541 wrt PO only

Dear All,
Please help me to set up the posting of 541 wrt subcontracting PO only.
Please provide me with the settings.
sapmmlearner

Hi,
There is no seperate configuration setting for movement type and PO control.
When will post the subcontracting subcomponents transfer to the vendor by using movement 541 using transaction code ME2O.
System automatically posted the subcontracting PO into 541 transfer posting.
I suggest to use transaction code ME2O instead of chose MB1B and movement types for subcomponents transfer.
Transaction code ME2O -   Subcontracting Stock monitoring for vendor is automatically picked the movement type by using maintain schedule line categories control ( VOV6 )
Schedule line categories as LB there assigned movement type as 541.
ME20 transaction will allow only transfer the subcontracting PO subcomponents to suppliers.
Thanks,
Thiru

I want to make PR creation madatory for PO creation; PO shall always be created when a PR exists for it.
Is there any std functionality or development is required.

Define functional authorization in transaction OMET (numeric only) In that tick what are the reference object required. Tick PR also there without forget. Then assign that value to user in SU01 with parameter id EFB.

And they want to use this G2 if the customer is not paying the balace amount. So the client wants to create a credit memo for the unpaid amount only.No taxation should reflect in the credit memo.
Is there any settings in copying Control?

    HI,
Any how in copy contol settings from one document to other document in VTAF or VTFA there at item level if you select price type as B new pricing will be carried out..
Then while you are creating any document wrf to any other document then it will not copy the pricing from previous document. It will carry out new pricing there..
But u have to one OVKK settings there you have to do pricing determination for that Credit memo request or credit memo document pricng also..
    Hope you have understood...

  • Could I use other movement type in ME2O copy from 541?

    Dear friends,
Could I use ME2O with other movement type copied from 541 ? or only with 541 ?
    Is it customizable ?
    Best regards,
    Ale

You can Use only 541 Movement Type in ME2O that too System Propose this Automatically. So, You cannot Select Movement Type in ME2O.
You can use MB1B also For Transfer Stock to Subc. Using 541 Mov type. MB1B is Multipurpose.

  • Excise Invoice is captured with another Purchase Order

    Hi
We have a scenrio, transfer the material from debond plant to mfg plant after imported material in kept in Bonding area. STO po is raised to from imported plant to mfg plant with Imported duties as delivery costs.
Bill of entry is provided for all the materials as one. While capturing the excise amount at line item level is difficult so, captured at first line item level as total because material is Same (Material is Split valuated materials with 3 batches). First GR is done properly but next GR for 2nd and 3 rd line items are refered with earlier Bill of entry, system promprts the error message "Excise Invoice is captured with another Purchase Order".
    Please do the needful.

    Hi,
Please be informed that for one a GR document wrt PO only one excise invoice can exist.
    Ex PO-4500000010

    Introduction
The router that started it all, the WRT54G. In 2003, Columbia Law School Professor Eben Moglen sued Linksys to get them to release their Linux source code. They released it without a fight and continue release their source code to the public. It didn't take long to realize what could be done with the source. The OpenWRT group and Sveasoft were among the first to release updates for the WRT54G. The popularity of the WRT54G boomed. Linux and Router gurus soon took notice of the WRT54G. Today, WRT54Gs are used worldwide, many running third-party firmware. Shortly after Linksys released the first version of the WRT54G, they were bought by Cisco. Since then, many versions of the WRT54G have followed. In late 2005, Linksys switched the WRT54G to a non-Linux based operating system. This upset many in the community. Luckily, Linksys released the WRT54GL just for those who like to upgrade their routers.

  • Scheduling in SAP PS vs. Primavera vs. MSP

    Hi all
can anyone tell me what is benefits and drawback only for scheduling in compare with SAP PS with respect to Primavera and MSP. as I know that primavera is best for scheduling among three but what cause it makes better then other two. can anyone gives some comparison between this three wrt scheduling only.
    Regards

    Hi Dmitry
My Customer knows the benefits of SAP against primavera with integration of all module but when we talk about scheduling in SAP PS against primavera or MSP its have some drawbacks. Even customer like L&T and some other clients use primavera for scheduling even they use SAP. So I just wants to know why primavera or MSP overcome to SAP in scheduling part? which things are not permitted in SAP which primavera can do easily. I never work on Primavera if you already work on primavera can you share your view on this?

