5.5 Design premium now asking for Serial Numbers when starting up programs - neither of our two serial numbers are re-activating the software?

We have Design Premium installed on two Macs
Just recently the individual programs on one of them has started showing a box requesting serial number.
We're not sure which of our two registered versions is on which machine but have tried both to no avail.
What can we do please?

After my latest update Aperture now asks for a serial number.
This is a little strange as when you buy it from the app store you don't get one.
Well not one you can see.
So now can't use it.

I downloaded CS4 Design Premium and asks for me to Insert Disk 1, but there is no Disk 1... HELP!

I had bought Adobe Design Premium CS4 and the disk was destroyed, so I found the download on Adobe and downloaded it. Then, instead of just executing the file I downloaded, I extracted it and burned it to DVD. When I ran the setup and selected what I wanted to install and it says, "Please insert Adobe CS4 Design Premium disk 1 into drive G:\ to continue installation."
I have a valid serial number because I logged into My Adobe and got it from my account.
Do I just need to name the DVD a certain name for it to work or do I need to download the file again and just run it from the massive file I download?

I just found the 2 original files I downloaded and ran the self-extracting app and it extracted everything to Adobe CS4\Design Premium\Adobe CS4 and when I ran Setup.exe, it worked fine. :-{)

Have updated remote desktop now asking for serial number

I have updated remote desktop and now it is asking for a serial number, name and orginasation. I don't have any of these as I brought MacBook off eBay sometime back.
Can I roll back to earlier version or delete remote desktop?

Acrobat pro subscription now asking for serial number

I have been using Acrobat Pro monthly subscription since last July and am up for renewal July 2015. My acrobat Pro now pops up that trial is over and asks for a serial number but i cannot find a serial number in my order in the Adobe account.

Keeps asking for keychain password when i open programs

i open safari, it asks for a password. I open almost anything and it asks for a keychain password, and i put the password i use to login to my username and it says it is wrong. I want this off, i dont want this coming up, so how do i go along doing this, especially without the password?

I'm not entirely sure this will work if your keychain is already locked, but try this:
* Log in as the user who is having the issues
* Open up System Preferences -> Accounts
* Make sure the user under "My Account" is highlighted
* Enter a new Password (you'll have to enter your currenty password first).
Note: this does not have to be a different password, you can use the exact same password you are using now, but you must re-enter it.
* Re-enter your password in the Verify field.
* Click on the Show All Button or any other button to get System Preferences to save your changes.
At this point a pop-up menu should show up telling you your keychain password has been reset. You may have to log out and back in again, but you shouldn't be getting the keychain pop errors any more.
Alternatively if you don't have anything important in your keychain you can always delete your keychain and it's preferences, of course then you'll lose all the information that's stored there.

HT4007 Migrated Aperture 3 from old Mac to new Mac - it will not Register correctly, and asks for product codes when started

I've migrated software from my old Macbook Pro to my New Macbook Pro Retina and the process went ok, except for Aperture 3, It asks for the product codes when started, after 5 starts it asks for Registration details, which I've completed, but on the next start it asks for the product codes again - it is still working correctly on the orginal machine, and shows it is Licensed to me etc - but on the new Mac there is no License information - I should be able to run the software on both machines - anyone any ideas - I've got the original Aperture 2/3 discs so I can install from scratch, but that seems to defeat the whole process of Migration Assitant -

How do I get money back on Quickoffice pro as it doesn't work and I cannot email the developers website to ask for support? If you cannot select cells or cell ranges to a sum formula then the software is not fit for purpose and I should be refunded?

I recently purchased Quick office pro HD for my iPad. I cannot get it to add cell or cell references to a simple sum() function. If this was a faulty good I would take it back to the retailer for a full refund but how do you do that in the app world? I wish I had bought the numbers app instead - what a waste of £13.99.

IWorks 09 now asking for Serial No.......

