5230 battary is not tightly

Battery is not tightly and the phone is off very often.
Battery broke back cover.
The phone is under warranty.
In the service they gave me a sticker that came off in 5 second.
In the service they said the sticker msut be in the phone initially but it was not. And another phones in the shops dont have any stickers.
I think its factoru defect initially but he say I must use stickers - I must come to their office every time for stickers.
The phone cant work normal without sticker.
Can you say - maybe be sticker a warranty repair or I must ask for money or another good phone?

Which firmware you are using? Dial *#0000# know. The latest firmware out there is V21. Update your phone. See if it works.

i bought a new macbook pro retina 2014 a month ago.
And today when i closed it i found that black panel is not tight when i press on it it has a lift closer to the middle. When i open a screen its ok , fits tight !

If this is a USB Powered drive, IE No External AC adapter, then that is the problem. Most all Mac's, except maybe the true desktop Mac Pro models, don't put out enough power from one USB port to fully power up the drive. Even if the light on the drive, if it has an light on it, comes on the drive is not getting enough power to work correctly.
You need a Y USB cable to connect to 2 USB ports at the same time to supply enough power to the drive for it to work correctly.

5230 Facebook App not loading news feed properly

I've had the 5230 for a couple of happy months but now the preinstalled Facebook app has gone a bit weird. It connects as normal and most things work except the most important one - the news feed! When it loads, I end up with a blank screen where the feed should be. To add insult to injury, I thought I'd try Nokia for Facebook & Twitter for Ovi store but when I download, it sticks on 0%.
I can access Facebook okay on the Snaptu app but that's not as easy on the eye. Anyone else having any probs with the standard Facebook app? So annoying!

Update - Reinstalled app which was a hassle considering ovi insists it is not available for the 5230 even tho the phone comes with it. Prats, making me trawl sites needlessly. Anyway, the news feed loaded again, but when you clicked on "other" for more feed it did not load. Today it will load a 2nd page but not a 3rd. Bizarre. This software blows.

Is it normal for the Panels to make slight noises when applied with some pressure such as opening the and closing the Mac? It sounds like the screws are not tight enough or is it normal?

Hi, My Mac is around 2 months old, and I have recently come across a slight problem. I've experienced some slight noises happening such as when I open and close the macbook it makes some sort of clicking noises as if to say the panels are loose or have not been screwed properly... It only happens when pressure is applied e.g. when I am typing I tend to rest the palms of my hand on the two plain sections of the mac (next to the track pad) and this causes some sort of pressure to push down to the connecting panel underneath, this is when the clicking sound happens.
I don't know maybe I'm just expecting too much or it might just be what I think it is, anyway if anyone has experience this issue, feel free to share your point of views or past similar experience. Thanks.

Border around "scale-to-fit" image is not "tight" around image

I have a form with repeating pages that displays an image (jpg file) on each page. Each image is a different size so I need to use the scale-to-fit feature so the images appear in a predetermined location.
One of the requirements given to me is that I need to place a border around the image. Unfortunately, the border appears around the predetermined location and not the image itself. In other words, if the image I insert doesn't fit exactly into the space provided, white space appears between the border and the scaled image.
Is there another way?

Scale-to-fit uses the scale of the image and the space to change the size of the image in the best possible way, it does not force the image to fit exactly in the space if the space is out of scale with the image. So if you have a 10x1 image and try to "scale-to-fit" it into a 10x10 space there will be a lot of whitespace.
Alternatives would be to use "stretch-to-fit" which will force the image to fit in the size you define, but the image may become distorted. The other option is to use "use-image-size" which will change the size of field to fit the image pefectly.

Hi guys, I've had an MBP for a year or so now - whenever I'm surfing in bed and I'm propping it up against my...

so I was wondering if anyone could please let me know if there is a way of tightening it up so it doesn't keep dropping forward. It's kind of a pain really and I'm not sure if it is a general problem with the MBP or if the screw-monkey in the factory had low blood sugar or something?

i dont know if your still looking into this...but many are complaining of this problem...its hard to find the thread however...and of course after 6 years i've never had this problem with mine...

