48 Hour Trial not working

I've been reinstalling and everything, but doesn't appear anywhere where I can sign for 48h free trial. I haven't done any free trial with this account.
Please help me asap

To activate the 48 hour trial, simply login to the Spotify app on a mobile device. Otherwise, we do have the 30 day trial that's mentioned above.

    Why does my free trial not work?  This is intentially misleading.

    You need to provide a better description of what isn't working, system info and all that. This could be all sorts of technical issues or your trial could simply have bombed itself. In the latter case there is nothing you can do:
    Adobe trial software expired early
    Anything else like iunstall issues can in most cases be sorted out...

    I have downloaded the Indesign CS3 trial off the Adobe website.
    When I select to use the trial it says problem encountered and then only gives the option of entering a serial number.
    A few weeks ago I had the same problem with the Photoshop CS3 trial so I bought the programme only to find that the programme that I needed to design brochures was Indesign.
    How do I get the trial to work - I will not be able to pony up the expense of another expensive programme this month and want to test it's capabilities as it sounds like it has the edge on Quark Express.
    Some help would be appreciated.

    In order for the trials to work they must be launched in the same user account from which they were installed -- that's part of the trial security.
    Flexnet will show up if you go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services in one of two ways, either under its own name, or as something like ##ID_STRING followed by a bunch of numbers. I'm not certain it would be running with trials, but it must be started with regular versions. I'm not quite sure how Bonjour is used, but it is involved in activation, I believe, and a successful install of the regular version requires that it be able to run. I don't see it on my system in either task manager or services, so it may only run during installation.
    Since you seem to have installed Photoshop successfully, you might want to try uninstalling the ID trial and reinstalling in the account where Photoshop is installed. Warning: I don't know what impact that will have on the ability to run ID, but the KB seems to indicate that you can uninstall and reinstall in the same location. Tampering with the system clock or any number of other things can kill the trials, so you might want to check with Adobe support before trying that.
    I wish I could offer something more concrete, but I haven't used any of the trial versions. For what it's worth, I moved from Quark to ID in 2001 and never looked back. I find it much more efficient and a more powerful application, plus it integrates much better with the other Adobe components.
    If you are buying two products, you might want to look at the Creative Suite packages. You get a much better deal.

  • Free Trial Not Working

    I have used InDesign in the past, paying on a month to month plan, and I am in need of the program again for another several months or so. When logging into my Adobe account to renew my license I saw offers for a 30 day free trial so I followed the link and downloaded the newest InDesign CC (2014) to use the trial. When I try to open the program it says that I need to renew my subscription, my subscription has expired, etc. Under the subscription management page for my Creative Cloud Free membership it says I have access to 30 day free trials for all products, so I believe I should have free access to InDesign. I downloaded the trial yesterday evening, so it has been about 12 hours, in case there is a gestation period for this thing to work itself out.
    Anyway, am I ineligible for the trial since I have paid for the service before? Is there someone from Adobe who can sort this out and either get me the 30-day trial or say I am ineligible? I will be needing InDesign for the next several months, so regardless of whether I have a trial or not, I will be paying in the immediate future, but I would certainly prefer to save the $30 now if possible.

    Jeffrey Socher if the trial is being detected as previously utilized then you will want to evaluate InDesign on a different computer or utilize an active membership.  There is no way to reset the trial process.  You can find additional details at Adobe trial software expired early.

  • InDesign CC trial not working

    I have a trial of InDesign CC (2014), but I accidentally deleted the InDesign files off my computer. I've tried to use the cleaner tool, but InDesign doesn't appear on the list of apps to clean (probably because the files don't exist on my computer). I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Cloud desktop app. How do I get that trial working again?

  • Brand new 30 day trial not working

    I bought the Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard for an educator 2 days ago at the Apple Store when we bought our new iMac.  Installed it last night and emailed the documentation to Adobe, knowing I could use the software with the 30 day trial and be ready for class on Monday and a proposal I have to do for work today.  However, when I opened Acrobat today, it says I have 0 days of the trial left and need to enter the serial number. 
    Can I uninstall and reinstall?  Adobe closed today and I need to alter a PDF document before Monday morning @ 7:00.  Please help.

    I just freshly installed the trial version of the Master Collection as well and at the first instance I tried opening a programme, it said I had 0 days left, and I haven't done anything to the mac except install the standard mac stuff, office for mac, and then download the CS5.5 trial from the adobe website and installed it within the past 12 hours =/. (My mac is fresh from the box..)
    Is it a bug error or is adobe ending all trials early?
    (I actually want to try OnLocation at a shoot today but I'm more worried about my macbook being incompatible with the collection so may need to be swapped for a higher level one at the moment.)

  • Install of 30 day Photoshop trial not working, help!

    I'm trying to install and use the 30 day trial of Photoshop... The download and install seemed to go smoothly, but now when I click on the "ADBEPHSPCS3_WWE" icon on the desktop, it does the whole 'extracting files' thing then check the box for "Launch Adobe Photoshop CS3", nothing happens. I've tried it several times, and have re-started my computer but still it won't work.
    I'm using a Dell Inspiron with 3GB RAM, running Vista Home Premium.

    well caitlin i will go further and say i down loaded CS3 some 3 times and yes no luck in getting passed extracting the files. i have even purchased a trial CD still no luck. i have windows vista buisness.
    As far as adobe are concerned it is only a trial and not worthy of there help. i have not found an answer as yet or got any response from adobe or help, and here we are bothe looking to possibly purchase software which in the uk costs £1000 +.
    It beats me how a company like adobe hopes to encourage people like myself to upgrade from photoshop elements 6 to CS3.
    if you get the download to work please let me know how you did it.

    I recently blocked some outgoing number patterns from call manager, I used the after-hours method, the blocking worked perfectly on all ip phones whereas when i wanted to do the exception from our manager phone, it didnt work
    the steps for after-hour exempt was:
    Configure terminal
    ephone  6
    mac-address 000F.F803.1306
    type 7940
    button  1:8
    after-hour exempt
    what else should i do?

    Maybe you are seeing this Restriction;
    Note that logging in to a phone with  a PIN only allows the user to override call blocking that is associated  with particular time periods. ***Blocking patterns that are created  with the 7-24 keyword in the after-hours block pattern command are in  effect 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and they cannot be overridden by  using a PIN.

  • 30-day free trial not working?

    I've tried the 48-hours free trial and was offered the 30-days free premium trial. All I had to do was give my credit card details. I did but Premium is not yet activated.  I received a mail stating something wrong with my credit card details, but i've checked them again (and used the card other places) and everything seems to be ok.
    If I try to go for the 30-day-free-premium offer again, I'm told that I have already tried it and it does not apply to me?
    I am counting on continuing my subscription, but really want my free month to try it out.

  • Adobe Captivate 7 Trial Not Working

    Hi,
    Tried to install the trial of Captivate 7. Crashes the installer application. Tried with both the standard and 64-bit versions. Gives me the following error:
    Exception EOIeSysError in module Captivate_7_LS21.exe at 0078181. The system cannot find the file specified.
    Both installer files are in the same directory.

    Can you try to run the .exe file as administrator (Right click on .exe file and run as admin).
    If that does not fix this, then try downloading the installation set up once again and install it from a different user account.

    I have downloaded everything to enable me to get the illustrator trial however when I set up to install the programme a popup says installaion has failed I then looked at the error and it says :