I have been happily using iWorks '09 for several years on my imac running OS 10.5.8. The other day Numbers asked me to purchase a Serial Number as my Trial period had ran out!!!
As I had purchased iWorks online from Apple I have no physical DVD to reinstall and I cannot find an email from Apple with my Serial Number details on...
Because I need it immediately I went to purchase it again but now it's iWorks 13 and this won't run on my older mac....
Any ideas greatly appreciated

Your Profile shows OS X 10.5.8. Is this correct? Menu > Apple > About This Mac.
I am using OS X 10.9.2, so this advice may be completely wrong.
Do you have System Preferences > App Store > Automatic Updates turned on? If so, the App Store may have automatically installed a new OS X version and possibly Numbers 13 (Numbers 3.x).
Look in your Applications folder (or use Spotlight) to search for Numbers. The latest version is Numbers 3.1 and it may be in your Applications folder.
Look for Numbers '09 in a folder called iWork '09 inside your Applications folder.
If you have Numbers '09, it (may) run just as well as it used to. Drag the icon to your Dock (is there such a thing as a Dock in your OS X?) and right click > Options > Keep in Dock. Launch Numbers from there.

Update from 4.0 to 4.1, now asking for Serial Number again????

Am I going to have to go find the registration card every single time I accept a Final Cut Express update from Apple? This has never happened in any other software from Apple until now.
Please help me understand why this is happening???

I just did the normal Software Update (the blinking icon on the toolbar). I updated at least five or six items (such as iTunes and iPhoto), and none but Final Cut Express 4 is asking me for my old serial number. (digging through old manuals, etc.)

I downloaded the update thought The App store yesturday for Aperture 3, Now it is asking me for a Serial Number to use the softwear. anyone know what is going on? and how to find the serial Number (it says to find it on my packaging but its from the appstore i dont have packaging)

I am having the same problems and have purchased Aperture 3 in June and gone through two upgrades and then the latest cloud upgrade which may be the second or 3rd upgrade wants me to put a non existant serial number and I purchased off the app store?
Dont tell me that I have to delete and download again. I dont have time for all that again and again.
Does anybody know a workaround.
Is there a software link in the UK to complain to Apple Support about this issue as it is time wasting and seems that Apple does not give a stuff about customer support outside of the USA?!!

Design Standard keeps asking for serial number

Apologies if this is not the correct forum. We are school with an educational licence of CS Design Standard 5.5 - We have installed this on about 100 Windows 7 PCs. The product works for all users and then after an hour, day or week each PC will tell me that the product is a trial version and nees the serial number again.
Quite a few times the exe for each product vinishes although do not know if this related.
Are we doing something wrong with the registration process. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Creative Suite 6 now asking for serial number after minor updates

I bought the full version of Creative Suite 6 on release.
Just recently after installing some (but in typical Adobe fashion not all) updates, apps from the suite start up by saying that I am in a 30 day trial!
I have to then press the license button and reenter my serial number.
This never happened prior to the last few weeks.
I tried asking about it on the online chat since Adobe's phone lines are jammed.
This was very much like talking to a wall.
Is this happening to anyone else?

2 out of our 4 iMacs running CS6 are reverting to trial status every morning - despite saying it's accepted the serial number properly, up it pops the next day again! Doesn't just affect Photoshop CS6, we had the same message after launching Illustrator CS6 and InDesign CS6 too. Must be one of these updates that popped up last week, I do wish Adobe tested these things properly before rolling them out to paying customers!!

Purchased and registered lightroom, now asking for serial number on startup

I purchased Adobe Lightroom 3 several weeks ago, and have used it without hassle since. However, today when I tried to use it, it told me I had four days left on my trial period and prompted me to enter or buy a serial number. Why is this happening when I already entered the serial code when I first bought it, and why can't I find my serial number in my purchases to re-enter it?

On the support page, select "I cant find my serial number" in the first dropdown menu.
In the second dropdown, select "My product isn't registered.."
You will then have an option to chat with a support representative. You can also call support by using the phone numbers mentioned on this page.

I used to have an RSS feed to a blog site which is protected by a username and password rembered by Firefox. I am now asked for those details when trying to enter the blog and despite entering them correctly I am denied entry.

My old server (5.5. years) was failing me and loosing some random items. I have accessed this blog site for the past three years and during that period the access passwords and user names have been changed several times. Each time I asked Firefox to remember the correct details and I gained entry with no problems. Before I replaced the equipment I was continually refused entry despite entering all the correct information. I received a message telling me that I was either not entering the correct information (which according to the Blog editor I was) or that my server did not know how to connect to the RSS feed.
