5510L Locked Up on Home Screen

Any ideas why this is happening?  Our customers can't access the MiFi, so they can't removed the battery and insert again to eliminate this issue. I need another troubleshooting tactic, please. We've had 67 of these returned to us with this issue. What's going on? Thanks. Verizon Wireless Customer Support

We have already determined in previous threads that you are using custom jetpacks with custom firmware.  The user forum cannot assist you with these problems nor is the user forum a good way to contact VZW for support.  This is a VZW issue you need to call them directly at 1-800-922-0204 and open an incident with them.  Work with a rep and run through the options they provide you. 
This is how you get your problems resolved.  Spamming the message boards over and over about the same problems is not going to get you anywhere.
