5530 XpressMusic problem with WH-205 stereo speake...

hello, i'm a new owner of this mobile phone but i have problem with (i guess) wh-205 stereo speakers i got with it.
well, the problem is that when i plug them into 3.5mm jack, the sound is wierd, music is disordered and i can barely hear the voice of a singer. but when i press and hold that remote button on the speakers, the sound is awesome. but as soon as i let it go, it becomes wierd again.
why is that happening? i tried "headset", "headphones", "music stand" option but it's the same. is it something wrong with my speakers?
i hope you'll help me out with this, after all this is xpress music phone.

Hello everybody. I bought a new nokia set e72 with my hard earned money and i only used it for two days and its giving me some problems, Im so down.
The problem is when i insert the WH205 HEADSET ,its bit loose ,i tried to insert it deep but i guess it doesnt go and when i move it ,it gives me voice sometimes at left ear side and sometimes at right ear side.
Also during this it restarts as well. I did a soft reset and hard reset as well. and i also saw some other discussions here to put it deep ,i tried but i think it doesnt go more into it.or may be thers some hardware fault.
I also checked my firmware update,,its not yet available at it. Can some body please tell me how to insert it or show me some pictures or some video,so tht i get some courage to apply more pressue, though i did but it feels like i might break soemthing inside.I tried to use the mic of the headset but it doesnt work also. I received a call. I was hearing the voice form other side but the other person wasnt hearing my voice.
Kindly help!!
 Regards

  • TS1630 i am having problem with my iphone 4S speaker. apparently, i can hear ringtone and alarm, but i cant seem to play music on speaker. HELP!

i dont know what happened to my Iphone. I cant play music on speaker anymore. and when i pressed on volume up and down buttons there is no show of increased or decrease sound. i need help. but i can listen to music and adjust the sound while i m on earphone. and i can hear ringtone, alarm and all. just the problem with playing music. THANKS!

Did you already try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.

  • Help - problem with white iphone 4 speaker

Hi, i have a problem with my white iphone 4 speaker. I know the specs stated that the mic is supposed to be on the left and the right is the speaker but i've compared at least 2 other black iphones 4s and there is some volume from the left side (if you close the right side) whereas mine is practically non-existent. Should i be concerned? Is this specific to the white iphone 4? The local telco has not been helpful - they can only reformat the phone and said that this is a software problem. Anyone with similar experience pls share. Thanks in advance.

You already know the answer.  ALL iphones, every single one of them, have but one speaker at the bottom.  You have NO ISSUE at all with your speakers.  None.  Nothing is wrong.  At all.  No problem.  None.

  • Problem with T7700 7.1 Speaker System

I'm currently having a problem with the speaker system named above. For no reason at all, whether I'm playing a game, watching a mpg or listening to mp3's, the volume on the speakers raises and lowers every few seconds for no apparent reason. This has been happening for a few months now. (I bought the speakers December 2003) I've ruled out the sound card (Audigy 2 ZS) because I've tried these speakers on two different systems. Any ideas what it could be or if you need any more info, please let me know. Thanks.

I can't read good, I didn't see your hardware. My mistake.
I reinstalled my drivers, and that seems to have helped. I think it may have had something to do with Windows XP SP2 or my onboard sound, I don't know for sure though.

  • AirPort Express -- having problems with music and stereo

Anytime I connect iTunes to my home theater system, the sound is very very quiet, and there is a slight "buzz, or humm" noise in the background, almost as though the Line out cable isn't connected all the way (obviously it is...). This system has worked when I first set it up, but now all of a sudden, it is having these problems...any suggestions or solutions? Thanks

I don't know what's going on inside the airport express, but I also loose various qualities of the sound when I'm streaming. Typically, if I have set my amplifier to apply some virtual surround mode using 4 speakers, two of them will go dead whenever I stream over the express unit. I tried using the mini-toslink out of the express, which changed nothing. I'd be interested in a technical explanation of what that thing is doing to the signal. A humm is typically a ground loop, probably more likely to come from within your home theater system. Can you try connecting the airport express line to another input channel on your audio system to check if it is a ground problem with the input you're currently using?

