6309 infinit loop

Hi,
i have a problem with my 6309. When installing video driver, Windows 2000 does an infinit loop, no problem in vga mode. I already try to flash bios, change video card, update directx,install new video driver and many 4in1 versions, load fail safe default.
If everyone has an idea !!!!!
Thx

Hum, system work with 256 colors only at any resolutions. If i try up to 256 colors, system reboot

  • Infinit loop of Toolkit for CreativeJS

    Hi
    I created HTML/Javascript with Toolkit for CreativeJS(instead of Wallaby), the source fla is exported by InDesign animation.
    But The published HTML is played with infinit loop.
    How to stop this infinit loop?
    Any information or advice is greatly appreciated.

    Even though there is no name property, you could also probably use the existence of the property on the parent (similar to the name approach) since Toolkit injects the children using their instance name as the property name:
    var num = 0;
    for (i = 1; i <= container.getNumChildren(); i++){
        var name = "myMC" + i;
        if (container[name] != null) {
           // This is a "myMC#" child
            container[name].addEventListener("click",onChildClick);
            num++;
    This would be easier if you knew the number of myMC children, since you could just use that as a loop instead of checking all the children.

  • Portal.home infinity loop

    Have you guys seen anything like this
    When I go to http://portal.mydomain.com/portal/pls/portal/PORTAL.home
    it of course challenges me with SSO but then it gets into infinity loop but if I click on the cancel button it takes me to home page.
    I am using Portal 10gR2 with WebCache 11g.
    any thoughts?

    so this what I see in the logs
    in Web Cache 11g log (event_log)
    somehow my https://portal.mydomain.com/portal/pls/portal/PORTAL.home
    getting translated into

    in the mid-tier access log, I see
    "GET /portal/pls/portal/PORTAL.wwpob_home.redirect_to_home_page HTTP/1.1" 302 0
    I don't see anything related to this in the application log. If there is error, I should see something in here like invalid cookie, session or some kind of exception. Don't see a thing. I am sure it is something simple that missing some where. I swear I am getting dumber by day working with these stupid products. In a year or so I will be eligible for disability

  • OC4J infinity loop in javac.exe compiling JSP

    Hi,
    i have a very strange problem with OC4J 10.1.3.5.0 and one JSP page. It occurs under Windows/OC4J (dev environment) and under Linux/OAS (in production environment).
    I try to explain as best as possible.
    I have an application running OK in OC4J. In this application I have a simple JSP that contains very little java code, like this:
    <%@ include file="/wtn/gen/checkAccess.jsp" %>
    <%@page info="mySite.com"
            language="java"
            errorPage="/wtn/gen/error.jsp"
            import="java.util.Locale,
                    com.mySite.util.Util,
                    com.mySite.Const,
                    com.mySite.LoginBussines"%>
    <%
        boolean b1 = LoginBussines.isB1(request) ? true : false;
        String domain = LoginBussines.getDomain(request);
        String url = "";
        if (b1) {
           url = "/web/" + locale + "/home.html";
        } else {
           url = "/web/" + locale + "/index.html";
    %>
    <html>
      <head>
          <title>JSP Page</title>
          <% out.println("<meta http-equiv='REFRESH' content='0;url=http://" + domain + url + "' />"); %>
      </head>
      <body>
      </body>
    </html>Well, this JSP don't have any error and it works fine normally.
    Problem ocurred:
    When I delete the precompiled JSP from persistence/_pages for force .java generation and re-compilation, OC4J generate .java correctly and launch a javac.exe process for compile the servlet .java. This compilation through javac.exe don't finish, remain permanent running and the compilation of JSP does not finish.
    The web application remain sleep while javac.exe process perform ghost operations. Finally (after 5 minuts aprox.) the OC4J stop waiting and show blank page.
    The javac.exe remains alive in Operating System.
    *(strange) Cause:*
    I know the cause but I find no explanation :-(...
    The cause is the import of com.mySite.LoginBussines. This class is correctly (compiled by Eclipse and Ant) and run OK when is called from a servlet or another class running in OC4J. But when this class is imported in a JSP, the javac go crazy and remain try to compile permanently...
    *(very strange) Workaround:*
    When I delete any code line of this class (one or more, no matter), arbitrary line of any method in this Class, recompile class and try again, it's work fine!
    NOTE: the size of LoginBussines.class it's around 66.897 bytes. I don't know if it's relevant.
    Please, someone know what's going on? Someone has encountered this problem?
    Thank you so much!

