41810-error creating the menu, cannot read the file
While creating the menu i am getting the following error
"41810-error creating the menu, cannot read the file".PLease help to rectify this error.
It is probably attached to the Forms module (see the library node in the navigator window).
In a general way, try to know where are youe design modules (*.pll, *.mmb, *.fmb), look at the FORMS_PATH variable to see what directories are part of this environment variable, compile every design time module to get the executable versions *.plx, *.mmx and *.fmx, then put these executable files in one of the directories pointed by the FORMS_PATH variable.

I had to do a system recovery with a prior date. now I get an error message: the file "iTunes.itl" cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes. Anyone have a solution?
I know this is an old thread, but the information in it solved my current problem (Windows Vista, upgraded to iTunes 11.2 and resulted in this same .itl error message).
So, I'm here to thank turingtest2 for his excellent instructions to fix my problem. One of tt2's many detailed instructional tips). THANK YOU TURINGTEST2!
PS I'm generally reluctant to "mess with files and such, preferring to use Windows Restore, because it just doesn't seem right to me that end users of Apple devices should have to get into the guts of files and such. Sadly, I have finally just accepted that iOS updates never work right and I either have to deal with work-around fixes or never update. Eventually we do need to update or there will be other problems. All I can say is, I'm sure glad there are folks like turingtest2 here who spend so much time helping us. -

ThanksIf you still have an issue you may have to see about using the iTunes version (application) included with Snow Leopard 10.6 from the installer or an another one if available online, and see if that will install.
Sometimes you may have uninstall the bits left in your system by the earlier (or later) iTunes installers; as they all leave a trace and these can stop a different version of iTunes from being installed.
Not sure if the following site/link will tell the method...
•Apple - Support - iTunes - install & update:

Error Message: "The file 'iTunes Library.itl" cannot be read..."
I'm trying to install iTunes on my machine and am getting this error message:
"The file 'iTunes Library.itl" cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes."
Does anyone know why? How can I fix this?In order to play m4p files, you must authorise your new PC. iTunes should prompt you to do this if you try to play an m4p file on an unauthorised PC.
Apple has a strict download once policy, so you cannot re-download files that you have already downloaded.
The simplest way to get you files off the external drive is to add the folder containing your music to iTunes with File>>Add folder to library. You need to ensure that "Copy to itunes music folder when adding to library" is checked on the advanced tab of Preferences.
Doing it this way is easy but you lose counts and ratings etc. If you want to recover these, there are two possibilities.
If you had your iTunes folder containing the the iTunes Library files on the external drive, You can simply connect to it by doing a shift key start.
Hold down the shift key and start iTunes. Keep holding the shift key until you are promoted to choose a library. Navigate to the iTunes folder on the external drive and choose iTunes Library.itl.
But I suspect that you had your iTunes folder with lirbary files on your old PC. Recovering the library data is more complicated and I will need more information about your old set up if you want to attempt it. -

Thanks in AdvancePlease note for future reference that you should only ever post any one question ONCE.
Posting it twice means that there are parallel threads and peoples time is wasted.
Here one copy was posted as a new thread and the other copy was posted as a reply in another thread *which had already been closed by the Original Poster years earlier*.
You should not in any case add new questions to existing threads and especially not to old, closed, threads.
I have therefore deleted that other copy of this post. This is now the only place that people will see your question and the answers to it (which is how it should be).

Hello community
Using Sharepoint 2010 Server and the UI on its intranet there is a My Site. After creating the My Site the user account that created the intranet easily can create it's My Site, My Content and My profile. But when I logon as
a user
when I try to create the My site I get an error stating" "There has been an error creating the personal site. Contact your site administrator for more information". In the Event viewer log pasted below it says: A failure was encountered
and User cannot be found. So I check the UPS Synchronization and I can find the username in UPS "Manage User Profile" and I can logon with the username I just can't create the My Content after clicking My Site. The funny
thing is if I click My Profile the My Profile page appears (although it is a one-way trust relationship if I use "Check Names" when I try to "Add User" to a group an error message appears stating "No match found. etc). So the
question is how come the account that created the intranet can create
My Site and create My Profile and My Content but if a regular user account logs on and clicks My Site, My Profile and get a page but clicking My Content produces that error that says: "There has been an error creating the personal site. Contact
your site administrator for more information". (Note: The output from Event Viewer is posted below)?
Thank you
Shabeaut
