I got a Bluetooth adapter hooked up to my Harman Kardon AVR 130 Receiver, to play Music i connect my MacBook Pro to the Bluetooh adapter. Is it possible (since the Receiver plays 5.1 sound, and i have 5.1 speakers) to play my iTunes music via bluetooth to the receiver wich then puts it out in 5.1 Surround Sound to the Speakers????

Pairing with a Canon X Mark I mouse via bluetooh?

I cannot get the Canon X Mark I mouse (which has a numpad/calulcator on it) to pair with my Mac!
I contacted Canon and they said Apple must have changed their driver support for the mouse because it worked fine with other MacOSes until 10.8 and 10.9
I bought two of them just to know they dont work!
It established a connection for like one second and quickly disconnected saying pairing failed! Regardless of using an autogen'ed code, manually put in code or no codem it just wont pair.
How can I get around pairing it? Please help... At least recognise the mouse function so I can use it?

Basic workflow:
Convert your camera source files from the camera to ProRes.
Once converted, import them into FCP and edit on a ProRes timeline.
When the edit is complete, export a QuickTime of your sequence, without conversion and self-contained.
Take that file into iDVD, in iDVD you can set it to play on insertion, without menus, and burn the DVD.
DVDs are by definition (no pun intended) standard definition, so they obviously won't compare to your original HD source materials - but they can still look good and they are ubiquitous.
If you want to produce High Definition BluRay discs (in a very simple way), then you will need a BluRay burner, and for simplicity's sake, Roxio Toast Pro.
Then you follow the above workflow, except drag the completed QuickTime to Toast and burn the BluRay.
If your finished video is short - say under 40 minutes - you can burn the BluRay on to conventional DVD media and save money on the blank media. The people that receive you BluRays will need a BluRay disc player to view your work.
Another option is to create you edit master, then use a service like Vimeo to post the video on line. This eliminates the disc media - and distribution problems - all together, and will deliver a surprisingly high quality image. Note: this is good for you recipients, not so good if you were planning to charge for each DVD.

Streaming stereo via blue tooth

I have read posts regarding streaming stereo bluetooth and how it is not on the iphone. I also read some ways using v/m that people have faked the phone...
Do you think that streaming ipod music in STEREO via bluetooh is a software update? I know we cannot speak to when it will happen, i am just trying to determine if it is software update or would require new hardware (new gen iphone)

I stream music in stereo to my Jabra 8010 Bluetooth headset. It supports two items pairing with it so I have my iPhone paired and the the Jabra A120S trainsmitter. It works perfectly UNTIL and WHEN/IF A2DP is activated. I would then use the transmitter for other purposes but for now works perfectly like I have bluetooth stereo. There are other transmitters available from Blue Ant, iSkin and others.

OVI Problem While Authenticating via Bluetooth

Hi, I´m having troubles while authenticating an 5800 XpressMusic via bluetooh with OVI Suite.
All works fine until the moment to enter the password for pairing.
I enter in both sides and the suite alerts me that "The device cannot be authorized", but whet I press the BACK button, the icon in the device list show the phone as paired (and the first time in list, not appear paired), so, the pairing is done, in IVT Bluesoleil I also see the device as paired, but the connection wizard keeps insisting on the password process, so I can see my device in the connection list.
This works perfect in another computher with the same Bluesoleil software and the same BT dongle.
All the same but the Windowx XP language. (works on english, doesn´t work in spanish)
Any ideas?
I also tested reinstalling all.

My hardware details:
PC: Win XP Professional SP3 Spanish (the same but in english, works)
IVT Bluesoleil: 6.4.237
OVI version 1.1 (Spanish & English...tried both..same results.

Can't print on bluetooth printer?

I have a HP PhotoSmart C5580 A.I.O printer with bluetooth capabilities. I have been trying to set it up on my MacBook Pro (running on Leopard) for months now. My bluetooth is turned on, and the printer is listed under devices on the bluetooth. However, every time I try to print is wont connect.
I know absolutely nothing about bluetooth, so it may be a very simple thing that I am just missing.
help?

I have the same printer and I'm successfully printing via bluetooth. I first installed the printer with a USB following the instructions of the manufacturer (but I'm almost sure this step is not necessary) then proceeded with the bluetooth connection.
1.Open a document to print
2.Choose File>Print
3.In the printer pop-up menu where it says Printer choose *Add Printer*
4.A window opens, choose Bluetooth at the top of the window
5.Your printer should appear (the printer has to be on and with the bluetooth device attached)
6.Click the *name of the printer*
7.Click Add
The problem I have is that when I'm going to print a document in the printers list I have two Photosmart c5500, I select the second in the list and walas it prints. Probably the USB installation was not necessary.
At this moment I can't scan via bluetooth but I think I read that the scanning option is not available via bluetooh.

