It depends on the Drivers, CPU, RAM ,PSU, Motherboard and general settings of the computer. A lot of factors will come into play as to why the score is so low. It should at least be over 10k, unless it's running in a 3 year old XP or P4 rig, then 8k would be OK.... For what it's worth, I can squeeze 10.5k out of my 6800nu, but that is OCing it to hell and back. The link to my score is in my sig.

I have a 3200+ newcastle(stock) and neo platinum. my aquamark cpu score seems low at 7019. is this abnormal and if so, any ideas on what could be causing it? btw, my 3dmark01 score is 16,900...is that low too?

Would it be possible that for each scores on the balance scorecard be rolled up according to the hierarchy of the context? So that on the top most hierarchy of the Context we will have an overview across context which perspective is behind...

With multi-dimensional modeling you can build a dimension based on your contexts and use that when dimensioning data. While in BW a key figure is neccessarily dimensioned by every characteristic in the dimension tables, in PAS, every measure can be dimensioned differently. For example, Sales can be dimensioned by Customer, Customer Group, and Product, while Costs can be dimensioned by just Customer Group and Product. So you have the flexibility of just choosing those measures (or key figures) you would like also dimensioned by Context.

I have lag between the keys on my Yamaha PSRE423 and the sound emergig from my Macbookpro running the teaching programmes on Garageband. This makes it impossible to get the beat right so I cannot score in my very first lessons!How do I achieve sync?

My Christmas present for my retirement is a lovely keyboard that I now have to learn to play! I thought that the Apple teaching programmes in Garage Band would be an ideal start.
I downloaded the driver software for OSX from Yamaha and then connected the keyboard via USB. Havind downloaded the teaching programmes I started in on Lesson 1. BUT when I press a key it is at least a beat behind by the time it emerges from the computer speakers and is also late in displaying against the teaching score!
So how do I get it all in sync??

Suspected Spam Rating

We are getting a lot of phishing email and email with malicious links. We are bringing down our suspected spam level to 30 to see if that will help.
It would be nice if like the SBRS, we could get a spam rating on the email so that we could guage our efforts. CLEAN just doesn't cut it...
Viruses - We would rather Drop or at least Quarantine so called Repaired messages rather than Deliver. Any way to do that? For example, we stripped the infected attachment from this email but it still gets delivered and confuses the recipient.

I second Doug's recommendation about the anti virus settings. In the mail policies you will find that you can set the behavior of antivirus to either "Scan for viruses only", or "Scan and Repair". If you select the latter, it makes well sense that there is no option to drop a repaired message, because you#d drop it just as being infected withoutthe efford to repair it first. Quarantining such an repaired message is possible if you add a header (option can be found under "Advanced" in the repaired Message section), and then use a content filter matching on that header and redirecting the message to a local quarantine. BTW, you cold use that filter as well to drop the message, but like I said before, there is an easier way for that.
Regarding the antispam score not directly visible in the headers, two notes about that. First one from my personal experience, when it comes to IPAS and positive spam, the scores are either very high (above 90), or very low (false positives,that is), below 10. Rates between 80 and 30 are relatively rare (compared to the amount of messages getting scanned I mean), means that some cusomer may have to lower their threshold for positive spam from 90 to 80, but that's all of finetuning usually needed. So in other words, lowering the suspected spam level won't get you any better result - actually, by IronPort definitions, suspected spam is not considered spam at all, it's more of messages we consider legitimate, but also come with patters that relate to the usual spam nobody wants. That's why this option is here.
BTW, what version of AsyncOS are you using Starla? Because the Virus Outbreak Filters in the newer AsyncOS version are better on detecting malicous links in emails.
Second note about the spam score not being visible in message - to prevent reverse engineering of the antispam engine and algorithms. It's as simple as that, just think about how easy it would be for some people to adjust their messages not to be caught by antispam.

Graphics card for PM G5 AGP-ATI Radeon 800 vs Nvidia Geforce 6800

Any comments as to which of the two cards ATI Radeon 800 vs Nvidia Geforce 6800 is better suited for Photoshop-Aperture work?
I need to upgrade from a Nvidia 5200 that does not support Aperture and want to support at least one 30" + one 23" Apple cinema displays.
My PM is an AGP one, so these are the two high end contenders on the retail market.