  • A problem with the microphone (and speaker) in Multisim

    Hello
I want to use the microphone in Multisim, the only problem is that, once I double click the microphone, all the buttons are greyed out (I can't press them). I tried to change several things in the control panel, but it still doesn't work, and I really need it. What should I do?
By the way, only the speaker can convert the sound to a voltage signal, right?
Another thing, I searched and saw someone else had the same problem as I had, but it didn't help me.
    Thank you

There is a situation where the Speaker component will not work depending on your hardware. Nestor  explained this to me. What he told me is that if your sound card driver "controls all the sound, speakers, equalizer, etc... windows communicates to that driver in order to generate sound...  this is the thing that is not supported in LabVIEW. LV controls sound devices that are directly controlled by Windows only"
This is how he explained it to me and I hope he doesn't mind me posting this, but I couldn't explain it better than he did. This may be what is happening in your situation where the speaker is concerned.
I do not believe, based upon Nestor's explaination, that there is much that we can do about this on our end. It all depends on your hardware driver and if that driver is doing what Nestor says then unless you change your hardware to something compatible (which I am not willing to do) then we are both just stuck with what we have. I could be wrong about this last statement, but that is the way I am understanding what is happening.

  • Problems with X-Fi Automatic speaker mute if headphones are plugged

Hi guys,?I?have a big problem since a few weeks. I?have activated the?two options under: if Headphones are plugged in (Switch to Headphone Mode and Mute speakers).Everything is working great if?i plug in my Headphones, the speakers are muted. But absolutely random, my speakers are turning on and playing the same sound i hear over my headphones. After a while the speakers will mute again. This is absolutely annoying because the X-Fi seems to ignore this setting from time to time. The Output Mode even stays at microphone. If i unplug the headphones and plug? them in again, it changes to headphone mode but my speakers are still playing only the sound quality changes and i can only hear sound from my front speakers and through my headphones at the same time. It can't be a lose wire or something because if a pull or push my cable or the connector at the front of my External Panel it stays the same. It makes no difference if i only activate the speaker mute option. I have a X-Fi Elite Pro, with the newest Windows XP Professional Drivers (checked them through Auto-Update and the Website). My sound System is a Creative T7700 7. Surround Set connected to the back of my X-Fi Card. My Headphone is connected to the front of the external X-fi sound panel. I'm german so i don't know the?true english names of the driver options.

Still no reply? Hey guys at Creative! I can't properly use my Headphones!!

  • Problems with OSS (ALC1200, one speaker only noise)

Hi, im trying to use OSS since a half year, but never got it up running. There is always only noise/scrappy sound on the right front speaker and on the same time on the right Headphone speaker. In OSS test it says ok when testing. Devices are  /dev/oss/oss_hdaudio0/pcm0 when this occures the first time, and /dev/oss/oss_hdaudio0/spdout at the second time.
Card is the ALC1200 onboard-chip of the Asus P5Q. Its is recognised by alsa & oss as ALC888, and normally working in alsa.

I tried to turn everything off at record. Oh and this sound is only there when i play sound, not when i do nothing. Any ideas?

I'd like to use OSS instead of alsa - just for curiosity and for the rumored "better quality"
I followed wiki and got OSS working, except the same problem as stated above. First I get noise from right front speaker (pcm0) and second from spdout_std (the last one osstest testes). The second last one (spdout) gives good sound though, so I could symlink /dev/dsp to /dev/oss/oss_hdaudio0/spdout, but then how to get sound out from the optical SPDIFF output?
Has anybody solved this yet, or do I have to go back ALSA?

