5 day download

I had bought "Moonlight" a TV show and the download was going fine but every once in a while i will get this error saying "Make sure your connection is active" or "There was a problem downloading your purchase." Due to all these errors my download took 5 days to finish. It works fine on my iPod and everything but is there any way that i can get ride of all those errors?

Using a family members iPad with my apple ID to watch a tv show I have purchased on my brothers device - get 90 day download warning - why?

I live in Texas and am visiting my family in Georgia. I didn't travel with my iPad as there are 4 at home I can use. I sign my brothers Apple ID out in the iTunes Store sign in as myself and attempt to watch a tv show I have purchased and get the for 90 days you can't download anything form iTunes to this device with a different apple ID warning. Why can't I just stream this tv show on my brothers device since I have purchased it on my device and am logged into iTunes on my brothers device with my apple ID? What a pain in the as?.

First of all would not be streaming the show on his iPad, you would be downloading a purchased item on his iPad for free. And it is something that was not purchased with his ID. It was purchased with your ID. I believe that Apple does that to prevent users from giving each other purchased content without buying it on their own. That's my take anyway.

How do I override the 90 day download timer?

I have recently been changing my Apple IDs a lot on two devices and I recieved a notification that said that I will no longer be able to download any past purchases on my main Apple ID for 90 days. This has been a huge issue for me because I have recently been purchasing things on iTunes a lot and con only get them on one device. I need to know if there is any way to override the timer and be able to download from iCloud again.

I can only open to-days downloads not previous items, why not all of them?

When using downloads I can open all current day items but when attempting to open any prior downloads then I get no response.

Are you trying open from the Firefox download manager ?
Because maybe you changed the directory of the download or you can transfered the file to other folder, try go to the download folder and open through there

No Easy Day Download

I received my link this morning to download the iBook "No Easy Day", but when I click the link it tells me it's already been fullfilled, so I went to purchases and clicked on download, got a message informing me that I've already purchased it, well I know this that's why I clicked the download link and not the purchase link!!!! Anyone else experience this? TIA

How can I make my Apple TV more reliable? It takes a day to download a HD movie on a T1 to play later, but when I try to play the movies, Apple TV can't, and says try again later. Doesn't the day download time put the HD movie on the Apple TV device?

How can I make my Apple TV work? I downloaded two movies, to play later, on April 4, 2014. I tried to watch them this evening only to get a message they are not available and to try later. How long can it take Apple to download the movies? I encourage anyone thinking about buying an Apple TV to get a different media player that is reliable. Apple TV is not worth the money, nor the time it takes to download movies, nor the effort trying to get your money back when Apple TV fails,and it failsl oftern.. Apple never seems to have a problem charging for the movies, but it frequently has a provlem delivering what people pay for.

Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router.
Reset the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings)
Restore the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Restore)

Could someone please write a download manager program that allows me to set what time of day downloads can be scheduled.?

I have a iMac, iPhone & iPad. I am using "Hughes Satilite Internet". We have a very limited download of 425MB. But between 1:am till 5:am I can download freely any amount. Some updates have been well over 1 gig & combination of different updates have been more. Also iCloud syncs with all devises. I would like a program on Apple products that allow me to specify a time to download updates & iCloud syncing, to allow me to schedule updates & music downloads at specific times. This is a needed program for all Apple products. It needs to be built in to the iOS.

Batmans 3 day download and counting.

PSN download speeds are truly awful at the moment, I have port forwarded, static IP address changed DNS to 8.8.8.8-8.8.4.4 reset the lot and still I get terrible download speeds, my wiiu downloads way faster and I never have to change anything.. The only way I can get it to speed up on PSN of late is to restart my ps4, but once a new download starts, it goes back into sloooow mode.. So clearly PSN as a bug or issue somewhere.?

HT3819 How do I share downloaded tracks between different users on same mac?

Hello. I bought my new Mac a couple of months ago. I set it up with three different users, one for myself as admin, one for my wife, and one for our daughter, all on the same Mac. My wife and I both have our own Itunes account. I spent a couple of days downloading almost all of our CDs into my Itunes library. Now, I want to know how my wife and daughter can access these songs in their libraries so that they can put tracks on their Ipods. So far, the only option that I have been able to see is the downloading of the CDs all over again into my wife's library. Wouldn't this just make duplicate tracks on the Hard Drive? If anyone can help, or point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated.

It works for "initial sharing" but the described solution includes some drawbacks;
- songs added under one account don't show "automatically" for other users
- if added there is a copy of the song-file (* 2.mp3)
- no "bulk" import withoud re-adding already present songs
Any workarounds for these problems known? 'caus I'm getting tired to keep the 3 iTune Libs of my girls in synch

How can I download all my music from the cloud to itunes?

I have several hundred songs in the Cloud that I am attempting to download to my local PC iTunes. I have clicked and clicked and clicked on eligible songs, but nothing happens. I get a ghost text window "Download from iCloud" but nothing happens. I have the most recent version of iTunes. This is the PC that I sync my iPhone to and I don't want hundreds of songs in the cloud as they have proved difficult to play. I have spent days downloading all of the songs to my iPhone, but I have had no luck downloading any to iTunes. What am I doing wrong?

If they are on the phone, simply transfer them to the computer.
Connect the phone to the computer.
In iTunes, right click on the phone and select "Transfer Purchases".

Just in the last few days, download progress is no longer shown.
Is this by design? It's kind of annoying in any case. Searched and didn't see other comments about it.
