5th gen and itunes 7..please help!!!!
i just upgraded itunes 7 on my computer just so i can buy games for my ipod video..i made sure that my settings were still on manage library manually..i connect my ipod and what happens it erases half of my music library and my playlists wich took my months to put together...so now half of my music is gone with no back up since i just got this new computer,,someone please tell me that there is a way to restore what i had on my ipod...please! im trying to keep my cool...i feel like riding over to apple offices and starting the revolution!
Sounds like the battery is officially dead. Not necessarily the whole ipod, though.

If it is second hand, try putting it in recovery mode, and restoring it with itunes on a mac or pc.

Settings > Store > Sign Out.

Apps won't sync for Ipod Touch 5th gen and Itunes 11
I need some suggestions on how to fix this. I have removed and reinstalled itunes with no success.
I updated Itunes and now I can't sync apps on the ipod. I am manually selecting the apps. It syncs apps for another 4th gen ipod but wont for the newer one.
It will sync music but not apps.Yes I have synced before with no problem to the new Ipod.
Music is syncing okay.
In the APP tab in itunes it thinks it has synced the apps, they just haven't actually appeared on the ipod.
The apps have synced to an older ipod.
I updated Itunes, I was going to try to go back to the earlier verision of Itunes but because of another issue (no hard drive space) I deleted my restore points and can't get back earlier itunes. -
Real Problems with Feedburner and iTunes. Please help!
I've tried numerous things to figure out whats going on but havent been able to pin point it. Maybe someone here can help. My latest podcast episode has not shown up in iTunes yet and it has been almost 2 days. I've tried pinging the iTS and pinging feedburner but I'm not sure what's going on. For my first 2 podcasts everything went fine but for this one, the feedburners site says it was unable to create an enclosure for the podcast. Any clues on where to even start? I'm not really a code guy so I don't know what to do. Here's my feed URL and the site I post my podcasts too:

I bought a used ipod nano 5th gen and it came with 900 songs on it. How can i transfer, sync, and retain the music before i authorize this unit to my itunes account? It says it will erase all content once I sync with my imac7. Is there anyway to keep the music??? please help!!

I have a ipod 5th gen and i changed my password because everyone knew it. I had forgotten it and now it is fully disabled. I can not get it online anymore and i have tried everything to get it restored. Please help as I am really worried
Disabled
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode. -

i have an ipod touch 5th gen and when connected to itunes i get a message saying itunes was unable to load data class information from sync services. reconnect or try again later. anyone got any ideas? i've tried most things on most forums but still no joy

"Connect to iTunes to Use Push Notifications" comes almost in every app that I open and it does not notify me when I got message in Whatsapp and Viber. Please help me to overcome it, it is becoming quite annoying!
Did you get any help on this? From what I can see from surfing this site, it's a BUG that no one has offered a solution to. It sometimes happens after a 'reset' and going to ITunes does not offer a way to 'set up push notifications'.
