3rd party IPS fail open device

HI all,
I am looking out for a 3rd party hardware device for IPS 4240 hardware fail open in case if my IPS unit has any hardware problems.
Please suggest me on different model no/make for any 3rd party devices.

I am not aware of any.
However, Cisco IPS 4260 and IPS 4270-20 support the 4-port GigabitEthernet card (part number IPS-4GE-BP-INT=) with hardware bypass.
This 4GE bypass interface card supports hardware bypass.

3rd Party Apps Not Opening?

Hey, earlier today I installed a 3rd party application and i noticed once I installed it any other 3rd party application that I downloaded would not open so i uninstalled the program which I think was causing the problem yet the problem is still occuring, I cannot download any 3rd party app and open it succsefully. When I go to open a 3rd party app it display a few pixels in a line on the dock asif it was about to display the application icon but then it doesnt open?
I have tried verifying my disk permissions and repairing them but nothing it working?
Any reply would be highly appreciated.

I think it'll be better to restore your system using time machine to an earlier state...but i too am clueless to what exactly is the problem...try listing down the changes you made just before the problem started and if possible post them up here so that a more informed suggestion can be given

SCUP2011 - SCCM2012 SP1 CU4: 3rd party updates fail to install with SoftDistHashMismatchEvent

We publish 3rd party updates like Adobe Flash, Shockwave, Firefox with SCUP 2011 into WSUS.
These 3rd party updates are imported/synchronized into our SCCM 2012 SP1 (CU4) environment and deployed to the clients/servers.
But all of these 3rd party fail to install. Software Center returns the following error: The software change returned error code 0x80091007(-2146889721).
The standard Microsoft Updates are downloaded and installed without any error.
The 3rd party updates are downloaded by the client, but are deleted after checking the hash because of a hash mismatch (SoftDistHashMismatchEvent).

The strange thing is that 3rd party updates are downloaded/installed succesfully when using the Windows Update Control Panel applet, while WSUS and SCCM2012 are installed on the same server!
Our environment uses PKI only for communication/authentication, because we manage multiple untrusted networks
All servers are virtual servers (VMWare ESXi 5.5) with Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 + latest updates.
I already performed the following trouble-shooting tasks without any success:
- I reinstalled the different Site System Roles.
- Removed the SCCM client from the SCCM database and client and reinstalled
- Removed the anti-virus software
- Redeployed the 3rd party updates
- Replaced the E1000 NICs with VMXNET3 (server and client)
- Ensured no proxy between server and client
- Downloading and installing the 3rd party updates manually from the specified download locations
(e.g.
http://sccm.mydomain.local:8530/Content/32/04B9361CDC426D2DBC94B90A7BB0172CAE84D532.cab or
http://sccm.mydomain.nl/SMS_DP_SMSPKG$/fea1aeb3-af1a-45aa-b464-4f90422b4720) succeeds without a error.
I really don't know what's going wrong.

I recommend that you try uninstalling the following KB’s.
Run the following command to uninstall:
wusa /uninstall /kb:2735855 /quiet /norestart
wusa /uninstall /kb:2750841 /quiet /norestart

Premiere Pro CS6 saying need 3rd party components when opening CS5.5 project

I am trying to open my current Premiere Pro CS 5.5 project within Premiere Pro CS6, but am getting the following error message:
The preset used by one or more sequences requires third party components that could not be located.
This was a project that was imported from Final Cut Pro 7 originally, but the only 3rd party stuff used in it are Magic Bullet Suite plug ins and I have already installed them all.
I can't even see if this project has CUDA acceleration anymore, as it is set to Custom Sequence and greyed out.
Any ideas what I can do?

Let it create the custom sequence and see how things are. This might not be a problem.

Code signing with 3rd-party certificate fails

Hello everybody !
I'm about to sign an app written in Xojo on OS X 10.10 with a class-2 code object certificate issued by StartSSL. On Windows this is working fine, but signing on OS X leads to the "app from an unknown developer" message.
For signing I'm using the codesign utility:

I have also tried to manually sign each file within "My App.app", but same result.
I'm not sure where to look at fixing this. Any help is highly appreciated.
Looking at my key chain, I have a key chain "Anmeldung" (not sure how this is labelled in English) that contains my private key and my certificate (as two separate entries, key is listed first). Clicking "Information" shows my cert with "Certificate is valid" and a green sign.
Using the certificate assistant to verify my certificate, it shows "Checking state: No root certificate found" and "Certificate condition: Good".
The root certificate however is there (the intermediate certificate "StartCom Class 2 Primary Intermediate Object CA" is in my "Anmeldung" keychain and the root certificate "StartCom Certification Authority" is on my "Anmeldung" key chain as well as on "System" pre-installed (cannot change anything there).
Any help you can provide me with is highly appreciated.

There is no special reason. But since I don't intend to sell over the AppStore and I already have that membership at StartSSL (server and e-mail certificates), I thought I can save $99 registration fee for the Apple Developer Program.
So I appreciate any help. :-) Even it just means that I need to buy the Apple membership, too... but I want to get rid off this annoying and trust-stealing "app not from a certified developer" message.