    Robert,
    It appears that you have only installed the Java Runtime Environment (JRE). You need to install the Software Development Kit (SDK). Get version 1.4.2_05, since this is what your version of OC4J requires. Go to the following Web page
    http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html
    And look for the "Download J2SE SDK" link -- which appears below the heading:
    J2SE v 1.4.2_05 SDK
    Good Luck,
    Avi.

  • IDVD doesn't burn and goes into infinit loop after ejecting disc

    I tried to use iDVD last night for the first time.
    I created a small project with two .mov files.
    Preview worked OK.
    I clicked on the Burn button. I asked a blank DVD-R disc when asked.
    iDVD took long time doing encoding and stuff, but shortly after it started burning, it ejected the disc.
    But the progress window won't go away. It just shows
    "Current operation: done" and sits there. I clicked on Cancel then it showed "Cleaning up" (or something like that), and it sits there.
    The Quit button doesn't do anything. Force-quit menu item doesn't show up, so iDVD must be responding to GUI somehow. I had to go to Activity Monitor to kill it.
    The disc it ejected contains zero bytes. It couldn't be read. But it is no longer a blank disk that can be written.
    I tried DiskUtility and it also behaved funny. It behaved as though it made a disc with verification on. But the resulting disc is a blank disc, not in the sense of the disc that can be written, but in the sense it contains zero bytes.
    What gives? A hardware problem? Can a cheap disc cause the symptom like this? (I'm using the $7 10-disc pack sold at Walgreen.)

    Can a cheap disc cause the symptom like this?
    Yes it can, although 'cheap' does not enter the equation, just the brand and the quality of the coating!
    Most of us here recommend Verbatim and Fuji DVD-R, a few others also use Maxell.
    Try saving the iDVD project as a Disk Image, then playing that in DVD Player to check that all is well - saves building up a collection of coasters!
    Burning the DVD from a disk image also allows you to select a slower burn speed like 2x or 4x, which usually gives a better burn quality.

    Hello,
    Have you tried to debug your code step by step? As it's very hard for others to reproduce your problem, I recommend that you firstly debug your code, find out which line causes the problem. And make sure that you don't cause infinit loop in your code, as
    I can see from your code, if the variable "tb" or "bp" is always true, your code will go into an infinit loop. This will cause the freeze of the application.
    while (tb == true)
    if (Game.isKeyPressed(begkey) && ip == false)
    beg_playing();
    Game.Console.Print(begkey.ToString() + " Pressed");
    Game.Console.Print("Animation Cleared");
    Player.Character.Task.ClearAllImmediately();
    Player.Character.Task.PlayAnimation(beggarsitting, "beggar_beg", 8);
    Game.Console.Print("beggar_beg anim played");
    ip = true;
    gmoney.Start();
    while (bp == true) { Wait(100); }
    gback();
    return;

  • Just wanted to know weather the Infinite loop Is proper?

    hi, I wrote an infinite loop.here's the code
    import acm.program.*;
    public class myFirstInfiniteLoop extends DialogProgram{
    public void run() {
    int x=0;
         while (x<=0){
    println("this just might be an Infinite loop.");
    break;
    println("were out of the Infinit loop");
      just wanted to know weather the code would function properly.
    Thanks! :D

    When I tried It the dialog box first came up with the text "this just might be an infinite loop" after clicking okay the second dialog box came up stating "were out of the Infinite loop"Do you understand why?
    now If I removed the break; form the while loop the dialog box's keep on coming even after I pressed okay,does that mean the infinite loop Is coded well?What is your guess here?
    And just as a side note: And infinite loop is easily implemented using "while(+expression+) { ... your code ...}" where "+expression+" evaluates to true. You are using "x>=0" as the expression. There is a much simpler expression around, that always evaluates to true: it's simply "true". This way you don't need the variable x.

  • Loop io & control

    Hello, everyone. I was trying to create an infinity loop, and as the loop running, it prints out how many loops it has been through on the command window, and to stop the loop, user can just put a command on the command line then press enter. To do that, I created the following code:
    BufferedReader input = new BufferedReader(new InputStreamReader(System.in));
    int command = 0;
    int count = 0;
    while(true&&command==1)
    count++;
    System.out.println(count);
    command = input.read();
    The code looks fine, but it doesn't actually work at all, becuase once the system is in the loop and reach to input.read() for the first time, the system will haut, and waiting for user's input instead of carry on running, if I input any thing in, it will just run just one loop and asking input again instead of keeping running without interruption. And even if I solved the problem, System.out.println(count) will print out figure line by line instead of updating the figure just on the one same line. So, could anybody tell me how could I stop an infinity loop by a friendly user input instead of ctrl-c, and how could I constantly update the figure on the one same line instead of printing line by line??? Thank you very much for the help.

