500 SAP Internal Server Error, in WD report while launching SC in SRM 7.01
Dear SAP WD Gurus,
We have recently upgraded the SRM 7.0 to EHP1 after that we are getting ths below
We have created Z WD application genarating report in SRM 7.0, we have provided a hytep link in row to display shopping cart in the report. on click of display we are getting error as below on Browser (Portal)
500 SAP Internal Server Error
ERROR: WebDynpro Exception: URLhttp// XXXXXX may contain fatal script (termination: RABAX_STATE)
where the URL is properly working fine if we run through browser.
and even getting dump as below
What happened?
The exception 'CX_WD_GENERAL' was raised, but it was not caught anywhere along
the call hierarchy.
Since exceptions represent error situations and this error was not
adequately responded to, the running ABAP program
'CX_WD_GENERAL=================CP' has to be
terminated.
Error analysis
An exception occurred which is explained in detail below.
The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_WD_GENERAL', was not caught and
therefore caused a runtime error.
The reason for the exception is:
WebDynpro Exception: URL

Hi Vindo,
FYI this is the wrong forum. Even though the problem started taking place after an UPG/EHP, this is still a matter for the Portal team, not the ugprade one
Anyhow I'll try to help you. This dump is mostly seen when you call the webdynpro from a non-supported browser. Please check PAM (http://service.sap.com/PAM) for the supported ones.
Are you using a SM59 call to the WD? You can not connect to a Webdynpro
application via SM59 as SM59 is not a supported. You can only use the browser visible in the PAM to access WD. /* e.G. IE 6.0, IE 7.0, Firefox */
I hope this helps
Best regards,

Hi,
I am trying to connect to SAP TM (Tranportation Management) System using HTTP adapter using PI 7.0.The scenario is
ECC ->PI->SAP TM. I have configured HTTP adapter as the receiver with addressing type as HTTP Destination. I have created a RFC destination of type H pointing to SAP TM on PI. I have encountered the following error after executing the scenario.

Can you mention what are the settings done in Receiver HTTP channel.....the request that you send to target is not in proper format.
One reason could be incorrect Content Type.....is it text/XML ?

I have a Business system that is sending the material master data to a different Business System via XI. The message is received by XI correctly. XI correctly performs the transformation and identifies the message interface and selects correct receiver for the message. XI communicates with the receiving business system via the appropriate communication channel.
The message "fails" in the receiving system with the following error:
HTTP server code 500 reason Internal Server Exception explanation Error parsing of SOAP header.
The channel is using HTTP Adapter type, and i cross checked the communication channel details like Addressing type, target host, service number, path, user name, user password.......each and every detail is correct.
Please help me out to find the solution to the problem.
Points will be gladly awarded.

i realize it because of Isapi filter issues.. can any one guide me to resolve the issues..
KJSUBBUHi,
In addition, I recommend you check whether you have additional Authentication methods (like ASP.NET Impersonation) enabled.
Disable the authentication method and try again.
Also, please review the link below, here is a article about troubleshoot ISAPI filter issue.

Cf 10 500.0 Internal Server Error
I can't believe Adobe has the nerve to charge what they charge for ColdFusion, but they can't even make it install correctly on IIS 7.
How do we get past the 500.0 Internal Server error in IIS 7 when trying to hit the CF Admin page after install?@MonkeySaysWhat1,
The mandatory update thing is to patch a problem with Adobe's security certificate (this is not the fault of the ColdFusion development team but of the top-level Adobe security certificate process) which then allows you access to the rest of the ColdFusion 10 updates. Adobe rebuilt the installers already to integrate a previous mandatory update, but a new mandatory update came out after that.
And while it would be nice if Adobe reissued installers after each update comes out, that is not really feasible. They would have had to do that 15 times to date (counting 13 updates and two mandatory certificate updates). How would people keep track of which version of the installer they had? And if an update breaks a previously working build (which has happened), how could people revert back to a previous build to at least be functional until the broken update is fixed?
Anyway, now that you have installed the mandatory update, follow Anit's instructions to remove the IIS connector, and re-enable the internal port so you can access the CF Administrator using the built-in web server. Then apply the latest update (update 12 is the latest that is relevant to Windows as update 13 only fixed a Mac OSX issue). This will include a bunch of web connector fixes. Once update 12 is installed, run the Web Server Configuration tool to reconnect IIS.