    Hi everyone,
We are currently migrating our network from IP to MPLS and we encounter an issue with a only one application using security certificat through HTTPS. All other services are OK such as HTTP, FTP, Mailing, etc.
    Network description :
The network architecture is composed by 4 core routers (which play the role of P and PE at the same time) and 2 borders routers (B1 and B2) linked to Internet via STM1 - POS interfaces.
Each borders are both connected to two core routers (C1 and C2) by GigabitEthernet links.
Please also note that there is a DPI (Deep Packet Inspector, model Arbor 100) between each border and core.
Core routers C1,C2, C3 and C4 are connected to each other by GigabitEthernet links.
B1 and B2 are linked to Internet by STM1 (POS) using eBGP.
OSPF is used as the infrastructures routing protocol between all equipments.
    (cf the network diagram attached)
    Configuration :
When migrating to MPLS, we fixed interfaces MTU at 9216 and the MPLS MTU at 1512 on all concerned interfaces from Core to Border routers.
    Below is a sample configuration.
    mpls ip
    mpls label protocol ldp
    mpls ldp router-id loopback0
    interface GigabitEthernet1/1
    mtu 9216
    ip ospf authentication message-digest
    ip ospf message-digest-key 1 md5 XXXXXXXXXXX
    ip ospf network point-to-point
    ip ospf cost 1
    ip ospf hello-interval 1
    mpls mtu 1512
    mpls ip
    Problem :
The service application uses a server on the local network (linked via CE router) which send https requests and files to a server located in the Internet.
When MPLS is activated only on the Core-To-Core interfaces (C1, C2, C3 and C4) the application is working properly.
But when the MPLS is expanded on Core-To-Border / Border-To-Core interfaces, this specific application fails as it appears that the certificate server sees a corrupted frame, some bits have been added to the normal frame. But all other services (HTTP, FTP, everything,)
Below are major differences between Border and Core routers connection schemes:
A DPI equipment between Core and Border,
GibabitEthernet are used for links Border-To-Core and Core-To-Core, STM1(POS) is used for links Border-To-Internet (IP)
The MTU size on STM1 interface is fixed at 4470, MTU size of 9216 is assigned to GE interfaces (Border-To-Core, Core-To-Core)
    Regards.

    Hi,
Would it be possible to disable the functionality of the DPI (passthrough mode?) and test again?
MPLS labels or not on the packet should not make a difference wrt HTTPS only (in theory).
Since you mention corrupted frames, taking a packet capture should show you if this is true or not.
    Thanks,
    Luc

  • WRT160N v2 as access point inside LAN

I got this router and I need to set it as an Access Point (will not be using the routing functionality) in the far side of our building. Our LAN uses IP addresss in the range 10.*.*.* with subnet 255.0.0.0, so I need to put the access point ino this subnet. The dropdown box only allows me to set some predefined subnet masks, none of which matches ours. So how am I supposed to set this router in our LAN? Please, help!

Set the access point to a unused LAN IP address inside your LAN (not used by any other device nor inside the DHCP server address pool).
Set the subnet mask to 255.255.255.0.
Disable the DHCP server on the WRT.
Connect a LAN port of the WRT to your existing LAN.
The wireless part is bridged into the ethernet LAN. The IP address of the WRT does not play a role here. The wireless works anyway. (Just like you can use the other LAN ports on the WRT to wire devices to your LAN).
The only limitation you have is that you can only access the web interface of the WRT from an IP address inside the incorrectly configured LAN subnet on the WRT. If you have set the WRT to 10.0.11.12/255.255.255.0 then the WRT is only accessible from IP addresses 10.0.11.*. If you computer does not happen to use an IP address inside this IP subnet you must set a static IP address temporarily to access the web interface. But you only need access to the web interface for configuration purposes. After the wireless is configured it works just fine.
Unless, of course you use WPA/WPA2 enterprise mode which requires to contact the RADIUS server. In that case you must use an IP address on the WRT which allows it to send packets directly to the RADIUS server.
Moreover, I would recommend not to use the broadcast IP address of the LAN IP subnet assigned to the WRT for any other purposes. If you set 10.0.11.12/255.255.255.0 I would suggest not to use 10.0.11.255 for any computer inside your LAN. You'll never know what traffic the router may be broadcasting to the LAN and that could become problematic if there is a computer sitting on that broadcast address (which of course is not really a broadcast address inside your LAN).
The other option would be to change the LAN subnet mask and maybe split the LAN into multiple routed networks.

  • Scrap from vendor

    Dear all ,
i have craeted Sub contracting PO for SFG .
BOm of SFG contains Rm & scap item with - qty .
After PO creation MB1b for PO with 541 item .
Only Rm can be sent against the PO . After that , at time of GR 101 mvmt for SFG and Whr the scrap is going ?
Why i cant receive the same ?
    Regards

    Hi,
scrap should be entered in BOM as -ve qty...
While you recieve the end product(finished) scrap will be accumulated in vendor's place with the movement type 545 O-.
You have to reverse manually using 542 mvt type...
If its accumulation and over accumulation - 545
If cumulated qty is less you can do subsequwnt adjustment using 121 and indirectly 546 gets hit..

  • Static Routing vs. Access Point

I need helping in setting up my media center. I have the Dlink 520 in wireless mode. I have the linksys WRT300N. And I'd like to set up a static route to my wired network's resources. This device is hardcoded with 192.168.1.X and I need a static route to the 192.168.0.X network. Is there a way to do so, so that my media server will be seen by the server on that network.  Please help..  I've looked at port forwarding and DMZ and they all have a hardcoded 192.168.1.X.  Should I just set this device up as a access point,  even though I have other wireless devices that benefit from DHCP.   Please advise.
    Thank you
    Mr V.

If you connect the WRT in gateway mode through its internet port to the dlink, you don't have to define any static route on the WRT. The LAN behind the WRT is inaccessible then unless you define port forwardings on the WRT.
If you connect the WRT in router mode through its internet port to the netgear you also don't have to define a static route on the WRT. You must define a static route for the WRT subnet on the dlink. The WRT will just work correctly as it is. You may also have to define a static route on the dlink to forward packets for the WRT subnet to the WRT instead of the netgear.
If you setup the WRT as I have suggested you don't need static routes on the WRT either because the internet port is not used and thus there is no routing on the WRT.
So, whatever you want to do I cannot see any reason in your setup why you think you would have to set a static route on the WRT. You only need routing if the packets have to go one more hop. But the WRT has only two sides and those two sides are your complete LAN. There is nothing else there...
You cannot define a static route for the traffic from inside the WRT LAN to the outside simply because this is implicitly defined with the configuration of the internet and LAN interfaces.
I don't have another suggestion. I think I have listed the major reason why it is beneficial to set up the WRT as access point, mostly because you'll only have a single LAN subnet instead of two. Two subnets complicate many things. One of those things is file sharing across the router which may be related to your problems.
I suggest you try to set it up as I have suggested and we see how it goes...

  • Duplicating Conditions in Schema

    Hi All
I want to link a Delivery Cost Condition to the Discount Condition.
    e.g.
    Condition ZAB1 - Discount Condition - Percentage - Negative
    Condition ZAB2 - Delivery Cost - Percnentage - Positive
I want to flow the Percentage of the Delivery Cost Condition automatically as of the Discount like if 3% is Discount then Delivery Costs should also be 3%
So In Calculation Schema the Sequence is like
    10  PB00
    20  ZAB1 10 10
    30  ZAB2 20 20
    For ZAB2 I could have used " From " - " To " as 10 10, but I want to link it to the ZAB1, so i used from - to as 20 20.
    I maintained these conditions in MEK1 as ZAB1 - 3% and ZAB2 as 100 %
But while using this schema in PO, my Delivery Costs are getting negative as I linked this to the ZAB1 (negative Conditions).
How can overcome this. I want to maintain the changes to only one condition i.e. ZAB1 and other should flow wrt ZAB1 only.
Can anyone guide me on ?

    Hi,
this is my suggestion. i haven't tried.
use negaive simple for delivery cost also anr try .
how the system calculate the delivery cost.
    Condition ZAB1 - Discount Condition - Percentage - Negative
    Condition ZAB2 - Delivery Cost - Percnentage - Negative

  • J1IF13 Error in completion of challan

    Hi,
I have a problem. I have created subcontracting PO with item category 'L'. Material is say R1 & in material data, I have maintained R1 as a subcomponent.
Now I have done tran posting MB1B 541 wrt PO.
    Challan wrt 541 doc no.J1IF01
    MIGO wrt challan no.
    Reconcilled fully J1IFQ
Now when I'm trying to complete challan, system is being dumped showing error as
No excise rate found for material R1
        Message no. 8I005
    Diagnosis
Either the material's master record does not contain any excise rates at all, or the excise rate is invalid.
    Procedure
In the Excise Rate Maintenance transaction, select Excise Tax Rate, and maintain the excise rates for the material.
I hv maintained it in J1ID , but still issue is not ressolved.
But when I use subcomponent as R2 for Parent matl R1,
    everything is working fine.
    Why so??
    Thanks & Regards,
    Piyush

    Hi Piyush,
Actually speaking there will never be excise rate for subcontracting.. you normally have service tax and cess service tax on this process. ur excise rate will be 0%
Check for the service tax and cess on service tax condition records maintained
Also chech the subcontract check mark in J1iD and please dont mention anything in material type field and try
Check on excise rate for chapter Id's in J1ID..
    thanks & regards,

  • Block internal network traffic

I would like to allow external internet access when connected to the WLAN but block people from accessing the LAN. My current set up is the modem then a firewall then a switch and then the Linksys WRT54GL wireless router. I've tried blocking all ports except for 80 and 443 but that doesn't work. Any ideas?

The WRT is a consumer router built to make home networking for people easier. There is no way to do what you want to do with a WRT. For really secure client separation you'll need a proper wireless access point which supports at least VLANs, and a managed VLAN switch. Then you are free to control access of clients in your network.
Any access restrictions you can set up in the WRT are only for the WAN-LAN connection (where the router sits). The LAN on the ethernet level is a simply unprotected ethernet LAN. There router is not doing much on that side.