    that requires more control over the console window than java allows, i think
    in theory, you will need one thread to wait for input, one thread to update the
    count area, it may be possible to trick windows into only updating the current
    line by doing:System.out.print("Count: " + count + "\r"); Note the "\r", it forces a carriage return but not
    a newline.
    here is a silly bit of code that may help:class ConsoleTest {
         public static void main(String[] args) throws Throwable {
              new Thread( new GetInput() ).start();
              System.out.println("Stop?: ");
              for(int k = 0; k < 100; k++){
                   System.out.print("Count: " + k + "\r");
                   Thread.sleep(100);
              System.out.println("\r\n");
         public static class GetInput implements Runnable {
              public void run(){
                   while(true){
                        try {
                             int k = System.in.read();
                             if(k == 'a'){
                                  System.exit(1);
                        } catch(Exception e){}
    }

  • I have a subVI that is running in an infinite loop. Which subVI is it?

    I have a top level VI that's running and it calls many subVIs. One of those subVIs is stuck in an infinite loop and won't let the top level subVI finish running. Is there and easy way to figure out which subVI is the culprit. The best I can figure is to go into the VI hierarchy and open every front panel until I find the one that has the "running" run arrow.
    CLD (2014)

    Greetings,
    Even with many sub-vi's using the highlight execution in conjunction with breakpoints should identify your infinity loop pretty easy. If your code is "all over the place" it may take a little bit more time, but if it's done correctly should work like a charm. Just make sure to install breakpoints accordingly (after loops) so you're not waiting for any loops to execute hundreds of times in highlight mode. And if you never reach your breakpoint, well, you know it's in the loop prior to the breakpoint, and can debug from there.You should be able to systematically break it down in no time.
    Good Luck.

  • Mail hangs when it receives a report that an e-mail could not be delivered.

    Hi Guys :o),
    One bug which is really bugging me is that every time I receive a bounced e-mail report, with a subject line containing words to the effect of:
    "Undeliverable. Return to sender."
    or:
    "The message could not be delivered."
    Mail is unable to pull any subsequent e-mails down from the POP server.
    So I junk the report, and then I delete it.
    However, lo and behold, the errant e-mail is INSTANTLY back in my Inbox, plus there's now AT LEAST one copy in my Mail Junk, and also AT LEAST one copy in my Mail Trash.
    Round and round I go, junk, delete, junk, delete, but the errant e-mail refuses to go away, and Mail continues to be unable to pull any new e-mails down from the POP server.
    Eventually, Mail just hangs, with a spinning disk.
    Even a force quit and relaunch of Mail doesn't resolve the spinning disk.
    The errant message just sits there, REFUSING to be deleted.
    The only way to get round this bug is for me to go up to my POP server, delete the report, and then PURGE DELETE the report - on the POP server !
    I then have to go in to my Mac, and go:
    --> Users --> Home --> Library --> Mail --> Account --> Inbox, Junk, and Deleted
    and then manually drag ALL copies of the report into the trash on the Desktop.
    It happens so often (pretty much every day) that I've had to create a shortcut in my Dock which leads straight to the Account folder.
    Mail has always been buggy under ALL versions of OS X, but this ongoing bug drives me crazy, mainly because there's NO logical reason for it.
    Just because I receive an e-mail message from the Hotmail server, for example, which says that my e-mail could not be delivered, usually because the recipient's inbox is full, or because no such address exists, on paper, that's just another e-mail which Mail is pulling down from the POP server.
    However, EVERY TIME I receive such a report, Mail hangs.
    I'm reluctant to rebuild my Mailboxes, in case I lose any messages, but I will if you advise it.
    Any workaround would be gratefully received.
    With best wishes to everyone in the Apple community, especially those on the Infinity Loop.
    In particular, I wish Mr Jobs a very speedy recovery.

    Quit Mail, Right click on that Mail folder, choose archive, you'll get everything in the folder, and the folder itself in a file called Mail.zip, move it to a safe place, same for the Mail Downloads folder... only the plist is separate.
    /Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist
    Not certain, but this can fix myriad Mail problems...
    Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), it will try to repair your Disk Directory while the spinning radian is happening, so let it go, run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, then move these folder & file to the Desktop.
    Move this Folder to the Desktop...
    /Users/YourUserName/Library/Caches/Mail/
    Move this file to the Desktop...
    /Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail/Envelope Index
    Reboot.
    If that doesn't do it and you can afford to redo all your Rules, try these & reboot...
    /Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail/MessageRules.plist
    /Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail/MessageRules.plist.backup
