5800 wont start up with memorycard inside the phon...

My 5800 wont start with the memory card inside the phone. When the card is in the phone it just hangs with a white screen displaying the word NOKIA. When the card is removed the phone can be powered on and off without any issues. Any ideas?

is the card compatible ?it could also be a corrupt memory card. you can either try to reformat it via computer using the mass memory mode via usb and also store your data on the computer. try another card and see if the same thing happens. you might not be able to format the memory card you currently use, but if you are lucky enough you might be able. if you do indeed suceed you can try that card in the phone and see how that works.

Yes, the warranty is voided by the water damage. You have probably done a number on the motherboard, which will need diagnosis and repair.
You should be either 1) thankful that you have recent backup or 2) hopeful that your hard drive itself was not damaged and the data is recoverable.

Try holding the buttons longer--at least a minute or until you see the Apple logo light up.

With iOS 6 my wifi wont stay connected until I unlock the phone.

With iOS 6 my wifi wont stay connected until I unlock the phone, thus meaning find my iPhone and nothing else works, unless you actually find the phone, is it just my phone? And for this I guess that it is the backing up of my Podcasts - which are free downloads that causes the hang up. These are items that I have played and synced before without issues. I am thinking this way because these are Podcasts that I used to play but sundenly would not play on my iPhone. Each time I try to play anyone of them it generates the message - this movie could not be played.
I am scared of atempting a system restore because I guess I may lose my SMS for the past two months. Please approach the solution from this point of view.

My phone number is 8 numbers plus the country code which is strange! Another thing is I was given a phone email that I was told to use for texting but I'm not sure how that works!! whichever app store you are connecting to, hyou need a credit card with an address in that country. Also, itunes gift cards must be in local currency too.
If you are in japan, you need to use the japan app store

Sorry, downgrading the iOS is not supported by Apple, thus there is no official way to do so. Your phone was re-locked to the carrier it was originally locked to because you hacked it to unlock it. Apple's servers detected such & re-locked your phone. You need to contact the carrier your phone is locked to if you want to get it officially unlocked.

Apple Warranty should cover this hardware problem. You could try a Restore of the iPhone Firmware with iTunes on computer to confirm it is not software problem. Then make Genius reservation and take to Apple for resolution.

In a word, no.
If you notice someone that you are allowing to use your iPhone perusing through your email account mailboxes without your knowledge or permission, that should be the last time they are allowed to do so.
There is no app that provides for this and there won't be one. 3rd party apps do not have access to Apple private APIs for the iPhone.