Nokia 5230 hot when not in use

Hi there..I was wondering if anyone could help me??..I have had my 5230 for less than a month..Today after fully charging it i noticed that the phone has stayed quite warm..Also i have hardly used it..a couple of short calls and about 15 texts and the battery is back down to one bar. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know what the problem is??..Do i need a new battery?

There might be that you need a new battery, but when things like that happens, I feel that it's worth a trip to a Nokia care point for an consultation. - Bring your phone, battery, proof of ownership (reciept), and your charger.
Phones that supports multitasking can often get "warmer" running many apps and wifi at the same time, but if this just happended now after charging - there's obviusly something wrong. - A new battery might solve the problem, but as this is a problem related to heat and electricity, I would do as suggested above and take it to somebody who knows what they are doing ( A nokia care point). - You want to make sure that it don't start any fire.

Why does magic mouse not work with duracel batteries

I bought an iMac a few months ago.
Now the batteries from the magic mouse are empty and I had to buy new ones.
Only they don't work. I had to pick cheap batteries from others devices.
Can anyone tell me which brand wil work?

I bought my iMac 2 years ago, it came with a Magic Mouse, within several months I started having the same battery issues. I looked here, and on the Internet to find out if the problem was already known about, but found only people guessing wrongly at what the problem is. I do hope Apple has fixed this, but unfortunately many of got stuck with a junk Magic Mouse. As an Engineer with 25+ years of experience in the design of electrical contacts & connectors which includes over 2 dozen patents ... believe me when I say the problem here is that the recessed positive contacts (at the on/off switch end) are too deeply recessed to make contact with the industry allowed variation in AA batteries. Those contacts are too deeply recessed because the plastic is too thick (in the hole that forms the recess) and the metal contacts are not tightly up against the backside of that plastic wall, in fact it looks like they are installed with a gap and/or can deform/bend away further opening that gap even larger. As mentioned above many industry AA battery standards define the positive button contact height as being 1.0mm or larger ... however that plastic wall is about 1mm thick, add the gap for the metal contacts and you have no electrical contact no matter how much contact spring force there is at the negative end. Unfortunately, there is no simple good fix for the average person to perform, the recessed contacts can't be accessed to bend them to remove that gap and the pastic is too thick anyway .. leaving us with a "duct tape" fix, like wadding some tin foil into that positive terminal recess and swearing when it falls out during battery changes. A nice elegent fix, would involve disassembling the mouse, machining plastic, backing up those terminals... absurd right?... would be easier if Apple sent us a new mouse that works.
This problem has nothing to do with overall battery length, battery diameter, or inadequate spring contact force from the negative mouse contacts. Also I doubt the brand or type of battery is the issue for anyone, the positive button heights vary among brands/types, but probably are 1.0mm or larger per the industry specs, Apple just didn't design this mouse to that industry spec, or they did not control their manufacturing quality to yield what they designed. This iMac was my FIRST Apple purchase after decades of avoiding and dismissing Apple, ironically they won me over with their progress and high quality products ... I'm rather disappointed.

Has anyone had a problem with thunderbolt cables not fitting properly?

I recently purchased an UA Apollo Duo interface. It is thunderbolt equipped. The thunderbolt cables either fit super tight in the interface or not tight enough on the macbook. In fact it fits so poorly on my macbook that the slightest jiggle will disconnect the interface! Not good. The thunderbolt ports on my macbook have been unused up to this point so its not a matter of them being worn out.
I'm surprised this wasn't more standardized.

Not here; updated three systems without issues.

Yesterday I was driving my car to pick up a friend. When I picked up the Xperia Z2 to call him, the screen was broken. The glass hasn't cracked, but the screen is shiowing lines of different colors, and it's only getting worse. It is hard to read texts now. I didn't drop the phone on the floor, my pockets were not tight, and i can't understand why it's broken. I've had this phone only since Feburary. Does this go under the warranty?

