4s iphone will not recognize Yahoo or juno only gmail what is the secret also what is the I cloud nonsense about?
First I never used an apple product in my life.. so I would appreciate assistance that recognized that issue.
Just go 4S iphone but first only using on WiFi
my android and XP stuff and even vista works fine.. so this is not a WIFf issue.

The dumb thing keeps saying my password is wrong... Funny I have not problem using the same
password on with my DESK top Xp and it WORKS> so it is not a password issue.

I tried using POP.JUNO.COM and 110 and SMTP.JUNO.COM 587
and still the 4S Iphone refuses to work.
Yahoo too used IMAP.MAIL.Yahoo.com 993 SMTP..MAIL.YAHOO.COM 465
Still nothing........?
On web this seems to be a big problem....
What is the secret handshake I need to know to get operational????
I have spend days on the web and found no answers.
Anyone? Has anyone had experience with this problem? I've reset the extending Airport and reapplied the settings and still have the same problem.

My husband's 3GS IPhone will not recognize a Wi-Fi connection at home or work. We have tried turning it on/off as well as turning airplane mode to on while turning it off then back on again. Just to double check you tried eveyrthing take a look at this link http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1398 .
Can also try powering off the home router, then the phone, and then power up the router wait for the signal and then power up the phone and see if he can connect. -

I upgraded both ipad 2 and iphone 3gs to ios6. I don't see any issue with ipad 2 but now iphone will not recognize SIM card. "Please insert a SIM card" messageYou say "... but now panorama is not working". Panorama never was supposed to work before iOS 6, so you'll be using it for the first time with iOS 6.
The way to enable panorama is to open the camera, click the "options" button at the top center, and select panorama.
Does this work on your iPhone? If not, what symptoms of failure do you experience? -
My computer (PC) will not recognize my ipod touch anymore. When I plug it in, it says the USB device attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it. I have tried attaching the same cord and ipod to a different computer and it is recognized by our mac. I have tried restarting the ipod, downloading all updates on my pc, restarting the pc, etc. Nothing has worked. Please advise.

I would start with
Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7 -

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
If the problem is still not resolved, take the device to Apple for evaluation and possible replacement.
Verizon does not provide hardware support, taking the device to them would be a waste of time. -

When I try to log onto Facebook, my iPad will not recognize my password, and I get an error code 190, but I can log on on my HP desktop. What is code 190, and why do I get it?
I was using the FB app that came with the iPad. What I eventually did was.
1. Held down both home key and on-off button until iPad shut down, then rebooted.
2. Uninstalled FB app.
3. Went to App Store and re-installed FB app.
The iPad had numerous problems. My son saw my plea on FB as I was accessing it through my HP computer, and he walked me through it. While he was at it, he taught me how to disconnect auto-correct. I am not certain that I want to keep that off, but everything is working the way it is supposed to the way it was in the beginning.
I am curious, though, as to what ears to the problem in the first place. After checking various sites, it seems that a code 190 has to do with windows not Apple.

Iphone will not recognize an Airport Express extending a wireless network
Hi. I asked elsewhere in the support community and someone suggested I also ask here. I have two Airport Expresses, one in my living room that is creating a wireless network, and another in the back of my house, extending a wireless network so it will reach in to the back yard. The one in the living room is the new 2012 model, and the one in back is the pre-2012 model. They both have the latest firmware, and I configured them both using the Airport Utility, and can confirm they are working as configured, to create and extend a wireless network.
My mid-2010 Macbook with Lion shifts between devices effortlessly, switching to the stronger signal when I move between the house and the back yard. I can verify this by selecting Option+Click on the wireless widget in the menu bar and checking the BSSID against the Airport Utility. But the signal from the living room unit still reaches in to the back yard, and as far as I can tell, and the iPhone 4S cannot recognize the existence of the extending unit (outside of the Airport Utility). I know the former is a well-known problem, the iPhone is unique in that it will annoyingly hold on to the existing connection for dear life, even when a stronger one is available. I thought I could work around that by power cycling or disabling/reenabling Wi-Fi when out of range of the living room unit to get around that problem but even that doesn't work.
When I go some place out of range of the living room unit but still within line of sight of the back yard unit, say the neighboring field, the laptop can connect to the back yard unit with about -75 RSSI, but the iPhone does not even see the wireless network. Even after a power cycle at that location. If I approach my back yard from the field while constantly scanning Wi-Fi (switching between the front pane in the Settings app and the Wi-Fi pane), the iPhone does not see my network until it sees the living room unit, at which point it tries to connect, and the Airport Utility shows the iPhone is connected to the living room unit, not the back yard unit. This is in contrast to the Macbook which both sees the extending Airport and happily connects to it when it has better signal than the living room unit.
Any idea why the iPhone cannot see the extending Airport Express but the Macbook can?Anyone? Has anyone had experience with this problem? I've reset the extending Airport and reapplied the settings and still have the same problem.

I changed my apple ID and my iCloud on my iPhone will not recognize it
I changed my apple ID from one email account to a new one. It won't recognize new account on my phone and Icloud will not allow me to change the email address. I can't access anything on my Iphone because it won't pull up new Apple ID. How do I fix this?

Follow these steps to correct your issue:
1. Log into Manage your Apple ID and change your Apple ID back to the old ID (this is temporary). Do not verify the email address, just save the change and exit: https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/
2. On your device, go to Settings>iCloud and scroll to the bottom and delete the iCloud account. When it asks for your password type in your current password, and follow the rest of the prompts to delete the account.
3. Go back into Manage your Apple ID and change your Apple ID back to your new ID. If you need to re-verify it, do so.
4. Go back to your device and sign onto iCloud with your new Apple ID
