411 calls that you did not Make

I recently went through over 4 Verizon customer support Representative on getting 411 calls taken of my bill.  Verizon told me twice rgey would do it and thety never dis, Then I worked with Duane (removed) at (removed).  Duane came back and said they were valid calls.  I had to go and talk to another representative and they said that the number I called was 616-555-1212.  i never dial 616-555-1212.  But what happens is when you dial 616-555-1212 that number connects you to 411.  Then I asked Duane if the 411 calls gave out a number then you should see a text to my number at the exact time, which I never received.  It would also be interesting what numbers were requested ans what are those numbers.  Verizon could not tell me what numbers were requested and if a text was sent to my phone during the 411 call that is part of the standard process.
My question is, how many people are getting hit with this glitch and being charged for 411 calls that they are not making.  I really believe there should be an audit of all 411 calls by all Verizon users to see if there 411 calls were activated by 555-1212 numbers and if a text was ever sent out to there phones to completed the process.  It's only a $1.99, but multiply $1.99 times 14 times all the Verizon customers 115.78 million - which equals =   3.2 Billion Dollars  that is a lot of 411 calls that are not being validated if every customer gets hit with the same issue.  I am not saying every line has this issue but you get the idea a lot of money is being collected by a glitch in the system.

I looked back to my previous bills and it looks like I've been charged this a couple of other times in the past 3 months, totaling just bit under $75.  I've contacted my parents and they didn't even know what 411 or 611 does.  I've looked into the cell phone call history, and no one has called those numbers or any number that has those combination of numbers.
Not sure what the next step is.  I'm pretty sure this is going to keep on happening for the next couple of months, so I'll be constantly getting charged for this.

    You've checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account on your computer's iTunes) and nobody else has access to your account ?     Call your credit card company immediately and dispute the charges - sounds as though someone has used your credit card especially since there is nothing showing on your account as purchased.

    At mail I am often "over quota" because the server VOO grants only 40M. I would like to address this problem. I contacted VOO but they tell me not to know and do not appear to increase capacity at the moment.
    My idea was:
    - All messages received at the server VOO would be automatically transferred to another address (eg ................. @me.com, my address icloud) whose capacity is much greater.
    - But the problem is that nothing is planned at the server level VOO to perform this maneuver!
    - Therefore, I turn to you to ask yourself the question, one of you has it you an idea, a suggestion, a solution?

    Voo is imap of course and does not provide the possibility of forwarder mails to another address.
    Since I use MAIL and I receive messages without any problems sent to me on my address icloud (............... @me.com) I think to ask all in my address book to send me on my address on icloud. Is it a good idea?
    Could you tell me how much space I have in icloud? 40M is the highest in VOO.

    Hello, I'm showing over 200 dollars of charges I did not make. In fact, my computer was being shipped back to me for school since the 17 of Feb. When I got it all up and running I open my email to see multiple charges of music on the 1st of March that I did not purchase. I consider myself a safe surfer and always keep windows and firefox updated, I also run noscript. I ran various anti trojan programs and spybot s&d in safemode and came up clean. I was in a rush to get to class so I was unable to call apple today before they closed.
    What is apple's policy on something like this where multiple purchases were made on someone's account without them knowing about it? I plan on calling them in the morning but I would like some input on if this has happened to anyone else and what they did to rectify the situation.

    Remove your CC info from your iTunes account, change your password and immediately notify your credit card company and dispute the charges.

    Same as any other retailer with bogus charges. Your credit card company authorized the charges so it's up to you to dispute the charges with the credit card company and your CC company to contact Apple.

    Don't waste your time. They will tell you to notify your CC company as would any other retailer.

    FIRST, change your iTunes store password.
    Keep in mind that some apps allow you buy additional features, and a couple of developers have turned this into a scam to sell you stuff you didn't order. Apple has removed the apps of all known crooks, but maybe you are the victim of one of them, or maybe it is one they didn't catch.

    I have had the same problem with a credit card that I have never used at Apple. The amount was $21.23 and was described "MC Authorization 00112507 APL*APPLEITUNES STORE 2010-04-07 12.31.59"  Apple's email help desk couldn't help me because the card isn't one of my stored cards.  I was told to contact my bank.
    It seems to me that somewhere in AppleLand there is a record of the charge which is still pending.  I don't want to go through the hassle of changing cards.

    it was not broken due to drop..we charged it and afterwardse we saw that there was a crack..if we drop it i think it will not only have a one small line...but anyway the authorized resseller facilitated the reporting of the complain of our ipad2...i think they have it pictured and send it to the apple.com...apple.com replied that my case is approved and still under warranty...they send it to the Authorized apple repair center...

    I have 3 emails today that indicate someone was attempting to get or change my Apple ID between 10:30 and 10:40 AM!  I was at a graduation ceremony froom 9:50 to 11:20.
    I have not been in my apple account today except to try to find an answer to this problem.  None of the indicated contact methods actually address this issue nor do they seem to have a method of redirection to a human who might be able to provide a solution.
    I've changed my ID to try to prevent access to my account but have no confidence that this may work!

    I think my first action would be to change my ID too.