I see that the ClassLoader exceptions are known, and are "to be ignored".
I left a reference to them, in case they play into our problems anyway.....

500 - Internal server error hosting Crystal Reports XI Server on IIS 7
Hi. I have just moved a to IIS 7 running in 32 bit mode and despite a few stumbling blocks along the way, it is now up and running. The Crystal report documents output as .pdf format in their own frame with no problems but when I try and output the same reports in html 4.0 format, I get the following error: CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.InvalidArgumentException: Invalid export options. Has anyone got any ideas what might be causing this? Any help would be appreciated.
Edited by: foxdeveloper2000 on Dec 10, 2009 6:17 P MHi Ludek, I tried the Process Monitor and it doesn't throw up anything obvious as is causing this, neither do the logs. I tried installing Crysyal X1 designer on the server and when I try html preview I get the following message:
HTML Preview Configuration Required
HTML Preview will be enabled when:
You are logged on to Business Objects Enterprise. You can log on using the Repository Explorer
You have entered location of a Report Application Server. You can enter the Report Application Server Location on the Files->Options Dialog, Smart tag and html Preview tab.
Please can someone explain what this means and how I do can get my reports to output in html format.
Many thanks in advance -
Internal server error when running report from form
i am getting the following error when I run a report from a form using 9i:
java.lang.NumberFormatException: mgb_5
this is my code:
DECLARE
repid REPORT_OBJECT;
vc_rep VARCHAR2(20);
vc_URL VARCHAR2(100);
vc_rep_job VARCHAR2(10);
BEGIN
repid := find_report_object('rep2');
SET_REPORT_OBJECT_PROPERTY(repid, REPORT_FILENAME,'C:\uni\mdt\cw1\rep2.rdf');
SET_REPORT_OBJECT_PROPERTY(repid, REPORT_EXECUTION_MODE, RUNTIME);
SET_REPORT_OBJECT_PROPERTY(repid, REPORT_COMM_MODE, SYNCHRONOUS);
SET_REPORT_OBJECT_PROPERTY(repid, REPORT_DESTYPE, CACHE);
SET_REPORT_OBJECT_PROPERTY(repid, REPORT_DESFORMAT, 'htmlcss');
SET_REPORT_OBJECT_PROPERTY(repid, REPORT_SERVER,'rep_mgb');
vc_rep := RUN_REPORT_OBJECT(repid);
vc_rep_job := substr(vc_rep,instr(vc_rep,'_')+1);
vc_URL := '/reports/rwservlet/getjobid' ||vc_rep_job||'?server='||get_report_object_property (repid,report_server);
web.show_document(vc_url, '_blank');
END;Michael,
print out "vc_rep_job" to a message or alert to see if this contains a valid number. If this shows as a valid number try to manually type the access URL into a browser URL field. If this shows then you have a hidden character within your URL.
The PLSQL code looks okay.

Maheshare these LUNs shared or standalone?
I don't think it's really wise to have more than one DSM on the same server, so you're mixing the EVA and 3par DSMs and on 2003...
other than ensuring that HBA firmware and drivers are all up to date and DMS drivers are at the latest, not much else you can do from the host side...maybe update the storport.sys driver to the latest for that OS
are you sure that the HBAs are in fact supported/compatible with both storage back-ends? what about their driver/firmware/DSM versions - some SANs are very picky when it comes to this stuff, check the interop matrixes to find out
overall, if you don't need SAN connection to one of these storage back-ends, I suggest you get rid of it and its DSM