I have the 6800GT, which works fairly well for me. I think the X800 is overall a slightly faster card, depending on what is benchmarked. Here is something you might want to look at:

I don't know if you should pay more attention to the gaming benchmarks or the Motion rendering benchmark. I haven't seen any Aperture tests of these products. But I imagine if I was upgrading I would probably go for the X800. One thing I like about the 6800GT is it supports two 30 inch monitors. Unfortunately it takes up 2 slots. I have a pair of SATA cards in my Dual 2.5, so there go all my slots.

Those score are a bit high. About what I get on my comparable 3400 system if I force null ps 1.x
How so?? all you haft to do is flash with xt bios to open 16 pipes then flash it back then volt mod it easy null px shader lol don’t thinks so! all scores are with fm approved drivers and whql

Right PSU for 6800, non Ultra or GT

I'll clarify that: its the GeForce 6800 OEM AGP version.
My PC company rightly said that the GT requires a 350w PSU, and that the Ultra needs a 420-480w PSU
My one is lower range than either Ultra or GT.
Yet it does have a fan, and also heatsinks top and bottom.
What I'd like to know from the boffins here is whether my FSP 250-60 GTV(PF) will cover it.
The PC company says yes but I am beginning to have my doubts
If any of you blokes could add an extra dimension, I'd be heaps grateful
I'm due to take delivery of it on either May 26th, or May 27th.
If I know one way or the other I'll be able to take a prompt decision

ACD 23" and GF 6800 GT with PC

Dear friends,
Something strange is happening with me.
I have a Pentium 4 with GF 6800 GT (AGP) and Apple Cinema Display 23".
When I´ve tried turn-on de computer with that configuration, nothing happened. no boot, no BIOS, only the power supply works and processor fan either.
But when I´ve turned-on with two monitors ( the other is a Samsung 755DFG 17") both work very nice (together or each one only).
The point is, I couldn´t use only my ACD 23" with my machine.

UPDATE!
I installed WinACD-0.4.5 and not only did my monitor come up normally in Sli mode, but the bad USB hub install is now gone and working normally!
Why the @#%! isn't this utility included with the monitor?!??!

Will the XFX Geforce 6800 Ultra work with G5 Mac

I have the standard NVidia Geforce 6800 Ultra AGP card working in my G5 2.7DP, and have been given an XFX version of the card.
But the literature that comes with the XFX suggests it's for Windows, not Mac. Will it work in my Mac? If so, I'll keep it for a backup; if not, it's no use to me.
Description of card is XFX Geforce 6800 Ultra 256Mb DDR3 AGP8x Dual DVI TVout.

It won't work as is.
If you have the right ROM chip on it, you can put it into a Windows machine and flash it with a modified Mac ROM. If all is right and goes well, then it would work in a Mac.
Otherwise, as you put it, it is of "no use" to you.

BT Mobile - Problem with Erroneous Credit Score an...

I have been a BT Customer for 35 years and have always paid my bills on time. I have a monthly direct debit for my landline and Broadband and have just added BT Mobile to my account. I have to say that I should have paid more attention when setting up BT Mobile online as it did flag through the process that there would be a cap of £50 spend outside the monthly plan and that roaming would be turned off. On receipt of the confirmation email on 2nd April this limit to my account was restated and was put down to my credit score. I called BT on the 2nd and was told that this was not a problem and the limits could be changed once the service had started. The service commenced on 8th April and on entering MYBT I am able to increase the monthly cap to £100 (not that i want or need to). However, the real issue I have is that I cannot activate Mobile Roaming. My account is flagged (Sorry, but you can’t use your phone abroad at the moment. You need to be a BT Mobile customer for six months first and have paid all your bills on time).
I rang BT on 10th April to find out what the problem is and was told that it was my credit score and there was nothing that could be done to change what had been done. I was told that I would need to find out for myself what adverse information was held by Equifax who BT use. After paying £14.95 to Equifax for a full report and credit score I found that my credit score is 527 which is deemed to be excellent against the UK average score of 380, and there is absolutely no adverse information whatsoever which is of no surprise to me. So what on earth are BT looking at. I have tried in vein to get somebody in BT to check my file as there must be an error. I suspect that when I applied on line the process is automated and the system has made a mistake. Rather than investigate my case I am just being told nothing can be done to let me use my phone whilst abroad. After several hours on the phone to various people over a few days I have come up against a brick wall.
Is there anyway a moderator could help me please. If I had known that I would encounter this I would not have signed up for BT Mobile and Ported my number which I would be loathe to loose.