Comments, Captions, Notes & Descriptions

I am confused regarding how to best utilize the several descriptive capabilites that exist for images.
My primary interest is creating a historical collection of family photos and a facile ability for family members to see and interact with these images/history. Increasingly, we are realizing that it is the narratives, stories and other bits of information that make the collection compelling for the many dozens (hundreds) of intended users. These bits of information are currently contained in the tags, captions,comments we have been using. In 50 - 75 % of the cases... tags would be suffieient if they would only show!
In general... there appears to be minnimal ways of making this information viewable..either online or in printed format... at least I have not found the means. I need a thorough understanding of options for showing comments (from photoshop.com), notes and captions.... and for that matter tags.
Family members have been using comments to dialogue about images... identifying who, where, when but also frequently giving stories and narratives that are as valuable as the pictures. Is there any way to get these comments into the pictures meta data... into notes .. or even into captions(not preferred because of length). I believe that comments are attached to images (because I see comments show up in multiple albums). As we near completion of the research/tagging phase of our family project... I want to delete the current working albums (which are not useful for viewing) but I desperately need to keep comments.. In general.. I don't really know how comments work in relationship to catalog in PSE 9... and whether there is any way for comments to be viewed/included in PSE itself.

Hello All... I have just caught up on all your responses... I truly appreciate both your efforts and your insights.
It occurs to me after ready your insights to provide a bit of explanation of my "use case"... in light of your various responses.
The photos and slides that were scanned are not tightly contained to a specific topic and the originals come from many different containers/boxes/etc... from different physical locations. I have used folder and file names as a means of tracing back to the originals... many of which have writing on them which is often quite valuable.
I am completely relying on tags as the means for organizing the image collection for viewing. I have enlisted the assistance of cousins.siblings, nephews,nieces,etc to help identify the who,where,when of the images. We are located across the country (and in my case at the moment in Europe). So utilizing photoshop.com was /is a necessary and good solution.
So I have the entire PSE catalog synched with/between photoshop.com.
I am comfortable with a few of my family co-conspirators entering tags directly but for the most part I am sending albums to be viewed and commented on. The tag hiearchy is critical to having the dynamic capability desired when the process is completed and doing the tagging correctly is the single most important part of the project! One of my greatest disappointments is that tags are not visible in any form when I send out these albums for review. The process I am using is iterative... I and a few others do enough tagging to be able to create "review Albums" that we send from PSE as photoshop.com albums for review & comment to those who know the family/event/or whatever. Fortunately, captions can be viewable in a couple of the album options. I have family members enter comments as they clarify the who/when/where/event information... frequently two or three individuals reviewing/commenting on the same image which turns out to be very valuable. As many of thes images go back to 1910's, 1920's... some even 1900's.. we are in fact recording family history/stories... that are going far beyond just identification of the picture. Then, I go thru , read the comments and do the tagging and enter captions... usually in photoshop.com because the comments are only visible there. The trade-off I am constantly faced with is to keep captions short enough to be useful vs not loosing the important information contained in the comments.
Ideally... I would like to write the comments to the images metadata.. but I do not believe this is possible. next... I would prefer in many cases to record the comments in Notes... but I do not believe I can update notes from photoshop.com.
I could update notes from PSE... but comments are not visible.
Could someone please confirm for me that as long as I am synching the entire catalog I am not in danger of loosing comments... even if I delete the album that someone was reviewing when they entered the comment in PS.com. I am assuming that comments are pointed to the specific file name and will show when ever that filename is included in an album.
Sooo, your comments were all helpful and certainly were in the area of my confusion/need.
1. Is there any possible way to make tags viewable when albums are viewed?
2. Any strategy for converting comments to notes so I can store as metadata... ideally an automated process.
3. or any strategy for making comments viewable from within PSE.

If I put all the comments in captions from within photoshop.com.... they will be unusable for many viewing scenarios.
If tags were visible... it would save about 75% of the work... as we are already identifying the who,where,when,what as tags... but as they are not visible... everything is duplicated usually twice... once as comments and again as captions.
I hope this explanation clarifies my delima.

You cannot 'Format' the phone, you can do a hard reset , which will clear the phone's Cdrive of everything except the OS and make it like new, and you can format any mass memory you have.
To reset, dial *#7370# followed by 12345 and phone will reset (backup contacts and claendar first, and then set up manually once phone re-starts
