Still can not get it to "take".
After using Alberts method when I reconnect I get the same thing "The iPod cannot be updated. The disk could not be read from or written to."
Seriously just about to give up on iPod. Apple techs have no idea what they are doing or how to help.
Anyone that can help me out or clear up Alberts method would greatly be appreciated!

TIP - make sure you have enough songs in iTunes so that you have time to apply the enabling feature.

Okay, I've done the following:
Reset iPhone
Forgotten Network settings (and never been able to get them back)
Cleared network settings
Cleared ALL settings and content
Restored iPhone from Backup
Attempted to connect to several wireless networks
There IS a MAC address in the about page
Attempted to connect to a wireless network with WEP/WPA/WPA2/WPA2 Enterprise and NO encryption
Attempted entering the connection information manually
There is NO mac filtering on my router
Obviously I cannot debug this any further. I intend as my next step to get a hold of a cisco router and run debug on that to see if I can find anything out.
Any new suggestions would be much appreciated, but I have literally tried everything.
Also my iPhone is running OS 2.2.1
Edit: I would appear to be an idiot, in missing the huge topic at the bottom dedicated to this issue. My bad. However from what I've gathered, I am not putting my iPhone in a freezer just to get wifi working. If it is a chip fault I'll be wanting my money back.

I had some issues with WiFi early on, went to an Apple Store, and things worked perfectly, so at least I figured out that it wasn't iPhone.
Then I got an updated WiFi access point for my house, and everything worked reliably after that.
So the question is, have you gone to an apple store and checked the WiFi there?

Where exactly did you buy it? Apple does not sell re-conditioned iPhones.

If you're stuck within an app or you've noticed a problem, simply hold both the home button and sleep/wake button at the same time. It's important to keep your fingers on these buttons until step 3.

The fact that you can receive means you have a valid e mail address, and have established the connection to the incoming server, so all of that works. Since the send does not work, that means your outgoing server is rejecting whatever settings you used formthe outgoing set up. Try them again.
Google your particular isp, and ipad and many times you will find the exact settings needed for your isp. Or tell us here, and soneone else may be on the same isp. Some mail services need you to change a port, or have a unique name for the outgoing server.
Kep trying.

However when run from another class( in my case from my login class, when user name and password is validated) I create an instance of the class and show it. But the image in the splash is not shown. Only a squared white background is visible!!!.

Use tcode XK99 for vendor mass change, select the Fax no field. You have to take note that this changes will be only 1 fax number for all vendors.
Else you have to use BAPI for mass change.

2. Where did you get the Greek dictionary from and exactly how did you install it?

Assuming iPhoto 09 or later:
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

So,there was no necessity of creating DNS.How your app communicates with db shouldn't matter for the end user. Still, you may want to use a functional network name also for the thin client driver connection string.
So,is there any other way to solve this problem.What is the problem really? Do you not use dns for network naming? Maybe you have to manage the hosts file on every client then.

With a standard account you need a valid payment method even for free apps.
From the message it sound like there is something wrong with your account or some of the information you entered in the account is not correct.. Verify that the information is correct and then if still problem contact iTunes.

Apple isnt here. this is a user based forum for technical questions. The solution is to restart, reset, and restore as new which is in the manual after that get it replaced for hard ware failure. if your within your one year warranty its replaced if it is out of the warranty then it is 199$
