5320 XM Radio issue

Hi!
I recently noticed that when playing radio on my 5320, the sound stops for a second or so.
This happens once a minute or even more often and is very annoying.
Before updating the software to version 04.13 I had'nt had this problem.
Any ideas, please?! should I wait for another software update?

The only solution I have found is to turn the phone off and on after use of camera in 3rd party applications.

Creative Zen Radio Issue?Hey,
I've had this creative zen player for some time now whilst im overall happy with my product, sadly there is all of a sudden a issue with it.
When i listen to the radio then lock it to just enjoy it - if i then unlock it, some times the screen locks up and stays black.
Whilst a reset solves this it doesn't stop it happening again.
But (this is a big but)...
The volume which i have on safely low - goes to compelte maximum with sound safety option off. It almost defeaned me when it occured and had ringing in my ears. I have booked an appointment with doctors as the ringing yes not really gone since.
Additionally im pretty sure my headphones are screwed as they were totally distorted when this occured which has probably ruined the quality of the speakers which were only a few months old.
So is this well known ? Cos im surprised no one has sued for loss of hearing if others have had this issue. I've yet to have my medical results on it - but would mostly prefer to have my mp3 fixed or replaced cos i cannot risk using it and having it do it again and make my hearing become damaged.

Does the radio stop working right after lock? I locked the player right after choosing a radio station and the player continues to play. You might want to contact our Customer Support to see if they can help you further.

Lumia 1520 radio issues

I recieved an update on my 1520 and the reboot problem I was having seems to have stopped. YEA! BUT - now I'm having radio issues. My Bluetooth will just turn off at random times, sometimes in middle of a conversation. Also, my wifi will not reconnect to known networks until I turn the phone off and on again. These are actualy more problematic than the reboots were!

If the phone is not performing as expected do a soft reset. A soft reset does not lose data. it is like pulling the battery.
Hold the volume down button and the power button down until the phone vibrates, release. This takes about 10 seconds. The phone will shutdown and restart.
If this continues take it to Nokia Care.

Possibly cell radio issue with lollipopo 5.1.1 update

hi all I thought update had gone ok. Very little battery usage when phone is in sleep/display off, etc. Used home wifi network a lot yesterday. Basically no data wifi. day 2 (today): I was out today and had my data connection (4G) on quite a lot (hadn't yesterday).Wasn't streaming or anything, just needed data for checking train times, google maps a bit - certainly nothing intensive.Phone was charged to 100% (switched off) then switched on at 9am ish this morningCell Standby reports, although only 5% of max battery usage, 24% time without signal (out of 8hr). This seems ridiculously high.I have noticed that my signal strength is frequently 1 bar with 4G.I noticed a bit of signal fluctuation, even with 4G switched off but virtually every time I got my phone out and 4G was on, it was on 1 bar of signal.I checked the battery history details:WiFi is indicated as active for the entire time I've had a shoddy mobile network signal - this correlates with my 4G usage.Other times when Wifi has been on (home network, not data), cell signal seems fine.I am on O2 in London4G can be a little up and down for me but has NOT generated this measure of cell standby / out of signal until 5.1.1 upgrade5.0.2 was ok, although tbh I use 3G most of the time, as I associate better battery usage when I don't use 4G.I was even in exactly the same locations using data, etc, as when I was with 5.0.2 ROM, so I'd not anticipate such a dramatic difference/drop in signal quality.I checked with 02 and there are no reported service issues in my area (checked via their website service status).I've just remembered that I had GPS on too but know, 100%, that Location Services was set to "device only", rather than high accuracy. You can also see from my battery history usage, how little the GPS was 'on' for.I am very surprised and disappointed at this. This suggests (to me) a radio issue in the latest update. Itunes 10.5.3 update radio issue.

Just had a software update notification for iTunes with the new iBooks stuff in, so I updated it, like you do, and now it continually tries to update radio lists, and keeps throwing up error messages, stopping me from usingTunes.
Clicking the X in the window to cancel it doesn't work, the only way I can stop the error message is to close iTunes
the error message says; "An error occurred while contacting the radio tuning service. Check your Internet connection, or try again later."
There's nothing wrong with my internet connection, but it does seem to happen after my iPhone connects via wifi

I often got this message with 10.2, then I updated to 10.3 today and suddenly I started getting it all the time (several error messages a minute). In another thread on issue, someone recommended disabling Radio in Parental Controls and I did so ~5 minutes ago and it seemed to work. Granted, if you actually use Radio then this isn't a solution, but I never do so I'm happy with this solution.

IPod Radio Issues

I have the latest iPod software on my 30GB video, but I do not have the radio...I go into settings > main menu > Radio > on but it does not show up in the menu, and I can't access it. I have reset and restored my iPod however it still won't show up. Also, my iTunes no longer recognises my iPod, my pc does, and it comes up in My Computer, however iTunes does not notice that it is there. I have reset my computer, tried opening iTunes AFTER I connect my iPod, however nothing works. please help, on both issues.

No, I didn't realise you needed the remote to use the radio. However my iPod still does not show up on my iTunes. I tried reinstalling iTunes, that did not work either...

ITunes Radio issue

Anyone else having the message that you are not connected to wifi? I have tested on three different modes now, ac/n/g and still it won't recognize it for purposes of iTunes Radio.

