4th Gen iPad creating double and triple calendar entries

Syncing my iMac to my iPad and appointments are showing up on my iPad in duplicate and triplicate. How can I make sure appointments only show up once?

Editing this as I am moving my original post as 2nd option, I have an easier one coming.
OPTION1:
DTM, backup device
open BB calendar, click menu options
type RSET (you wont see it type) this will wipe both calendars off the BB
within a few minutes your BES should return whatever is in your outlook back to the BB
OPTION 2:
I am hoping both DD and Desktop have the same number of entries
Open DTM
go to backup and restore
plug in BB
click backup
when backup is complete, click on advanced
on the right side... scroll down to calendar
you wil see calendar and calendar all
select calendar and click CLEAR button at the bottom
then unplug
on your BB, open calendar, click menu and options
type MOVE(you wont see it type) you will then be prompted to merge contacts from device default to desktop
say yes

We have just switched over to enterprise and now I have 2 and 3 entries in the calendar. Prior to this when I sync'd through desktop manager i had 2 entries (sync was thru a USB). Any way to elimenate. I have tried selecting a calendar to be the "selected" but it does not stay.

LG Cosmos 2 double and triple tapping when depressing any key

Has anyone had any problems with their Cosmos 2 doubling and tripling tapping entries when hitting keys while texting or trying to dial a number? When I text, I have a very annoying problem with having to go back and deleting extra letters and numbers that I didn't type. My phone adds them on its own constantly. My phone started off doubling letters and numbers and was confined to texting only but now, after several weeks, I see and increase of up to 3 when texting and has advanced to scrolling through my pics also. I have to backup when I want to view pics to see what I jumped over.
Any ideas that might help? Per my contract, I can't upgrade my phone for another couple of months and I can only hope it last that long, but right now, very doubtful that it will and Verizon won't allow me to upgrade early without paying full price for any phone I choose.

You should definitely have an excellent working phone at all times levs4660! Please try powering phone off and removing battery for 30 seconds & restart. Also, please try deleting some text message threads. Let's see if this helps.

We would like to have all our music, photos, etc. on the iPad - is it best to create a new combined Apple ID for the iPad and simply upload our music, photos, etc. via our laptop instead? Does this not then render the iCloud useless to us?

And just in case you were wondering, installing one purchased copy on all the Macs you own is specifically called out as allowed in the Mac OS X Lion license.
If you do not want to download multiple times, just copy the Applications -> Install Lion app to a safe place BEFORE you do the first install. Then copy that copy to any Mac you own where you want to install Lion.

Try a soft reset - press the home and power bottons and keep them pressed until the Apple logo comes on. Then see if you can access Settings.

If the shows are in fact still on the pad, they will be found in the videos app, not the music or I tunes app. Look there and see if they are still there.
If you don't see them there, go to the searchlight screen ( farthest left home page) and type in the name of one of the shows. If it is on the pad, hiding somewhere, this will find it.
If they are not there, they should not be using up space.
To get them back onto your pad, plug in and sync again. Make sure you transfer purchases first. Before you sync, take a look at the video tab in your I tunes, and check what you want and don't want synced.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. Take it back to Best Buy and talk to the store manager. Possibly they can work something out with Apple.

I am using a 4th gen ipad with an epson Xp400 air printer my ipad was able to find printer but now it cannot. Printer says wifi setup ok. Do not understand why it can't find printer. Never did work right away always have to restart ipad or do wifi setup again on the printer. I am not sure whether os is ..1 or.2 or just 6.0

How do I fix my contacts which because of the iCloud are double and triple listed on my Mac, iPhone and iPad?

I find that my contacts on my Mac book Pro, iPhone 4s, and iPad2 are double or triple listed. I have used time machine to restore a clean set of contacts, but the cloud keep adding double and triple listings of contacts, making more of a mess that I started with. How do I clean this up and return to a normal set of contacts?

Actually, I spent two days and all I did was make it worse. So, I finally called Apple and after an intense hour, she (apple) fixed it. I could never have done this myself. My problem was an obscure file in Address Book needed to be deleted and then I could reach back in Time machine and restore address book. Prior to that all my restores were by corrupted by iCloud. Until that file was deleted, I keep getting double entries. The file was something like .v22abcd.. But that was my problem, yours could be different

Connect a 4th gen iPad via tether?

I ordered a 4th gen iPad today (for work, wifi only) and I already have a 1st gen iPad at home.
I use a late 2012 Mac-Mini at work and we do have wifi. However, where I am in the building there is no wifi due to the building itself (old TV station).
I was wondering if it is possible to have the iPad connected directly to the mini and still be able to use internet features with no wifi.
Basically, tethering the iPad to the mini will the USB cable be able to use the mini's internet? Is that possible?
Or I guess instead just use a Airport Express and use it that way in my office?

However, you can use the Mac mini, connected to the internet via ethernet cable, and create a wifi network to share with the iPad. You are using the Mac mini to create a wifi hotspot.

4th gen iPad losing power quickly suddenly?

I have a 4th gen iPad running 7.0.4 and in the past week, the battery appears to drain much more quickly with typical use than it did in the past. It also seems to be warmer. I have tried a reset and this did not seem to help. I have not changed any setting on the device prior to this issue starting, so I do not understand what may have changed.
The only reason it has not been updated is I have not gotten around to backing it up and doing the update, and that is my next step (hopefully tonight) unless someone has some other idea. I have been searching for a solution to this the past day or so and nothing I have tried has helped.

On the Home screen, double-tap with three fingers to exit zoom.
Then go to Settings > General > Accessibility and make sure Zoom is turned Off.

Try:
