65x900b - two questions - amazon in dolby 5.1 and using audio out with subwoofer

Does the amazon app output 5.1 like netflix? I can't seem to find any way to set the amazon audio.Also I have used a 1/8 y adapter and plugged it into the audio out on the TV. One end of the Y goes to my A/V receiver and the other to the wireless transceiver for the subwoofer. The cable from the wireless transceiver to the tv is a mono cable so if i have them both plugged into the Y one of the channels cannot be heard. The subwoofer works fine. But when I change to audio out like I said I loose one channel. When I unplug the mini cable from the Y adapter however I get full stereo sound outputting. Is there anything I can do to resolve this conflict. Can I use a stereo mini cable for the wireless transceiver for the subwoofer.ThanksLloyd

In addition, please make sure to perform the steps below to Refresh the internet content of the TV once the installation is complete.
Press the HOME button, then select [Settings]
[Network] → [Refresh Internet Content].
The Analog Audio Out cannot drive both a stereo system and a Subwoofer. If you connect a Subwoofer to the TV SWF-BR100 the frequency response of the audio output is limited to the subwoofer frequencies.
To output 5.1 surround sound from your TV an ARC (HDMI ) or the Optical Out connection is needed because analog audio out support stereo sound.

You will continue to hear different opinions here, where thoughts range everywhere between "anti-virus software is the evil spawn of Satan" to "anyone not running anti-virus software is a fool."
Truth is, this is still a very personal decision on a Mac. Depending on circumstances, it is still very easily possible to stay safe without using anti-virus software, but circumstances and personal preferences vary widely. Besides which, anti-virus software cannot even remotely provide you a guarantee of protection!

Hi yall! I was wondering if anyone knew if Apple was gonna come out with a new iphone..something newer than the Iphone 4. With iCal on my Mac, I have two calendars - one personal and one business along with a US Holidays subscribed calendar. I have each calendar colored differently. The dot for a calendar event with each calendar matches the color for the calendar.

The first is that my songs, when I go to play them from the album are not in the order that they are on the CD, they are alphabitized... can I make it so all the songs are listed and will play in the order they appear on the CD?2. I am trying to do Zen casts, but I press the subscribe for free button and my Zencast organizer loads and then I recieve a message that says "subscription unsucessful, a connection could not be madewith the channel's server." Two questions: Compiz causes system to freeze and ati drivers

Hi everyone.
I have an ati integrated motherboard x1200 video card (r690 chipset), and of course arch64.
The first question:
When I activate compiz the system freezes randomly. I found an archwiki page where they put the following:
System freeze with ATI Express cardsI had to edit /etc/xorg.conf to avoid a system freeze with my PCI-Express ATI X700:

I had to add those 2 Options to get it working properly. Other ATI PCI Express are reported to be affected too. (X200, X300, X600, X700, X1400... and possibly others)
I can't do that, because i don't have a xorg.conf file. The only way to change some parameters is with the driconf application, but i haven't found any documentation about those parameters...
And the second question: if i have an ati x1200 video card, which open source driver i have to install?
I have installed the xf86-video-ati. I wonder if that is the correct one.

Your system is doing all of the 3D rendering in software in your CPU rather than using the direct method of using the GPU in your video card. It is slow and makes the CPU bandwidth unavailable for other things.

Two questions: Event on a Date Picker and Read Only on a full page?

I make use of this very informative board to develop an application but i have been unable to find info on these two topics. Sorry if it has been already discussed extensively.
Using HTMLDB 2.2 for now.
=>First question:
I have a date picker item with an event
onChange="resaStatusChange();"
in the HTML Form Element Attribute field.
The event is triggerring if i put a new data in the field but does not trigger if i use the picker.
Is it a standart behaviour? Is there a way to trigger the event when new data is provided through the date picker?
=> Second question:
One page in my application has to be used either to only display information or as a mixed displaying/entering data sheet.
When the context is appropriate to use the page as a simple display (testing both global authorization and data to be displayed), is there a way to put a read only attribute on the full page instead of putting the read only conditions through each and every item of the page?
Sorry if the questions are not clear and apologize for what should be newbie questions.

I never used it on a whole page, only for regions. So maybe you have to make some changes.

Two questions ... QAM tuner and Picture-in-Picture Capability

#1) Do either the "Proscan Model: 40LC45S" or the "Insignia Model: NS-L42Q-10A" have a QAM tuner? This is the digital tuner that allows the TV to tune in non-encripted cable channels without requiring a box from the cable company. The BestBuy specification pages are useless regarding this information. THis information is readily available on teh web for all non-BestBuy products.
#2) Do either of the same two TVs support the Picture-in-Picture capability?

