7-day premium account trial

When this free trial expires,does it roll over into an account that I pay for?  I don't remeber if I put in any information for billing but I don't want to be charged.

Please,  run the DirectX diagnostics tool.
Go to Windows Start and in the Run box type dxdiag.exe and press the OK button. This will start the DirectX diagnostics program. Run this diagnostics and save the results to a file. Please, attach this file to your post.

    Since I already have a premium account I wonder if the 50 % off can be added to my account. I already followed the steps on the uni days website but my account still says that I am currently paying 9,99€.

    I have a trial premium account . When I dial it sais I need credit or a subsciption . Have paid for own number If I cant sought this out it is money down the drain .

    When I first sign in, on the left I get in Purple.
    "get more from Skype, get a premium account"
    Now I was planning on, when I renew, going for this option, as it has 3 way calling on Video.
    But when I go to 'Your Syke Account' I have highlighted in Blue
    You Have - Called ID, Premium Features, Skype to Go Number and Voice Messages
    and in white i have
    Also Available - Skye Number and Call Forwarding.
    Bottom right side I also have 'Free 7 Day Trial' for 'Group Video Calling'
    My Question is, do I alreayd have the 3 way video facility? I know my subscription ends in the next few months, if I don't have it, it cool, as I'll get it then, but I just didn't know.
    I'm confused.

    Hey there all
    I'm planning to subscribe on Spotify. In Belgium 60 days free Premium is offered which is a big bonus. At the moment I need to activate my bank card to check PayPal's despoits to link both to each other. So because of this I started a 7 day premium on my phone.
    Normally on Tsueday I will have everything fixed in order to subscribe.
    However, will I still be eligible for the 60 days free Premium after having started the 7 day on my phone?
    Will the 5 remaining days stack on the 60 days? (Not a big deal at all if not, but still curious)

    The 7 day trial is offered inside of the mobile apps.
    Upon first login, there should be a popup to activate it.
    Or go into the settings and press on "account" and there should be a button there to activate it.

  • How do I cancel a free 7-day Premium subscription?

    I've been trying to cancel the 7 day premium subscription, but there's no option I see at all to cancel it.
    All I see is this when I go to Manage my account/subscriptions
    I understand that it's free, but I know that a 30-day trial, you have to pay after the 30 days unless you cancel during the free trial. Will I really have to pay unless I cancel this, or will it just return me to a Spotify Free account?
    I don't recall having to put in credit card info, because it had been on my mobile device. (I accidentally clicked the button to get me the 7 day trial... my bad )

    The Spotify free premium trial cannot be cancelled, but dont worry its free so you wont be charged unless you gave payment info :) 
    if you gave payment info you can cancel your subscription by doing this:
    Canceling your subscription reverts your account to the Free level.
    Go to the subscription page. (Note: If you don’t know your password, go here to reset it.)
    Under Subscription and payment, click cancel your subscription.
    Select a reason (select Other reasons if you're canceling for a promotion). Click CONTINUE.
    Click CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.
    Enter your password in the password field. Click CANCEL SPOTIFY PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION.
    Your subscription page now shows the date you will revert to our Free ad-based service. We hope you decide to upgrade again!
    Note: If you subscribed through any other company than Spotify, you need to contact that company to cancel. If your subscription is through iTunes, please see Apple's instructions for canceling.

  • Can I switch credit cards and upgrade from the "Basic 30 day opt out trial" to the full version?

    It seems the free trial does not allow me to create an HTML web form.  To test the HTML web forms I must pay $0.99 for the 30 opt-out trial...
    I want to test an HTML web form on FormsCentral for a few weeks to "kick the tires".  But I work for a City government that requires leaping through bureauracratic hurdles to purchase online with a credit card.
    So I am considering using my own personal credit card for the trial, and then opting-out. 
    If my testing goes well and once I get the purchase requisition processed by the City bean counters, I plan to re-enroll using the City P-Card as the credit card.
    Question:
    Can I save the HTML web forms created during the 30 day opt-out trial and somehow transfer them into the new Employer funded FormsCentral account?  Or can I somehow reinstate the original account I opted out of, and apply a different credit card for that account?