  • 5320 XpressMusic problems with streaming

Hi, my new nokia 5320 have some troubles with video streaming - and some others 5320 also.
Starting the 3Planet HD mobile TV (austrian Hutchinson 3G) with real player it streams the video normally, but after 50s the video freeze - audio runs further.
The phone as version 3.26 on it.
Know someone a solution for this problem (e.g. configuring real player)?
    best regards
    robert

    Hello,
now I have testet more Nokia 5320XM with 3 Hutchinson Branding, and all 5320 freeze at video-streaming. I think this is a problem of the memory, because I changed the HSDPA-rate from 1,4MBit/s to 3,2MBit/s and its need less the half time for freezing (1,4 x 2,5 = 3,2).
I compaired the realplayer settings on a 6120c (which runs normally) and this phone has as rate about 280kBit/s.
Is the high transfer-rate (factory setting) the reason for this problem?

  • Problems with the front-middle speaker of my T7700, support didnt onswer my emails

sry for my english, i didn't find a german board or a telephone number I can call. I wrote 4 emails on the formular on the supportpage, but i never got an answer ;(
    My problem in german:
    Hallo,
    MfG Stefan M?ller

  • Problems with volume control, built-in speaker on HP ProBook

    Hi
Recently installed Arch on a HP ProBook 4330s. Initially sound was working perfectly, but now I'm having problems with the built-in speaker.
Using alsamixer in the terminal, I can independently control the volume of the headphone jack and the speaker, but it seems like the speaker is linked to the headphone volume instead of the speaker volume. Thus raising the speaker volume in alsamixer has no effect on the speaker itself, which only outputs sound as long as the headphone volume is raised and the loopback box is checked. This also means that the speakers cannot be muted while using headphones.
I installed pavucontrol to see if I could gain any insight, but trying to select "Speakers" as output port seems only to have an effect the volume sliders in alsamixer. So no settings in PulseAudio UI could solve my issue.
I have googled wide and far, but haven't found anything helpful. I tried reoading kernel modules snd-hda-intel, snd-hda-codec-idt, snd-hda-codec-generic, but nothing changed.
Below is some info of my system. Please let me know if I need provide more. Any help is appreciated.

I do have all those packages installed. The volume controls were working perfectly for about 3 week, but now suddenly they are not behaving as expected. I don't know of any changes I made to my system that could have caused this. I suspected it might be a problem with the drivers, so I tried to find the appropriate driver at https://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentatio … Models.txt
    [frwdrik@frwdrik ~]$ cat /proc/asound/card0/codec#0 | grep -i codec
    Codec: IDT 92HD87B1/3
But I cannot find this codec on that page.

  • Samsung Fascinate, problems with playing music via USB port on car stereo

Before the update, I could play the music files on my Fascinate via the USB port on my Kenwood stereo, and control basic functions such as skip, pause etc.  Now, my stereo does not recognize the device, and cannot read the files.  I went to local Verizon store where a sales rep tried to connect it in here new Kia Soul and it didn't recognize the device either. It will play via the AUX jack, but I lose player control and the phone does not charge via the AUX cable.  She did a hard reset which did not resolve the problem.  We tried one of the other employee's Fascinate in my car, which did not work either.
So, after hoping to be able to stream music via Pandora, Jango etc thru the USB port after the update, now it seems its primary function is for charging.
Also, the ALL SHARE function, which I used to get the music on my phone originally, does not work now.
Anyone else have this issue with music player and USB connection?

txgopher- I have personally never used my Fascinate to listen to music via USB via stereo however, I can see why it would be frustrating for you to no longer be able to do so when it was never an issue prior to the update.
It sounds as though you and the store rep already did some troubleshooting by trying to duplicate the problem with another car, stereo and even doing the final troubleshooting step which is a master reset.
Since you have done all of the necessary troubleshooting steps to no avail, it most definitely appears as though the software update has interfered with that USB connection in some way.
What I have done is forwarded the information you have provided to Samsung in order for them to look into this concern as well as come up with a way to get this resolved.
Please stay tuned because as soon as we hear back from Samsung we will be sure to update this forum with the results/findings.