It's quite possible that I may have missed this when I was first reviewing both TVs' specs, but if the NS-L42Q-10A's user manual says that it includes Clear-QAM capabilities then it most certainly would feature a built-in QAM tuner.

HT3529 Can I set up an iphone and two itouches to the same apple id and use imessages?

I would like to set up my daughters Itouches on my Itunes account so I can manage them. Will we be able to use imessages between my iphone and the two itouches if they are all registered to the same apple id? I tried to put a different email for the itouch but it will not allow me to send a message. Would appreciate any help! How does this all work? Or will they need thier own apple id and itunes account? I am hoping not as it is much easier to manage all the devices and music from one account! :-) Thanks!!

How do I daisy chain two time capsules as a wired router and use the hard of both as back-up?

I have a newer time capsule tower and an older time capsule that I wasn't using. The older TC works fine I just decided to upgrade about 6 months ago. I decided to run an Ethernet cable from the room where the TC tower is to the room where the TV in order to create a wired connection to the TC tower. I wanted to use my Apple TV with a wired. In addition, I am in the process of buying a Channel Master DVR plus and besides wanting to use it with older TC wired also wanted to use the older TC’s hard drive to extend the recording time of the DVR. Will this work? If so, my questions are related to setup of all. I assuming I plug the Ethernet cable into the LAN port of the TC tower and the other end into the WAN port of the older TC. Is this correct? What settings do I need on the TC tower and the older TC to make this work as a wired connection? Do I need to turn off the wireless connection on the older TC? Will I just need to plug in the DVR into the older TC’s USB port to use its hard drive? Thanks for your assistance.

The setup "wizard" will automatically provide the correct settings to the older TC to "extend a network using Ethernet" when you start from a factory default reset condition on the old TC.
Do I need to turn off the wireless connection on the older TC?
You can, but if the older TC is located some distance from the new TC, you might want to leave the wireless on to allow an "extended" network with more wireless coverage in the area near the old TC.
Will I just need to plug in the DVR into the older TC’s USB port to use its hard drive?
The USB port on the old TC (and new TC) will only support a normal computer hard drive.....not a DVR. If you want to connect a hard drive for more recording capacity, you will likely need to use a separate USB or SATA hard drive that is connected directly to the DVR, not to the old TC.
Check the documentation on the DVR to confirm how that device should be set up.

As long as you share an Apple ID for purchasing iTunes content, you can download it to as many devices as you own - for personal use.
So if both of the iPads are yours - yes you can do that. You will have to sign in to the same account on both iPads. Settings>Store>Sign In.

Creative Extigy and Optical In/Out with Dolby Digi

I have a Creative Extigy sound card and for christmas got the Logitech Z5500 Digital speakers with decoder capable of decoding Dolby digital AND DTS (THX certified). So now I'm working on hooking up my game console (XBOX hooked up to the optical in with digital and DTS options enabled) to my Extigy and my Extigy outputting to my speakers through the optical out. I have disabled Extigy's decoding and have everything pass through to the speaker's decoder. I put DVD's into my computer and they come through pure digital or DTS (I know because the speaker's decoder indicates digital sound). However, whenever I put in an XBOX game (currently Halo 2 because it has digital sound), it does not come through digital. The Dolby digital light is on on my extigy unit, yet the output is not digital, only Pro Logic II. I've messed around with every option and looked through many forums, yet have not found any resolution yet. It's not my speakers, because they do output digital sound from my computer's DVD's. Is there something I am doing wrong here? Thanks in advance.

Awesome jason, all I had to do was setup my dvdplayer (menu) to doubly digital and turn on the compressed thing. Then as you said on the other post I just openned my audigy cp on the control panel (windows) and setup the device controls - SPDIF input from default to double digital/DTS and voila! It works like magic!!!

Question about reading a sequential file and using in an array

I seem to be having some trouble reading data from a simple text file, and then calling that information to populate a text field. I think I have the reader class set up properly, but when a menu selection is made that calls for the data, I am not sure how to receive the data. from the getRates function your InterestRates ArrayList is declared within that function, so it will not be accesible from outside of it, if you declare it outside then you can modify in the function and have it accessible from another function.

Two Questions About SSL

When I try to stablish a secure connection (via
https://localhost:7002/AdminMain) the console gives me this error (please

below), which is the same when I run . startWebLogic.sh to start it.
Two questions:
1.- What is this problem about?
2.- Even with this error, I can see AdminMain in secure mode. Should I be
worried about the
error?

1.- What is this problem about?
2.- Even with this error, I can see AdminMain in secure mode. Should I be
worried about the
error?
I'm using Weblogic Server Manager 5.1.0 04/03/2000 17:13:23 #66825 (without
any service pack) on a Red Hat Linux 6.2 Machine & jdk 1.2.2
