6 laptops not fully charging

Hi,
I recently started a (very) small business in refurbishing laptops and computers.
Now 6 laptops (NC6320's) are all having the same problem.
When I got them, none of the batteries were working, so I bought replacement batteries (from a respectable store in the Netherlands). They all work great, except they all stop charging somewhere between 80-90%. I've now tried anything I can come up with:
- Recalibrating batteries (draining to 5% in Windows, or all the way in BIOS, followed by "fully" charging)
- Updating/flashing BIOS
- Disabling "Fast charge second battery" option in BIOS
- Uninstalling Microsoft ACPI Controller in device manager (highly doubt it's a Windows problem though)
- Returning batteries to store, they tested them, and told me they were all fine
- Buying replacement batteries from a different store
Nothing works! It's kinda driving me crazy and I really hope someone can help me out here

It wouldn't hurt to calibrate the batteries. Maybe they are just reporting the wrong charge.
Calibrate Battery HP
I also would double check that there is no dedicated Power Management program or similiar installed where you can adjust the batteries properties. You can also check Power Options in Control Panel.
HP has the HP Power Assistant.
Sony has a VAIO Control Center where you can adjust the battery charging properties.
And Lenovo has one too, the Lenovo Energy Management program.

(Creative Zen Vision M not fully charging( Hi, I recently bought a refurbished ZVM that doesnt seem to charging properly. When I first got it, it hadnt been charged in quite some time so the battery was overdead. My PC couldnt detect it when I connected it via usb and it didnt even start charging at all. I then connected it to a wall charger and it finally started charging. The strange thing is it never fully charges. I've charged it twice now, both times for at least about 2 hours, and the battery doesnt go more than 50%. And when I connect it to my PC to transfer songs, instead of resuming its charge, my battery runs out. Is this a case of a faulty battery? I li've in Australia and I bought it from the USA. I would prefer not to go through the trouble of returning it if I could. Anything I should do like leaving it to charge for an even longer time? Also one more thing I should mention. When I remove the wall charger and plug it back in, it takes the ZVM sometime to detect it, about 30 minutes or so, and start charging again. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Your computer will not overcharge, even when off. If the battery is sufficiently low, it will top off the battery and stop charging. By morning, the light will be green because it is done charging.
There is no need to disconnect the power when you shut it off. The SMC microcontroller will continue to supervise charging the battery, even when the main processor is shut down.

When i plug in my 5c overnight to charge, it did not fully charge

my iPhone 5c has ios 8.1.2 the memory available is 7.8gb storage capacity is12.8gb. when I plug in the charger to charge overnight, it does not fully charge. my phone was at 40% power last night and I plugged in the charger and this morning it was at only 61% power. When I plugged it in, the battery symbol did not turn green, nor did it make the beep sound. What is wrong?

Are you using a genuine Apple charger and cable? If not, I would suspect there's a problem with either the plug or cable. Also, make sure the outlet you're using is working properly. Did a breaker blow through the night?

Macbook pro not fully charging

My macbook pro is less than one month old and it started not fully charging a few days ago. It was at 97% when the light turned green, and wouldn't go up any more. I always have my keyboard light off & the screen light very dim so don't tell me to lower it. I then decided to calibrate the battery and it charged 100% but I unplugged it for a little bit and it dropped to 99% and will not go up anymore. The charger light is green and it thinks it's fully charged. What is going on?!! this is new!

Apapter light is green, but MacBook is not fully charged.

My MacBook's power adapter light stays green, but my computer is not fully charged, the indicator in the menu bar says 98%. I am very confused, anyone have a possible solution?

The charging circuitry turns off once the battery is fully charged. It will come on again when the charge level drops below 95 percent. Until then the battery is fully charged so the charge indicator on the adapter will stay green.
If your battery never attains 100 percent charge level it may be because you've never calibrated the battery.
If you've calibrated the battery but it still will not charge fully or doesn't hold the charge, then the battery may be defective. You can have it replaced under your warranty by taking the computer to an Apple service center or calling AppleCare. Click on the Contact Support link at the bottom of this page for AppleCare's phone number.

IPhone 5 not fully charging

Hi,
iPhone 5 - recently noticed when plugged in overnight, it was not fully charging (maybe charging to 75-80% when I checked in morning). Unplug and plug lightning connector back into phone, and leave it alone. It will eventually charge all the way. Anyone else seen this?

Should also mention - let battery completely run down when I noticed this issue and then plugged it in to charge. Still same behavior.

Did you already try to set it up "as new device" How to back up your data and set up as a new device
If this does not work, try again, this time without using the latest backup, in case it contains corrupt data, causing your problems.

Clean the charging port.
Charge using the supplied wall charger, not your computer.
Try another charger and/or cable.
If none of these work, you have a hardware problem.

Battery will not fully charge.

My battery will not fully charge anymore. Also, it seems that my phone has a hard time charging because sometimes the bolt will not show even when it is plugged in so it seems like something is loose. I am going to go to Verizon today to have them look into it. Does anyone have any ideas?

Have you been able to try a different cable, it a different cable does the same thing then it is probably and issue with the port on the device.

X6-00 Not fully charging

My Nokia X6-16 GB is not fully charging. when i put it on chaging for one day it keep on charging.. Its not stopping the charging when fully charged. please help me.

Thank you for posting and welcome to the forum.
Try to customize the Multimedia Settings of your phone for you to send large size of photos through MMS. Go to Messaging, select Options and then go to Settings. Once done, tap on Multimedia Message and then select Image Size. From there, you will be having an option to change it from small to large. If this doesn't work, consider double checking it with your Service Provider as they may limit the size of MMS messages. If the inserted picture exceeds this limit, the device may make it smaller so that it can be sent by MMS. And also, make sure that the device is running its latest software.
Try this and let us know the outcome.

Apple told you it was unrepairable.... You had it serviced by an unauthorized party. It's now no longer eligible for out of warranty replacement by Apple.
There's really nothing else we can say about it. Find a competent 3rd party repair shop or buy a new one.

How are you trying to charge it? It's best charged using its supplied power brick plugged into the wall. If you're trying to charge it via USB your results will be mediocre at best since most USB ports don't put out enough power. Same results if you are using an iPhone charger for your iPad.

1020 will not fully charge

New 1020, first Nokia & Windows phone. Noticed it will not fully charge.
A few days ago I noticed it was not fully chargered after being on the supplied charger over night, it would top out at 73%. I plugged it into an older wall charger and got it to 100%.
Today I noticed it was not fully charged and pluged it into a different charger that came with my wifes 1020 while I was driving (our car has a built in inverter). Finally it said it was fully charged (looking at the Settings Screen) so I unpluged it... 10 minutes later it went right back to 73%. No calls were made and it was not used. 15 minutes later it was at 72%. I took screen shots of the settings screen.
Any ideas?

Ditto, I dont even have a 25% charge afer a full night. I went to the att carrier I bought it from an dhe saif to make sure you "arrow" out everytime you use the phone but even doing that hasn't helped. The warranty dept is sending me anew phone. I've only had it 15 days

there is a nokia 2.0mm charger plug.

on the charger itself it's written "DC 5V +- 5% Max= 1000mA"

Voltage of the charger needs to be about 5.5 V to fully charge it. There are some car usb chargers which give 5.5 V some which give only 5 V. You need to check them and see if they work properly with your nokia.