Can't open any 3rd party apps - they crash on startup

I've been an iPhone owner since the first model (I have iPhone 4 now), and I've never seen anything like this.
Last night my iPhone ran out of charge. This morning, when I plugged it in it had to charge for a few minutes before it would turn on. Once it turned on, it said "waiting for activation: this may take a while". I thought this was strange, because my phone is already activated. I'm in an area with no reception, though, so maybe that was the issue.
Once the phone turned on, I tried to open some of my apps. But none of the 3rd party apps would open! When I tap them they appear to open but they shut down / crash right away. Strangely, however, all of the Apple apps that come with the phone will open without a problem (Maps, Mail, Safari, iCal, etc.).
I tried a hard reset but that didn't help. I'm away from home so I can't do an erase and store, and I really need access to some of the data in those apps.
Any ideas?

I did the same this week. I did a sync and now I can't access any of my apps. They appear to open then shut right back down. Have tried to resync, update and about anything else that may fix and nothing. Paying an aweful lot of money just for texting and phone usage. Anyone know how to take care of this issue? I have a 3G phone and been using it for a year without this problem

In the Open Hub Destination Type, I have a choice between Database Table, File or Third Party Tool. From what I read from SAP documentation, the Third Party Tool which is supported is Ascential. Apart from Ascential, what are other 3rd party Tools can Open Hub Destination link up to ?
Can Microsoft BI be linked up?

Can I set "open with" for files - associate file types with a 3rd party app

I have PDF file attachments inside my OmniFocus application. When I double-tap them, they get opened in the standard Apple PDF viewer. But I have a better 3rd-party app which opens PDFs and allows me to edit them (mark them up) - I'd like the attachments to open in this app instead of the normal PDF viewer. I don't want to have to switch to the 3rd party app to open it - it's important to me that I can place comments on many, many PDFs inside of OmniFocus. So:
1) is it possible to ask the iPad to have all PDFs to open in this 3rd party app?
2) if not, is it possible to name the attachments some other extension (e.g., .xyz) and tell it to open all .xyz files with the 3rd-party PDF viewer?

When You view the features of the app in the app store, there are pictures of some of the different screens under the main description of the app. I swiped through the pictures and the fourth photo shows a screen - An image in the black box pointing to the image name - roots.jpg. All 3rd party apps are crashing on startup of the app even after a restore

My iPhone was working perfectly fine yesterday before I updated the weather.com application over wifi, ever since then none of my 3rd party apps will open on the iphone. The standard apple apps i.e. weather, email, calculator, etc. all open fine.
I have done a reset, a hard reset and a full restore from a backup and still it is not working properly. Any ideas on what to do from here?

Adobe Reader 9.x does not retain preferences when called by a 3rd party application.

I have an in-house application that utilizes .pdf and .xfdf files. We use Adobe 9.x when viewing these files and when I open them natively from Windows explorer they Display In Browser and all my Trust Manager preferences are intact. If I use the 3rd party application to open the files they Display In Browser but none of my TrustManager settings are present and I am forced to trust the document each time I reopen Adobe. If I leave Adobe Reader open for the duration of the session that I am using my 3rd party application though the Trust Settings for the document I loaded are present but as soon as I close Adobe they are gone until I Trust the document when opening it again. Any insight as to why this might be and how I could rectify the issue would be appreciated.

Possible to send files to 3rd party program?

I'm trying to add a "Send to Flickr Uploadr" context menu to bridge, but I've hit a snag in getting the files to the Flickr Uploader program. I've tried using openWith(), but i don't think that it does what I want it to do. But the documentation on openWith() is a bit sparse. If openWith() is indeed the wrong method to use, what is correct way, or is this even possible? Not all 3rd party software will respond to the commands Bridge sends it when you do openWith. Off the top of my head I'm not sure if openWith ends up sending a BridgeTalk message or some flavor or operating system or message or event (or both), but if you can get the 3rd Party application to open the file using the Bridge UI's File > Open With menu item, then I'd expect scripting's openWith to work as well.
One workaround you can try is the command line. If the third-party software has a command line interface, then you can try using app.system() to issue the commands. It's possible (on both Mac and Windows), for example, to run the DNG Converter from Bridge this way, and this is how the ExportToJPEG's "Send To Flickr Uploadr-Mac.jsx" sample script runs some AppleScript that tells the Mac Flickr Uploadr to open files. I believe that the Windows Flickr Uploadr has a command line interface, so you might try something like this...

Note that you usually have to quote paths to files for this to work all the time. Also note that app.system() will block your script until the command returns. Finally, when I've used app.system() on windows in the past, sometimes a command that seems to work just fine from the windows Console doesn't seem to do anything via app.system(). In those cases I've found that witting out the command to a temporary .bat file and then sending the path to the .bat file to app.system() does work.
I know that I've tried before to run Flickr Uploadr windows this way from Bridge, but it was months ago, and I don't recall all the details. My recollection is that it basically worked, but the user experience was a bit clunky because of the modal behavior and because a Console window appears on the screen as the commands run, and I had to quit the Uploadr manually after upload to move on. If you are a clever windows batch file scripter (I'm not) maybe you can workaround those issues.

I think for blue print preparation, you need to identify the fields involved in the process, like if pricing or 3rd party, identify the required fields. After that create a template for data.