I would first suggest that you quit the Music app and then restart and/or reset your iPhone.

Next, sign out of your iTunes Store account and sign back in.

Make sure you have at least one song on your iPhone.
Then launch the Music app and try to edit a radio station again.

Z2 white radio issue

Hello when I bought Xperia z2 everything worked great but after some updates that were necessary by Xperia update center, my radio feature doesn't work anymore. I mean that the app stars normally I can change the channels etc but I don't have any sound-music either in headphones nor out speaker. Any ideas how to solve it without losing my files and I apps? Try performing a system repair as this will often fix issues after an upgrade - This will factory reset your phone
Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process
If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

ITunes Radio Issues

I have used iTunes Radio fine until today and now it says network unavailable. What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks!

I had this issue as well on my iPhone at home with a perfectly working WiFi.
I closed the app (double click home button and swipe up on the music app) and then reopened the music app and it worked fine after.

Wireless Radio Issues

I have a T60 Thinkpad and my thinkvantage access radio keeps shutting off on its own. How do I stop this? My laptop is a little older, do I need an upgraded driver? Or do I need to re-install one? Help me....Please.

Welcome to the forums!
You've described a problem you seem to be having with wireless (wifi) but you haven't really provided any information that would prove useful to diagnose the problem that you're having.
Could you tell us what operating system you're using, the wifi card you have in your machine? Also if you provide the machine type would prove helpful as well.
The issue can probably be rectified easily by turning of a simple option in the power management of the wifi card, but without any details it's a tough call to make.

Sony DSX-MS60 marine radio issue with SiriusXM

I just installed a Sony DSX-MS60 marine radio in my 2009 Harley Streetglide. I replaced a Sony car radio I had on the bike for 4 years. Everything is working nicely except for one strange issue that will cause me to return the radio if I cannot find a solution. The problem is when SiriusXM is the source I cannot control the volume. It's either very low where you can barely hear it or blasting very loud. There is no in between. None of the other sources has this issue. The volume level works like it is supposed to with AM/FM, iPod and USB. I didn't test the external Aux. Anyway does this issue sound like something that can be resolved without exchanging the unit. Aux input to car radio issue

I have a Sony radio in my car. And I connected my Xperia Z3 compact into the aux input, using a 3.5mm jack to jack. One side goes into my headphones jack and the other goes into the radio.
And annoyingly, the sound quality is bad. I get popping noises and like whistle sound and cracking noises. And it's driving me nuts because I can't listen to my music in peace.
Sad part about this is that every other device I've tried works fine, just my new Xperia that is having the issue. It was fine with an iPhone 5s and this other samsung phone I had. Which makes zero sense because the radio is also Sony, so it should work perfect with my Sony Xperia.
So frustrating, can anyone help please.

The 5-pole jack is compatible with 3/4-pole accessories (you can for example connect standard headphones without a microphone) but i remember a case where a user had a cable where the size of each pole was different compared to other 3-pole cables which could cause issues. If you hold the 3.5mm plug of these cables next to eachother, does the poles have the same size/placement?
Did you use the same cable when you tried the dock radio?
It could also be that the phone is having issues sensing that it's connected to another device. I'm not sure but i believe this depends on impedance. What happens if you force the output using an app like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.woodslink.android.wiredheadphoneroutingfix?

E66 online radio issue

Hi guys,
I got the following problem with my E66 - for some reason it doesn't show the default provider access point for the internet radio.
I can select every other access point but no matter what I do, the default one is not shown. I can use the default one in every other app, though.
Any suggestions?

one of my friends had exactly the same issue, and it turned to be a hardware issue with the slider mechanism just jumpto the dealer or the service center they will do it for you I don't think it'll cost you a lot of money.

Droid X Update - FM Radio Issues

I recently applied an update and am now on system version 4.5.605.MB810, and android version 2.3.3. I use the FM radio app frequently, and following the upgrade, whenever I attempt to open a website or a text message while listening to the FM radio, it stops the radio sound. I have to go back into the app and hit the play button again, which gets it working until I open another email/text/website. Any help would be much appreciated.
On a side note, since installing this update, my company's internal website (which previously worked fine) now fails with the error 'Data connectivity problem - The server failed to communicate. Try again later.' Not sure if these are related or not...

Thanks for the response. I have since downloaded the Opera browser, and that fixed the issues with my internal website. However, still can't listen to my FM Radio app and browse websites at the same time.

Wireless Radio issue

Own an N100   wife had machine away in a hotel recently and according to her she answered ano to some question that appeared as she connected to internet.
Anyway machine arives home and all of a sudden does not connect.
Followed all options presented on box but Lenovo Diagnostic tool indicates   wireless radiop is off   please reconnect. error code 163851
When I use Lenovo Care key on my machine andtry to power on radio it indicates internal device is set to 'Radio Off' in BIOS Setup or powered off by hardware switch.
Tried going into BIOS settings on startup but no Wireless Radio stuff visible.
I tried Fn F5   saw Wireless Radio control wont let me change status   currently disabled
Also went to Device Manager and it tells me that SM Driver - SM BIOS Service Driver is corrupt or missing code 39
Any help   would be appreciated
