3D in photoshop cc does not work, the program will be cut off automatically.What can I do?

my problem is as follows.If I want to make a 3d creation in photoshop, then
asked me to cc in clicking function 3D, after new JUST by layer and then
JUST PRESET and then sphere. Then opens a new window where in it says: you
are about to make a 3d layer.Do you want to switch on the 3d workspace? I
choose YES Then I get to see a new window stating that the program no
longer work properly and quits. Am I doing something wrong or is my pc not
suitable? data from my laptop are: processor a4-5000 AMD APU with radion
(tm) HD graphics 64-bit operating system, hr 4.00 1.50 Gb x64processor

mijn probleem is als volgt.Als ik een 3d creatie wil maken in photoshop cc,
dan wordt mij gevraagt om in functie 3D aan te klikken, daarna NIEUW NET
VAN LAAG en dan VOORINSTELLING VOOR NET en dan BOL.
Dan opend zich een nieuw venster waar in staat:u staat op het punt een 3d
laag te maken.Wilt u overschakelen op de 3d werkruimte?

Vervolgens krijg ik een nieuw venster te zien waarin staat dat het
programma niet goed meer werkt en wordt afgesloten.
Doe ik iets verkeerd of is mijn pc niet geschikt?

Photoshop CS6 has quit working, the program will now close.

Recently after installing adobe flash pro CS6 (It didnt work -.- just said i didnt have permissiosn or the file was missing) My photoshop CS6 and After effects CS4 just quit when I run them. Adobe photoshop cs2 download on adobe website does not work- the serial number does not work?

photoshop cs2 download on adobe website does not work - the serial number given isn't recognised when you enter it when trying to install. the live chat at adobe cannot help and suggested that I may find the answer here. Can anyone help with this?

Adobe has decommissioned the CS2 activation servers, so your old serial number is no longer usable.
If you download the special non-activating version of CS2 that Adobe has made available to licensed CS2 users, you MUST also use the new serial number provided by Adobe on that download page:

Your screen shot is in the virus scanning queue, where it can linger for minutes, hours, days or weeks.

If you are not prepared to upgrade your Photoshop 7, DO NOT UPGRADE TO LEOPARD.
Photoshop 7 and OS 10.5.x (Leopard) are not compatible. When Adobe released Photoshop 7 in 2001 as a Universal Binary for OS9 and OSX they had no idea that Apple would be switching to an Intel chip in 2006. As the release of Leopard is also the end of the Classic environment, this may be the reason Photoshop 7 does not work in Leopard.
As of the release of CS4, Photoshop 7 can no longer be used as a path to upgrade Photoshop. A full version has to be bought now. But Photoshop CS or later can still be used as an upgrade to Photoshop CS4.
It is recommended that Photoshop 7 owners still looking to save money on upgrades stay away from eBay, as, unfortunately, much of the software listed is pirated or misrepresented and you will still not be able to upgrade to CS4.

Print size in Photoshop CC does not work after updating

Print size in Photoshop CC does not work after updating, it was working fine before but now when I click to go to print size either from the menu of right chicking when the hand tool is selected, the image just zooms right out until it is a tiny little box in the centre of the screen, no good what so ever, as I say it was working fine before the update.
I am using window 7 with 8 gb of ram and an I7 with a 1GB graphics card.
Can anyone help please?

Check the Image>Image Size and see what the print size is supposed to to be for the open document.
Also, resetting the photoshop cc preferences might fix it.

Photoshop CS does not append the extension to the filename

Hi there.
My Photoshop CS does not append the extension to the filename, when I save with Save as..., so it save all the files as .psd.
And when I try to open these files, it says that it cannot, because the file is "invalid" or someting.
I had the same problem with Photoshop Elements 5.0
I've that problem only on that computer. Not others.
What I can do?

Well, into PhotoshopCS/Plug-in/File Formats there are those files: Cineon.8bi; Gif.8bi; Png.8bi; WBMP.8bi
I've tried to copy all Photoshop files from another computer, where Photoshop works fine, and I've replaced with them the files on that computer, but it doesn't work yet...
I'm thinking that's a problem of that Pc, but what?

Why while in Bridge Load Files into photoshop Layers does not work?

In Bridge, Tools>Photoshop>Load Files into Photoshop Layers does not work. I have two images selected and when I execute that comman in Bridge nothing happens. I exited and restarted both PS and Bridge and still nothing. I am working in Windows 7 and Photoshop cs6.

Are you using any MS Office third party Add-ins? Test: Remove third party Add-ins other than PDFMaker. Test to see if the MS Office apps run afterward.
Did you attempt to repair MS Office? Test: Go to Add/Remove Control Panel run Repair.
Finally, have you tried testing to see if it's PDFMaker? Test: Use the Add/Remove Control Panel to modify the Acrobat installation to remove PDFMaker. See if MS Office applications launch and behave correctly?