    I'll do my best to answer your questions.
    First, the "Free" Formscentral account does allow you to create HTML web forms, that is the basis of the product and the Free level account gives you most of the HTML forms creation tools to explore.  This page goes into more detail of what you get with the Free versus paid plans:  https://www.acrobat.com/formscentral/en/features/compare-plans.html
    I'd recommend kicking the tires in the Free account and exploring the list of features you'd get by upgrading.
    If you sign up for a "Basic 30 day opt out trial" you should be able to manage your account/subscription information here:

    ) Sign in using the AdobeID for your account
    ) On this page you should see your FormsCentral subscription listed and it will show how long until it expires and allow you to manage the account and billing information there.
    If for whatever reason you needed to create a new account after approval from the bean counters you could share any forms that you created in the original account with the new account and then "Duplicate" the forms, you would lose the original URL to the form (each form would get a new URL when they were duplicated) but the form would be identical and you can duplicate with the responses.  Another option is to "Export design file" from the first account and then import that into the new account.

    I have Premium so I can video conference once a week with colleagues. For the first time today we couldn't get everyone on video and we kept getting ads popping up for Premium, even though I have already purchased it. Tbh I'm pretty miffed that I'm paying for this to use once a week and then it doesn't work!!

    I purchased a Premium account on Feb 14, 2014, which was paid for on the same day according to my bank records.  I have not been able to use the group video call feature since then (and, yes, I do have the latest version of Skype on my Mac and my husband's PC).  When I attempt to add a second person to my video chat calls, I get a pop up page saying that I need a premium account... and there's no indication on my account page crediting my sign up or payment.
    I was able to access the Live Chat feature to see if someone could help, only to get a "We're experiencing problems, try the Community Support page" message.
    Does anyone know how to get in touch with someone at Skype who can give me the service for which I've paid?

  • Canadian Premium Account - Will it work while I'm at college for 4 months in the States?

    I'm thinking of switching to a premium Spotify account for offline content and no ads. However, I will be in the US for the fall semester and I'm wondering if there will be any complications with that? Last year at college I would switch my country because you only get 14 days for traveling. Do you get more with the premium account? Also, will there be complications with payments/deals?

    As long as your payment details stay the same you are free to use your Spotify account abroad with no limits. The 14 day limit you experienced last year was because you didn't have premium and you were abroad, with premium there is no limit. Spotify will just keep charging your account for premium no matter how long you are in a different country. :)

  • Log in to confirm that you are a premium account user

    I have recently bought a new smart phone (Vodafone Smart Mini 4) and have been a premium account user for over a year now. When choosing to go offline, in order to listen to my downloaded playlists, Spotify keeps telling me this: "To confirm that you're still a premium user, please go online now. Thanks". However, no matter how many times i then go online with the smart phone (and through loging in on my personal computer) this message still appears and any downloaded playlists sieze to exist.
     If anyone could tell me what i am doing wrong, i would be eternally grateful! I have never had any problem using Spotify Premium before so i am very confused.

    I recently upgraded my account to skype premium with unlimited calls to Croatia. It seems it doesn't work since I still need credit to make landline calls to Croatia.
    Did I buy the wrong subscription? Where do I check that? Or, do unlimited calls apply only for certain time?

    I just upgraded to the premium account, but when I'm in Skype for PC there is a hover over on the phone icon that says I can make calls to my friends mobile or landline at low rates.  The premium account allows me to call for no cost, right?  If i log into my account via the web site, it shows premium status there.  Doesn't the software know that I'm on premium?

    Hi, I had to create a new account just to post this message! I'm trying to access and get an answer for days now and spotify is making it very hard for me to get any further! My other account is blocked. I'm not sure how but i managed to post a message yesterday (under the name of maaikedev4)  but i'm not able to see the answer because this requires me to log in first, which i'm not able to. When i try to log in it tells me there is no active account, but i have a premium, which i have paid for until last week! I'm really frustrated about not being able to access my premium account :-( hopefully there is anyone who can finally help me out.

    The easy way is to Check out other ways to connect to facebook such as connecting to different networks or using a VPN to unblock things. The other way is to contact support and ask to move your account to a new account with username.

     I have a subscription with one of your partners (Telefonica Mexico -Movistar-). they offered me a Premium account for as long I have the subscription with them. Since monday morning I sign up into my spotify account and appears this message "Your subscription with one of our partners has just ended, so you are now using spotify free. Don't worry, you can get back to Premium here."...  When I click the upgrade botton in the spotify software it redirect me to a web page and appears this "Lamentablemente no eres elegible para esta oferta porque ya te habias registrado para una prueba o subscripcion a premium", which means "Unfortunately you are not eligible for this offer because you had already registered for a trial or subscription to premium" What should i do to get back to my premium account?
