5s Water damage. What can I do now?

My iPhone had a "journey" in a water for about 10 minutes, that wasn't much water, but was enough for....
around 10% of a screen is covered by water (from inside)
there is water on the bottom of the screen covering all bottom line of the keyboard where the [SPACE] is and some area around V
also some area on the top of the screen where is network info
speaker is not working, only works when someone is calling and heaphones are plugged in, so normally speaker is not working, I think iPhone thinks that heaphones are connected
I have switched off and turned on the iPhone, and there were some graphic problems, as screen seems blurred, some lines appears,
What should I do now? I still have a warranty, as I bought iphone in the beginning of February, 2014.
Will Apple repair the iPhone?
Or can I give this iPhone for apple and get a new iPhone with a discount?
Or something else?

Apple will not repair the iPhone, and water damage voids the warranty. Take the iPhone to an Apple store genius bar for an out of warranty replacement...in the US that is $269 for the iPhone 5S.

There is only one trick people sometimes succeed with, place the iPhone in a zip-lock bag with uncooked rice and close the bag and let it sit for at least a week to ten days. If it starts up, fine...but after immersion in a pool it is not likely to do so.

Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it

Typically this indicates a device that has been hacked to be unlocked or jailbroken.

As Guido said, you can use BootCamp to partition the drive. If you want to install, or reinstall Windows. You would launch BootCamp and it will actually guide you through the installation, you will only need to decide how large a partition you want. I would use BootCamp, I would not use disk utility. When you have installed Windows and you want to boot into windows, when you start your MBP hold down the option key, this will give you trha option of booting Mac OSX or Windows.

If it does not respond when plugged to a computer running the latest version of iTunes, then it is indeed dead and no content will be recoverable.

Probably wasn't a good idea to install beta software on a device when you're not a developer.
Apple clearly states that beta software is not to be installed on production devices.
Not really much you can do except wait for iOS 6.1 to be officially released and then install it.

Apple have not 'Done away with iWeb' as you put it. They are no longer supporting it and no longer upgrading it, but this DOES NOT mean that you can't still use it to create websites with.
Apple stopped supporting it sometime ago now, but it is an application like any other that you have and if you have it on your Mac, then you can still use it - it works with both Lion and Mountain Lion and if you want it you can still get it, but you'll have to purchase it from Amazon as part of either the iLife 11 or iLife 09 boxed set.
If you really want to use other software, which you don't need to take a look at RapidWeaver, Sandvox, Freeway Express and Pro 6, Flux 4 and Quick n' Easy Website Builder. Most, if not all of these have free month long trials where you can download and try before you buy.
As well as these, you have other options such as the online web site builders such as http://www.wix.com or http://www.weebly.com, or the CMS's (Content Management Systems) that you can install directly on your host/server and include http://drupal.org and http://joomla.org amongst others.
Rage software are also producing their own version of iWeb called EasyWeb - however, all first reports would seem to suggest that you won't be able to purchase this software on its own when it is released - it will initially be tied to Rage web hosting, so you would need to purchase this first to be able to use EasyWeb.
However, if you still have iWeb then use it for as long as it works and don't look elsewhere. Just because iWeb is no longer sold or supported by Apple does not mean that you can't still use it - you most certainly can.

Mifi devices are usually quite small. Think Credit Card size, and maybe slightly thicker. So not really a big device you need to carry around.
In any case if you are still within the 14 day return period you may be able to return it to an Apple retail store. It needs to be an Apple Owned store, not sure Authorized Resellers will let you do it.
Other than that, bob points out, you may want to try to use the iPhone as a hotspot for the iPad. If your Carrier supports it. Like the Mifi device, the iPhone will share its cellular internet connection out to other devices over a Wireless network the iPad can use.
