I have no front screen light at all on the tree buttons and on the xpress music button i dont have light in all i do a hard reset a fw upgrade and reinstalled and nothing works i want light on buttons, please help!

Try updating / re-installing the firmware.. Take back-up before doing so,..
If that does not help.. you may have to visit Nokia Care..

Connect the iOS device to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased. Place the iOS device in DFU mode. if necessary to allow the restore.

I hold the home button and sleep button at the same time
but still nothing happen

Hold those two buttons for 10-15 seconds (until the Apple logo appears. If it does not, take it in for diagnosis.

lumia 1020 focus assist light wont turn off. i've done a hard reset and a soft reset. ive also drained the battery but the little round light continues to be turned on .
i checked and it looks like ive still got warranty from nokia. will they still honour the warranty if ive updates the software?

I have the same problem, I tested everything, hard reset, soft reset, using recovery tool to back to Cyan version, still the light is ON.. what is tyhe problem, it is ridicolous that Microsoft/ Nokia do not give an answer to this problem as many users have the same problem........

You are under warranty. You can call Applecare and get advice from the tech rep, or you can bring it to an Apple store or authorized Apple service provider.

Please clarify... Does the screen look "normal" (and is it turned "on") when connected? When you disconnect it, "lines appear across the screen"? If it "wont turn on," how are there lines (or anything) appearing on the screen?

Apple wireless keyboard caps lock light wont turn off

I have an apple wireless keyboard that came with my 2011 imac and up untill last month the caps lock light wont turn off even when i turn caps lock off and its draining my battery. usually the keyboard will turn off whenever the computer was off but now i have to turn the whole keyboard off everytime im not using it to save battery.

It is probably faulty. If you are close to one, I suggest you take it to an Apple store for diagnosis.

Screen light auto turn dark when I use program/web with background dark in windows 8.1

I used HP Pavilion dv6t-6000 CTO Quad for 3 years.
CPU: Intel core i7-2630QM
GPU: AMD Radeon 6490m
It build in windows 7 and I manual install ( fresh install ) windows 8. It's fine. But when I upgrade to windows 8.1, it have an issue and I really hate it.
When I use "Sublime Text" ( with background is black ), the screen light is become darker. And when I back to ( e.g: a website with background is white ), the screen turn back to lighter.
I tried many ways, included 4 ways here but it's NOT WORK.
NOTE: When I used Option 1 ( upper )
1. Open PC settings, and click/tap on PC and devices on the left side
2. Click/tap on Power and sleep on the left side, and turn on or off Adjust my screen brightness automatically on the right side under Brightness.
==> It's NOT SHOW button "Adjust my screen brightness automatically". It mean: I have NO built in auto brightness sensor.
I think this issue is about AMD driver or Intel Graphic driver.
Is anybody have idea???

i grasp that after updating your system from Windows 8 to 8.1 you are having an issue with the display going dim.
You have tried some steps you located on the web but there was no change.
Windows 8 an 8.1 are not supported Operating Systems for your notebook. This does not mean they will not work only that HP has not tested it and therefore does not supply updated drivers. You would need to check the manufacturer's site for any updated drivers.
Downloading or Updating Software and Drivers for HP Computers
When I checked the driver page for your notebook I did notice there is a bios update, have you done that?

As a bios update does have a potential to cause damage I suggest contacting HP support for assistance with that process.

Keyboard lights wont turn on

Hi everybody! I have a issue with my keyboard, the lights just turn on when turning on the device after it gets to the OS they just wont work anymore, so I cant type any message in the dark because I dont see what key Im pressing, tried configuring in opcion, updating the OS tu v5 and nothing. If you have any other option to try, pls share it. Thks

Did the whole computer just died?
It's entirely possible. And the more you try to start it up without making absolutely certain there is no remaining water in the machine, the more likely you are to kill it if you haven't already.
Disconnect the AC adapter, remove the battery, and take the machine to an Apple Store or authorized service provider to be taken apart, dried out and repaired as needed. It will be very expensive and won't be covered by warranty.

Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness shows up, the first thing to try is a proper reboot:
With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes.
See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
