6200 Series Tv's When Is it Actually Going To Be Smart?

Iv'e had this tv for over 3 weeks now, and so far its given me some major challenges, and major quips.
1. The Wifi was horrendous out the box, it took me hours to setup and get working, it refused to find my non broadcasting SSID, i ended up changing it to broadcast till i got my wired lan hooked up to it, and even then it gave me grief.
2. It refused to update the firmware over the net, i tried and tried and tried in the end i gave up and did it manually via usb, even then it failed 3 times before it finally worked randomly.
3. The DLNA support is literally horrendous, via USB it plays amazingly well, via the DLNA its completely unusable, half the content it claims to support wont work, i ended up having to go to a third party DLNA sever just to get the supported DLNA content to work, and even then its one obscure pay to use server that works, after a massive mission and with help from a few other users on here, i did manage to get it transcoding, which was nice because half the home videos and sporting videos i own are in formats this tv wont use natively. Yet ive heard samsung and LG both great file format support. Now im going to end up having to buy an alternate piece of hardware to use via the hdmi cause the tv is useless as a DMR.
4. I expected this Tv to have some actual apps, or some ability to get some, It blows my mind that a "smart tv" that at release was like 1500+ dollars and came out in 2012 has... netflix....youtube....and honestly thats it. The browser is hardly usable without a mouse which they released the firmware for months and months ago. Which shoulda been out the box functionality.
Where is Skype, where is a Toshiba app store, where is some actual apps that are usuable, My phone has better smart functions and is half as powerful as this tv.
5. This is my major gripe with this unit, Its powerful, it does have awesome pitcture quality, the thing is running some kinda LINUX OS, itll do 3d and its got a dual core processor, and itll do 1080p. All of that is completely useless if Toshiba isnt willing to actually upgrade the software on this unit, Toshiba has basically created a Smart Tv with all the power in the world but with no way to actually make use of it. How about letting me use a Webcam with it, itll use USB itll use a mouse, release some friggin updates to use with this unit.
 My final word is that if Toshiba isnt willing to release any updates that are actually going to make this Tv a useable unit that it advertised marketed, and made me believe i was getting.
If we arent going to see some actual upgrades for this tv and its basically a unsupported model allready how about you just unlock the OS and let us install linux apps on this thing.

Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, I don't have an ETA when Creative Cloud would be available in Colombia. I know we are working to make it available in more locations over time but don't have any kind of timeline or info about specific countries. For Muse we do have subscriptions for by itself already, so hopefully when Creative Cloud is available for you Muse would be too.