N200 bluetooth issue

Hi, on start up (with vista) it keeps saying "Windows needs to install the software driver for Bluetooth Periferal device", I selct "search and install driver" but after looking everywhere it keeps saying that windows was inable to find the driver and thus, the hardware will not work properly, however, I am able to use the bluetooh as I've copied files form and to my nokia n73 via bluetooh with no problem at all, any solutions for this problem (that's kinda annoying by the way) thanks!!

Sync Options? Dot Mac sync? Dual Mac Sync?

I own about one of everything Apple makes , but I'm struggling with the sync functionality on the iphone.
I've read where some have figured out how to sync their music library on one computer and their address book, ical, etc from another computer, but that seems to be the extent of the options list.

I would like to sync my contacts, mail rules, and ical via Bluetooth with my MacBook Pro and my music via USB with my Mac Pro home media server (this is where I sync my ipods, etc - it's the only place I store music and video).
Is there any way (yet) to sync address book, ical and other business-related apps via BLuetooth, or, if not BT, then via wireless?
I keep searching and finding 'rumors' that this is 'coming' from a couple months ago, but no instructions per se as yet.

PS: Apple - the interface is slick, but you're falling down on the 'business application' side of things, as has always been your achilles' heal. Please pick up the 'business' pace a bit! We're not all college students...

You can not sync and info via bluetooh, the blue tooth is only for headsets at this time. All your contacts, ect. haveto be synced via iTunes no other way.

Bluetooth wont setup with iphon5

I cant get my 2008 Toyota Land Cruiser to connect to my iphone5 via bluetooh. I had NO issues with my 4, and now I cant even get the devices to pair.
I am going through setup and trying to make it work, but I cant it to connect with the new phone.
Any advice would help.

Can't answer iphone 4s calls using the button on the steering wheel of my Buick 2009 Enclave.

My iphone 4s is hooked up to my Buick Enclave 2009 using Blueetooth. I can activate Bluetooth via the button on the steering wheel and make voice calls with no problem. However when someone calls me, I can hear the phone ringing through the speakers and can see the number on the display but I can't answer the call using the answer button on the steering wheel. I have to reach over and touch answer on the phone and then I can continue the conversation via Bluetooh. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

The exact same issue is happening with my iphone 5. I don't believe it is the Life Proof case because I have had the pnone for several months and this just recently started happening, I took it to an Apple store and they claimed that this issue is new, that they have never seen it before. After about an hour of trouble shooting, they gave me a new phone.
The new phone worked fine (in the case) for about a week and then started having the same problem. I am on the Sprint network. I have an iphone 4s for work in the same case on the AT&T network and do not have any problems.
I am going to go back to the Apple store at my first opportunity. I wish I would have kept my old 4s which I had no problems with.

Take your iPhone to the closest Apple Store and they will give you new one for 200€/$ or if you bought your iPhone in less than 12 months you will get it for free.

Logiix Bluepiston not connecting via bluetooth to Macbook Pro

I recently purchased a macbook pro retina in january 2015. I also have a magic mouse which connects fine via bluetooth to the mac. I also have a blue piston speaker which just doesnt seem to connect. it doesnt appear at all under bluetooth preferences when its on, but it will appear in the bluetooth settings on my phone, so my phone is able to pick it up by the mac isnt.
any help would be appreciated. So far ive looked at similar posts which either used macs with older OS's and thus different options or the speakers had a seperate bluetooh button to press. (the bluepiston automatically turns on bluetooth when you turn it on)

Playing Music via ford bluetooth Stereo, N95.

Hello All, I have an N95 that will automatically accept calls through my car stereo's bluetooth. My bluetooth is always on and connects automatically and the stereo is set to authorised.
Does anybody know how to play the music via the bluetooth? I've searched the forums but with no joy, I've also googled it. I'm fairly sure it is possible (maybe 3rd party software) as my ringtone (MP3) plays and also if I have the music player on and a call comes in, I get a few seconds of music.

The Ford Bluetooth car kit is NOT an A2DP car kit, which means it will not stream music via Bluetooth, although most Fords with Bluetooh have the auxillary input socket in the glove compartment, you can use an 3.5mm jack plug from you phones headphone socket to the Ford auxillary input and play music.
