55WX800U Power On/Off Resets Comcast User Settings to 4:3 and 480p

When the TV is powered off, when it is turned back on the Comcast box (Motorola DCX3400) user settings gets reset to 4:3 aspect ratio and 480p display resolution. I go back through the Comcast user settings menu and set to 16:9 aspect and Native or 1080i resolution... and if the TV is turned off it will reset it everytime.
I've tried everything under the sun. If there is a setting, I've tried changing it. I also have a Denon AVR-1911 A/V Receiver. Regardless of whether the HDMI cable to the TV is routed through the receiver or direct to the TV, the same thing happens everytime. I've tried every possible combination of of enabling/disabling CEC control/RegazaLink in the TV and receiver as well. I also updated the TV firmware via USB with what is currently posted on this site. The update did go through successfully. I've also tried every combination of the order in which devices power on/off.
So I currently have to redo the user setting setup every single time I turn on the TV. It's annoying to put it mildly. Please help.

They tried all the exact same steps I did, took the phone apart and looked at and said it is in "pristine" condition. They have no idea why it isn't working, but they could offer to sell me another phone. This is extremely annoying! They claim it has nothing to do with the update to 7.1.2, but that is when I lost the wi-fi, so it has to be related!

I am so frustrated and i don't know if i want to give 70 euro for wifi since i don't know if it would make the same problems again...

How many people get the power on/off/resetting issue?
I've had my S750s for about 6 months, with X-Fi Elite Pro, and has been doing it since.
Any idea on what's the cause? Something to do with the control pod?

What do you mean exactly? On my side I have power on/off/resetting issue when the speaker are in standby mode (thus red light on the control pod) and when I switch them on via the remote control or the control pod. It makes a strange noise in the subwoofer ("clic"), the red light disappear, then a new noise and the speakers are switched on. The problem is that all volume levels (rear / side / center / sub and main) are reinitialized! I have to configure them each time this problem appears...
I have a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS connected to this speaker system. For me it is related to an electrical problem in the subwoofer like if the voltage was not stable (variations).

Reset ALV User settings

Hi,
I have defined an ALV dynamicly. When I add a new column to the ALV it is not displayed. Doing right click and going to 'user settings' I see that the column is added to 'Hide column'. Changing this manually shows that the new column is presented in the ALV.
This only happend if I had once clicked the user settings and did some things and SAVED. So somewhere my user settings are stored.
My question:
- How can I reset my ALV user settings in webdynpro in a way that new defined columns are directly presented ?
- Where are these ALV user settings stored ?

As sarbjeeth suggested, get the variant(personalisation info) details from the WD application wd_analyze_config_user.
Run this application and search for the variants of the component SALV_WD_TABLE(ALv component), identify your variant and note the details like config name,config variant, config type etc.
Then in the WDDOINIT , you can try deleting like this.
DATA lo_api_controller TYPE REF TO if_wd_controller.
DATA lo_pers_manager   TYPE REF TO if_wd_personalization.

Control (Power on/off, Reset, Delete...) more than one VM at once

Hello,
I was wondering if there is a comfortable way to steer several VMs at once via the OVM Manager or scripts/ a CLI?
For example, if I would like to power on 5 VMs at once, I have to mark the radio button, click 'power on', then the next and so on.
Especially in some situations (e.g. after a crash) it would be useful to send commands to more than one VM.
Does anyone know if there is a easy way to achieve this, without e.g. scripting xen commands?

I have had my ipod 4th generation for a year now and had not had any problems until now. My ipod no longer connects to my WiFi. i have reset my network settings, forgot my network and followed all of Apple's advice. Any ideas?

Does the iPod see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

I'm guessing it's more likely a problem with your carrier's 3G network in the area. You shouldn't have to modify any settings for 3G to work consistently on a supported carrier.
You can try turning off 3G data, with will switch over to Edge if it exists. If it does, it will be much slower than 3G, but I suppose faster than 0 is better than 0.
I'd contact your carrier about it.

IPhone 4s won't power on/off - shows Apple logo for 5-6 seconds and then goes black again.

I was trying to change my Game Center ID and got an error message that it couldn't connect to the server. I signed out of GC and tried signing back in but got the same message. Decided to power the phone off and I intended to turn it back on to see if that fixed the problem - now the phone is just cycling on and off. Screen goes black, then the Apple logo appears for 5-6 seconds, then the screen goes black again. I've tried plugging it in, unplugging it, checking to see if the lock button is stuck, all to no avail. Any ideas?? Running iOS 7.

I have reset my user ID on app store and iCloud on Mac Book Pro. How can I change the iCloud user ID on my iPad if I forgot the original password. My original email address is no longer current.

Your description of the problem is a bit confusing. Do you have ONLY ONE Apple ID or do you have MORE THAN ONE?

WiFi ON/OFF button Doen't Work, the IPod doesn't show the on/off button in the Settings- General - WiFi

After My IPod Touch 4th Geneartion was broken I had to fix the screen, which cost me a lot, after a perfect restore through the ITunes I went to connect to my IPod to the WiFi network then the WiFi ON/OFF button Doen't Work, the IPod doesn't show the on/off button in the Settings-> General -> WiFi.
And another problem I encountered during this operation was that the Games I downloaded through the ITunes doesn't work, when I click on the icon ( Game Icon) it starts an then closes in a few seconds

I reset my user settings on my Photosmart C5280 printer and now cant print photos at all help and thanks. I changed the automatic settings to try and print a 3x5 unsuccessfully. Now I can't print at all. How do I get them back to the settins the printer came with.
Also, are there online classes to teach me how to use the photosmart functions?

I had the same problem with my iphone 4S, ios 7.1.2. The wifi button was grayed out for some time now. I tried several methods that I found in various forums, including the reset of network settings, airplane mode, fridge and more. NOTHING!
Then I finally did what I wanted to avoid - the heating method, and it worked as follows:
1. iPhone turned on, I held a hair dryer close to it while keeping the screen on and watching it while heating the iphone with the hair dryer.
2. When the temperature warning came up on the screen, I put the iphone aside to cool up in room temperature (shut off the display). I turned it on/off couple of times until I saw that the warning was gone and normal screen came back.
3. The wifi was still grayed out.
4. I then did the network settings reset,
iphone wifi was back to normal!!

for your information problem is .. there is a RFC call which creates an IDOC and inturn that IDOC creats a sales order
now there is some value which is not getting passed to sales order in a desired format hence the idoc is getting into error
i am getting a currency format issue. but i am unable to find out which field is not getting passed in the correct format .
i am facing the error only if i am creating SO from batch . if i am rerunning the idoc from we19 it is not throughing
any error.
can you please suggest me in which direction i shoud move to resolve this.