it may well be nothing to do with your credit score, but more to do with bt internals
ie: I purchased a new second hand car last year (December), my bank who i have been with for over 10 years, have a current loan with (that ends this year) and have had previous loan with, never been overdrawn, wages paid in each month and bills paid on time said I could not have a loan and if they did offer one it would be at a very high interest rate (i am still waiting to fine out from them why), even though I got a loan through another company at a very good deal, I upgraded my 3 accounts with EE from T-Mobile in December and January which all required a new credit check went through without issues (and they offered me another line on my contract on Sunday, saying that my credit rating is perfect) . My credit rating from experian when I checked (because of my bank) was Green and in Excellent condition.
The only thing I know was 11 years ago I got in financial debt (the bank purchased the debt from another company, but I paid everything off by scrimping and scraping for a number of years) - it may be that they are still using against me, but every other company has said they find nothing wrong with my rating, but what I have heard is that they reset ratings every month, so you may be fine to get something on the 1st of the month, but if applied on the 2nd they would refuse it.

MSI GTX560ti Hawk low 3dmark11 score

I recently purchased MSI GTX560ti Hawk. I ran 3dmark11 on it and on performance mode, I only got P1650 score. The graphics score is very low and the FPS averaged around 6-7.
Here is my specs:
Asus P5Q motherboard
Gigabyte Odin GT 550w PSU
Intel Q9550 oc@ 3.67GHz
Kingston DDR2 2x2GB @ 800MHz
Intel X25-M 160GB SSD
MSI GTX560ti Hawk
I know the package box suggested using a minimum 600W PSU but I managed to boot into windows and play games with my 550W. I can run Assassin Creed Brotherhood and Shogun 2 on very high graphic setting.
Could the very low 3dmark11 graphics score due to the low PSU power supply? Please help

Test the VGA in another machine[who has a better PSU, with strong single rail] then see how its goes there

How to view score of one track while recording another.

I want to record audio on one track. I want to read the notes and chords from another track while recording. ( I want to use the previously recorded track only for providing me with the score ) I would very much prefer to have Logic chase the score so that I know where I am in the arrangement while recording.
I am aware I can print out the score as a a pdf file and view that, and its not so bad, however I would prefer Logic to follow along the score and let the playhead indicate the location.
I can do this when not recording. I can view the previous track just before I go into recording, but when I go into recording, the score switches to showing currently track being recorded ( which is empty)

Floating Windows all but disappeared with Logic 8 and many of us mourn their passing. Although some windows are, by default, floating (eg transport), the only one that you can choose to make float nowadays is the Environment, useful if you're setting up faders or some other real-time control.

Creating a score set - please help- I'm going crazy

OK- deep breath ...........I'm trying to create a score set for 4 instruments. I read the manual, then tried everything on p 765........... I started first with the tracks in the Arrange area.- with and without rubber bands - and because this didn't work, I scrubbed this and tried to simply set up thew score in the Score Editor.
It didn't work. I want to be able to see the music for 4 instruments - at one go -in the score editor. Is this possible ?
Please someone save my sanity and give me an blow- by- blow account how to achieve this. I've been on this for hours and can't see the wood for the trees now so am going out for a breath of fresh air.

You can look at the bottom of the arrange page.. But for 4 tracks I would open a score editor window by itself.. The score section is complex and not intuitive to say the least..
In the score editor, click on the 6th from the left box. it looks like a page of text (when you highlite it will turn blue).. That shows you the whole score, in a tradional page format.. If you still see only one track, double click somewhere other than the track, (space in between). Page will toggle between showing one track/ and all tracks..
To make life easier if you have many tracks to display = create a 'score set'. Label it, (band etc). reduce the size, 50 - 65% whatever. Then go under File in Logic, page set up.. Select the 90 turn, so now the pages longer side to side. You can see more measures at a time..
You may want to have several score sets, to help with editing. One of everything. another to show just the piano and guitar, etc. This will make it easier to edit, copy paste between staves etc.
The score editor is very powerful, if you take the time to figure it out, but documentation is vague
