mac OS X, after converting from Beta 4.1, my thumbnail images are not visible in the Library Grid View, except for just a brief moment when I first click on a Folder (Shoot) name. The images then disappear, leaving just the background.
Double clicking on an image background brings up the image correctly in Loupe View.
Did I miss something in the conversion?

I have a similar problem, (windows xp)
Besides the thumbnails not being visible, when I open LR 1.0, it shows my folder structure as imported, with the number of files per folder, but right after that, the folder names start to gray out, and the number of pictures in each folder goes to "0" . The pictures are still there.
For each keyword it shows 0 pictures, until I click on that keyword, then it shows the number of pictures for that keyword.
I did uninstall 4.1, and deleted the database, I don't know if this is related to some left over Beta 4.1 somewhere in there.( my old identity plate still shows) I had no issues, other than being slow when using beta 4.1, I had only imported pictures on a as needed basis( in 4.1), and not the whole folder structure. ( as I want to do with LR 1.0 )
Any solutions ? ( other than uninstall and trying to to a better job of cleaning up, before re installing ? )
P.S. about 1000 files ( jpg,tiff,psd) did not get imported due to errors, but most of them were in my 4.1 library with no problems.
P.S 2 the keywords were entered either in bridge or ID imager, and written back to the files, I never used beta 4.1 to enter keywords, just used it to search them.
P.S 3 ( sorry this is getting too long...) it crashed on import 5 times, about 20,000 files, internal HD just for pics.
