403 Forbidden comes up when I try to set up a localhost

When I get to checking whether WampServer is installed properly on my computer, it asks me to open up the web browser and navigate to http://localhost. When I do that, the page say
"Forbidden
You don''t have permission to access / on this server"
The first time I installed this today, it asked something about blocking and I checked keep blocking. I thought that might have caused the problem. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling, but that question never comes up any more so I don't get a chance to answer the opposite way.

This is probably one of the files that is required by the template you are using.
These files are inside the iWeb app. Control click the iWeb app icon and select "Show package contents".
You need to dig down through the folders and files to find what you want...
Contents/Resources/da.lproj/Templates/
If the file is missing you would need to re install the iWeb app...

I have tried everything I could to fix this, but some things require actually being on Firefox, and since I cannot get on, I cannot click on the tabs to do it. The background photo is on top of the links. Select it and move it to the back or add the background image via the Inspector/Page/Layout pane in the Page Background section.

How are you trying to transfer it and what are your setting on iTunes. I'm not on a computer that has iTunes at the moment so I'm going from memory and similar issue. If iTunes is set to sync music then I don't think you can select and drag, if set to manual manage music then you can. Also make sure you are dragging to music on the iPhone.

when itunes freezes up, just leave it alone, running nothing else on your computer, and within 1-3 minutes, itunes will begin to burn your cd
by any chance, are you running a Dell? used to see "two-minute hangs" sometimes under these circumstances with Dells back in the 4.9 days. (the thread where Dan and I troubleshot one has been deleted due to lack of activity, though.)
we got past that one by heading to the Dell website and checking for upgrades for that particular model of PC. may be worth following up on in your case.

Can you explain a little more what you mean by "internet addresses"? What kind of Mac are you using (your profile says Macbook Pro, you've posted in the iMac forum), are you at home or elsewhere, and what internet setup do you have?
Are you clicking on the Airport/Wifi icon in your toolbar at the top right of the screen to connect to a network? If you're seeing more than one network there, the others are usually your neighbours' wireless networks - there's no way to hide those.

The Apple ID that you see bought the app. It is the only Apple ID that can update the licensed copy on your Mac as that ID is encoded into the copy. Delete the app and buy it with your own account.

I uninstalled and reinstalled but at the end of installation there were erros. See attached screen shot. I now cannot open the application. error code 10810 comes up when I try to open.

Unfortunately previous advice of using CCS cleaner tool, and suggestions from links for 1) "exit code 6 and 7" and 2) "Troubleshoot instal logs" did not work at all. So I am desparate to fix this because I have spent a lot of money purchasing Photoshop CS6 but have no functioning program. Surely Adobe can help solve this problem with installing, or else it means a lot of money spent on Photoshop CS6 for nothing. I am appealing directly to Adobe to help because I have come to the end of my options. I thank the forum for their suggestions but so far the solution for this specific "Language Pack installation failure" problem is missing. Thank you.
