7.4 Crashing on Win 7 at audio/video setup (after ...

Question

I had Skype working for one day... and now, after I quit it last night, when I try to open it up this morning, it keeps crashing. 
I log on, then I get a dialog to setup the audio and video prefs, and a few seconds after that, there's a message box saying that the application has stopped working.
My video drivers have been updated to the latest ones (earlier this week), I have the latest version of Flash (made sure again this morning) and all the Windows updates as far as I can tell have been properly installed.
I've tried many of the solutions found in other crash reports, but none of them have worked.
If anyone has any idea how I could make this work again, I'd really appreciate it!

I've got JoinMe installed on the computer, could that be the app that's requiring the bytescout filter?  I also had a screen capture app, but I've uninstalled it (didn't seem to help, however, but it was worth a shot.)  This said, both those apps had been installed on this computer month ago, not recently. Mind you, I don't recall when I updated Skype last time, could have been last week, so maybe the latest update clashes with those things now.
Anyway... DxDiag log for 32 bit. (and thank you SO much for your assistance!)
