6630 Bluetooth wont turn on???

I am trying to connect my phone to GPS bluetooth receiver for sat nav but the bluetooth on my phone won't turn on.. i get message " unable to perform bluetooth operation"???? then my phone keeps locking up???

is this the bluetooth GPS device you've tried to connect?

If you've tried Nokia LD-4W GPS device, sorry it's not compatible with Nokia 6630.
Anyway you said bluetooth won't turn on, i suggest you to turn off your device then take out the battery for a minute. Then put it back and turn on your device, try to switch bluetooth on. If problem remains reset your phone by dialling *#7370#. (default lock code is 12345)
Reset will erase all user data on phone memory, backup your data before reset it.
DON'T BACKUP SETTINGS, SETTINGS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS.

Try performing a system repair as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone

Suggest that you backup essential data with Nokia Suite, reset device to "Out of box" state by keying in *#7370# followed by 12345 (default Nokia lock code unless altered by user) and if necessary re-install exisitng device software with Nokia Suite > Options > Software updates. At this point you would have excluded any possible software corruption and a trip to Nokia Care facility look increasingly likely.

Blackberry 9300 wifi and bluetooth wont turn on

hello everyone.I have been using my blackberry 9300 for quite sometime now,a few days back i encountered a problem with the blackberry's wifi and bluetooth.Both of them just wont enable.When i clicked on the icons they greyed out.I tried battery pulls and os upgrades and downgrades.Anyone has a solution or any idea whats causing this ?anybody else facing this ?This started 4 days back and i had just had my bb repaired as it used to keep on shutting off.Do you think its a hardware problem ?

Go into iTunes making sure you have the latest iTunes 11.1.1 and then back up your info then restore phone and after that restore from back up to put everything on your phone:). Hope that helps

I have the same issue-I turned my Bluetooth off during the hurricane to conserve power and now I can't get it back on. Every time I open it in settings I get that rotating icon that never stops spinning! I've tried turning the phone off and such as well but I don't want to try a factory reset...am not a happy camper as this is now my 3rd or 4th iPhone 4S as my others had an internal power issue and burnt out...especially as I generally love my apple/Mac products :-(

How convenient, a bug that makes it impossible to use wifi thereby causing you to use more data that they can charge you for. hmm. Accidental? If you want the problem fixed you have to buy a new phone or pay $200 for a replacement? When I bought my iphone wifi was something that was supposed to come with it, it doesn't work and I have to pay again? If I buy anything from anywhere that is said to do something and it doesn't do the thing it's supposed to I would normally get it replaced at no additional charge or at least get my money back. This is completely rediculous and an outrage. I think the word is fraud. It's not the software, it's the hardware? I didn't put an aftermarket wifi connector thingy in there, it's the one you sold me, and it doesn't work, so I have to pay another $200???? Fraud. I smell lawsuit. Class action, or will apple step up and get right?

Nokia 6280 Wont turn-on

Just got a new nokia 6280 2 days ago.
Tried to send a vid on bluetooth and the phone went off and now wont turn-on.
When I press the power is starts with the nokia logo then 4 funny screen flashes then turns off is there any way to fix this???
Any help with be great....

Most likely it's a hardware failure if it's both WiFi and BlueTooth. There are some strange suggestions to try; if these don't work take it to an Apple store for exchange. If it's out of warranty it will cost $199.
Turn off Cellular Data, reboot the phone. try to turn on WiFi.
Put it in a ziplock bag with the air squeezed out, then in a freezer for 15 minutes (yes, this is not a joke).
The opposite: Heat it with a hair dryer for a couple of minutes.
All of these have worked for someone, but not for most.

8310 bluetooth wont recieve files

when i go on manage connections on my 8310 i got yellow for bluetooth not a green tick. i have tried to reset my phone and turn bluetooth on and off and it still wont turn green.i can send files to other phones but i cant recieve files.
