5 weeks now and no profile reset ...

Just a quick update of my situation for those who are following what's going on, I've been away for 17 days and have just tried my speeds again after numerous promises that my profile would be reset.
Download profile is still stuck at 21679 and that's what I'm getting, up is 2000 and now I'm getting 1500 ish as opposed to about 600 before I went away.
I don't know if it has retrained itself or if there has been human intervention, whatever, it still needs to be 38000 like it was on day one, and also to get rid of the incredibly deep interleaving.
Hopefully Dean will pick it up again and try to get somewhere as I really cba speaking to those clowns in India many more times.

One month on and broadband dropping, call India and start the ball rolling, IP Profile which has been constant for a month (38717) went down to 33280, download speed dropped from about 36/37Mb to just over 30 yesterday, today dropping from 29 to 24 and now down to 19 on the last test. IP profile atm is still on 33280. India supposed to be calling back in the morning .

I don't know about your camera roll, but for photostream just do this:
Go into Settings > iCloud > Delete Account and then sign back in using your Apple ID information.
Make sure to do the same thing with your iTunes and App Store options.
Settings > iTunes and App Store > Click Email and sign out, then sign back in.

Ive had my macbook pro for a week now and when i cleaned the screen 4 days ago i found a little chip in the screen so the computer was definitely chipped at the manufacture or at the store but again its almost microscopic

Also my charger sometimes just dose not work ill plug it in at a different outlet then it will work its very frustrating to have this many issues i would like to see if i could get a new charger that actually works and a macbook without a tiny chip in it

You are not addressing Apple, we are Apple users, like you.
Take it to an Apple Store as soon as you can, you can return it within 14 days of purchase.

I am so frustrated I could spit.. I have been experiencing issues for 1 week now and am unable to use my iphone. It started by shutting down every time I'd try to use it and now it won't turn on. When I plugged it in the charger apple flashes .

Make an appointment at the genius bar are your nearest Apple store. At this point there is nothing you can do without a computer, so if you don't have one and don't know anyone who has one that you can use the Apple store is a good fallback.

On the 17th july my phone line was apparently siezed when upstairs neighbours ordered a phone line with another company. Since then I've been pulling my hair out trying to sort it on my mobile phone going from department to department and being hung up on frequently and promised call backs never happening which has cost me £38 phoning BT and another £20 to get mobile broadband for 1 week!
I've also tried the BT help section on the website and sent 2 messages and haven't had a reply yet, first one i sent was on saturday so can someone please help me get this sorted, I can't afford to use my mobile anymore, one call cost me £15!

I purchased a blu-ray of The Hunger Games and it came with a code for a digital copy. I redeemed the code on iTunes but the download has been continuing for 2 weeks now and it never finishes! The time just keeps going up. Never an issue in the past.

I redeemed the code in iTunes and the movie downloaded fine, but the "EXTRAS" have been downloading for 2 weeks! Everytime I launch iTunes it starts the download again and the counter keeps going UP, at one point it said it would take 3 weeks. I have paused and restarted the download, I have deleted the download, nothing works to finish or stop this download! Does anyone have a clue what's up?

ps when syncing it jumps through steps 1 - 4 real fast, i seem to remeber iphone showing the number of tracks transferring and names, but i see nothing? then it sits on 5 saying "waiting for changes to be applied"
