5700 problems with unreal 2004

Hi! I wonder if someone could please tell what to do......
I recently bought a fx5700 VTD 256 video card, and i cannot get to run unreal tournament 2004. Every time I try to run the game, i just get the video from nvidia "the way its meant to be played", then my computer crashes and i have to power down the computer to get to work again (the reset switch dows nothing). I played another games like prince of persia, morrowind and beyond goog and evil and nothing seems to be wrong. I have:
i) MSI KT4 ultra Fisr motherboard
ii) 400 W Power Suply
iii) 40 GB WD hard drive
iii) 80 GB Seagete hard drive
iv) LG dvd-r, LG cd-rw, pioneer 16X dvd drives
I have already installed the 4 in 1  via drivers 4.51 and nvidia 56.72 drivers
Please help, i had to work very long in order to buy this video card...........

Do you also have the latest MB BIOS installed?  Its always a good
idea to have the latest BIOS installed, because its known to fix some
compatibility issues!
List your IRQs 0 - 22 !
In all honesty, you might need to consider the power supply in your rig,
it might not be adequate, this is one of the major components that’s
overlooked by many builders home and or professional, when upgrading
there hardware!
If the PSU is inadequate you will experience, lockups, shutdowns, sudden
or random reboots, BSOD, and numerous other instability issues!  
This is your Achieve 400W PSU:
3.3v x 22A = 92.4 Watts @100%
5v x 30A = 160 Watts @ 100%
12v x 13A = 156 Watts @ 100%
Total Watts 388.6 @ 100%
388.6 Watts @ 70% = 272.02 Watts
Theoretically you have a 272 Watt PSU!
Your 12v rail might be just on the borderline for your rig to be stable in
graphic intensive 3-D applications!  156 Watts @ 70% = 109 Watts  
Barton cores like 75 watts and FX cards like 75 watts, they are known
to be power hungry, which equals 150 watts more or less!
PSU are sensitive to heat, an increase in temp equals a decrease in watts!
Many PSU are misleading and or inadequate, PSU can be very deceiving!
Always buy a quality named brand PSU like a Antec, Enermax, Fortron,
or the best PC Power & cooling!

a great place for you to get started, in this thread there is a link to a
PSU wattage calculator, there you will be able to calculate the correct
PSU wattage your rig will use, remember to add 20% minimum to 30%
more watts onto those figures, in return, those figures, should tell you,
if you have a PSU related issue!
