47 SMS sent in 1 second

47 SMS were sent from my account at the same time and I didn't sent these SMS.
When these SMS were sent there was not enought money on my account and automatically my account was credited from my paypal account EVEN IF the option for auto refuel was deactivated!!!!!
could you cancel this transaction and give me back my money?

I also think having long exposure noise reduction ON may be another contributing factor. 1 second isn't really "long".

SMS sent to multiple contacts were converted into mms, text only 61 characters long including spaces. Carrier O2 have said it is an known issue with apple products. This has cost me £50 to say happy new year to my family and friends. Anyone know of this issue with iPhone. Called into apple store who were unaware of this? Everyone blaming each other as usual! Thanks Tim, apple say the same thing, carrier's method of handling multiple SMS creates this issue, can't see anywhere which alerts the customer to this on terms and conditions so back to O2 it is then!

SMS sent from Nokia Suite is not saved

PC Nokia Suite (7.1.18.0) seems to be working fine on both Bluetooth and USB Cable with my Nokia 6300 (FW is V07.21).
EXCEPT, whenever I send SMSs from the Nokia Communications Centre, they are not saved anywhere. I assume that they should save in NCC and immediately be replicated back to my phone, but that is not happening. So I have no record of anything I have sent, unless I key it in onto my phone.
All off the other categories of SMS (Inbox, Outbox, Drafts, Archive) seem to replicate OK between phone and NCC. Why not the Sent messages?
And yes, I am sure that the messages are being sent - that was the first thing I checked

unfortunately I'm also suffering from lack of this feature. however I'm not sure which other mobile phone can do something like requested by author (and me ).
Suppose it has something to do with the way desktop software works with GSM phones, it probably just sends series of AT commands to GSM phone modem, initiating sending of message. Saving of message into "Sent" box may be not implemented into standard AT command set (but here I'm only guessing).
I've happened to work with old Siemens phone and it behaved almost same way, i.e. messages were sent but not saved in "Sent" box. However there was a trick - desktop software had not only "Send" but also "Save" button, and pressing of this button saved messages in "Drafts" box. So if I needed absolutely message to be saved in "Sent" box, I prepared messages and saved them to "Drafts". Later I should take my phone and send messages manually from phone, so at least I saved efforts on typing, but had to work from both PC and phone interfaces to send message.
I'm not sure if any "alternative" software for Nokia phones (like Oxygen Phone Manager) have this capability, but if you look at this screen http://www.oxygensoftware.com/en/products/opm2/images/SMSPictureMessage.gif you shall see there "Save" button which may possibly (?) implement same functionality.

Ovi Share - No details on SMS sent to invitees

After uploading pictures or video to the folder, I use the share button to invite people/friends to view the content. The SMS form has input for invitees, subject and messages. However, all these details are not sent to the invitee. Only the share link is included in the SMS not even the sender's details. Therefore, the invitee will have absolutely no idea what the SMS is for from reading it.

SMS messages are not pushed to other devices.
iMessages (if you have it turned on) will be pushed.

When I was on verizon I could send an SMS to an email address, and also if I received an SMS (to [email protected]) I could respond to it. Does anyone know if you can respond to an email sent to your cingularme.com address, it only comes up as from 1 (010) 100-004 which you cannot reply to. If no, then why did they do it this way? Is it iPhone or AT&T?

Agreed that this is not only an annoyance but also hinders productivity. I receive pages from work, which are aliased to <my_number>@cingularme.com. I would like to use my iPhone to respond to the pages, which means that I can integrate 'To' and 'CC' into replies. My BlackBerry with Verizon service made use of SMS in this way. Since SMS is a standardized protocol, this does appear to be a limitation of AT&T service; rather, it appears that Apple has chosen to simplify the capabilities of iPhone's SMS, dressing it with the familiar iChat interface (which has also been vastly simplified from OS X).

Why can't I or should I say, how can I, view the txt messages that I've sent? I love the conversation view but I just wanna see how many I've sent in total.

When i sent SMS from my Skype account to certain cell phone +7985xxxxxxx,
my mobile operator "MTS Russia" add this messages to my bill as though
this was send from my cell phone through "TeliaSonera Sweden" or "Fiji: Digicel".

It sounds like your computer may be infected with some sort of a virus / Malware.

when i press del button from my bb 8900 it is unable to delete a single sms chat which is send by any of my friend or by me but when i close the sms chat of any specific number and try to del the whole specific sms chat was deleted but no the single sms which i have send or any of my friend has send. I have to go to menu and then i use to del the single sms. Please help. Thanks

I sent an SMS I believe it was received, I was charged... but I lost power and cannot find it on that computer or my other when I signed on later.

SMS sent history can't be found

HI, I have a BlackBerry 9700, OS V 5.0.0.34. Simple query is why cant I see the history of sent SMS messages. They come into my inbox, I can reply, I then delete received SMS, but I have no record of what has been sent. Do I have a option that I can switch on somewhere so I can track ? Any help appreciates.

By linked do you mean they all follow on in a long conversation style? Then most likely. I suggest that you go down the list in outbox and save any you wish to hang on to before deleting the remainder.

Incorrect SMS Sent Overnight

Overnight we incorrectly sent some customers multiple SMS messages about mobile phone usage. This was caused by a technical error which we fixed this morning. The messages which were sent are out of date and should be disregarded. We would sincerely like to apologise to any customer who received these messages.

Kiss n Slap Application created a Bug in SMS Sent ...

I am using Nokia 5233. I have Installed Kiss and Slap Application from OVI Store. After that a Bug Comes in my phone.
When I send an SMS ..after sometime SMS Tone Beeps in my phone & the same SMS i have sent is showed as an unread SMS in SENT items.
This Bug gives me a wrong perception of receving an SMS
I have uninstalled the Application and restarted phone.. But the problem remains the same.
Can anyone solve this issue..i dont want to format my phone.

This bahavious is not affected by any settings that you can just change, so reformatting may well be the only course of action.
This is no danger to you as long as you back up your phone data with either PC Suite or Ovi Suite first.
