7360 - current call's time

Hi there!
I am looking for the option to turn on and display the duration of a call that is currently being made.
I managed to find the option to display the call time once the call has finished, yet that is too late if I want to stay within a time limit or use it for VoIP that times out after one hour.
On my old one (Nokia 1600) I found it under "Call Options", yet the 7360 does not seem to have that really useful feature...
Thank you for your help in this matter!
Cheers!

Dear Jainthomaspala,
thank you for your message.
Alas, with the 7360 it seems to be a different story, as my older 1600 has the same option as you indicate.
Still, when activating this option in my new 7360, it will only display the call time once I hang up the receiver...
Cheers!

  • How to get the current data and time of SCOM server via SCOM SDK (API) calls?

    Hi,
    I need to read the current date and time of SCOM server via SOM SDK.
    Is there a class in SDK that provides this info ?
    Thanks,
    satheesh

    To get time and date of Alerts of SCOM, You can use following command let "get-scomalert"
    Also, You can refer below links

    Are you saying when your on a phone call and someone else calls you it does what exactly?  Disconnect your current call with the new call?

  • Finalize() method being called multiple times for same object?

    I got a dilly of a pickle here.
    Looks like according to the Tomcat output log file that the finalize method of class User is being called MANY more times than is being constructed.
    Here is the User class:
    package com.db.multi;
    import java.io.*;
    import com.db.ui.*;
    import java.util.*;

    public class User implements Serializable {

        private int score = 0;
        private SocketImage img = null;
        private boolean gflag = false;
        private Calendar timeStamp = Calendar.getInstance();
        private static int counter = 0;
        /** Creates a new instance of User */
        public User() { counter++;
        public User(String userName) {
            this.userName = userName;

        public boolean getGflag() {

            this.timeStamp = c;
        public Calendar getTimeStamp() {
            return this.timeStamp;
        public boolean equals(Object obj) {
            try {
                if (obj instanceof User) {
                    User comp = (User)obj;
                    return comp.getUserName().equals(userName);
                } else {
                    return false;
            } catch (NullPointerException npe) {
                return false;
        public void finalize() {
            if (userName != null && !userName.startsWith("OUTOFDATE"))
                System.out.println("User " + userName + " destroyed. " + counter);
        }As you can see...
    Every time a User object is created, a static counter variable is incremented and then when an object is destroyed it appends the current value of that static member to the Tomcat log file (via System.out.println being executed on server side).
    Below is the log file from an example run in my webapp.

    It really does seem to me like finalize is being called multiple times for the same object.
    That number should incremement for every instantiated User, and finalize can only be called once for each User object.
    I thought this was impossible?
    Any help is appreciated!

    Thanks...
    I am already thinking of ideas to limit the number of threads.
    Unfortunately there are two threads of execution in the servlet handler, one handles requests and the other parses the collection of User objects to check for out of date timestamps, and then eliminates them if they are out of date.
    The collection parsing thread is currently a javax.swing.Timer thread (Bad design I know...) so I believe that I can routinely check for timestamps in another way and fix that problem.
    Just found out too that Tomcat was throwing me a ConcurrentModificationException as well, which may help explain the slew of mysterious behavior from my servlet!
    The Timer thread has to go. I got to think of a better way to routinely weed out User objects from the collection.
    Or perhaps, maybe I can attempt to make it thread safe???
    Eg. make my User collection volatile?
    Any opinions on the best approach are well appreciated.

  • Current date and time

    What is the simpliest call in Visual C++ with Measurement Studio to extract the current date and time? I am trying to have such info as 1315032804 for March 28th, 2004 at 1:15 pm. Thanks in advance for your advice.

    There are a few options, depending on what format you want the time and what kind of operations you're planning to do with it:
    ATL/MFC - CTime::GetCurrentTime
    ATL/MFC - COleDateTime::GetCurrentTime
    Win32 - GetSystemTime
    Win32 - GetLocalTime

  • I'm trying to display the current date and time on my iPad.

    First, I'm not sure this is a valid post to this forum.  If not, I'd appreciate knowg in where I can get help.
    I have tried several ways to display the current date and time on my iPad.  None  work.  Most things I try give me complier errors but the latest code compiles but won't display the correct time.
    Here's the dispatch code in my ViewController.m file:
    dispatch_queue_t queue = dispatch_get_global_queue(DISPATCH_QUEUE_PRIORITY_HIGH, 0ul);
        dispatch_async(queue, ^{
            [NSTimer scheduledTimerWithTimeInterval:NSTimeInterval)1.0f target:self selector:@selector(updateLabel:) userInfo:nil repeats:YES];
    Here's the updateLabel code: (which never gets executed).
    - (void)updateLabel:(id) sender {
        dispatch_sync(dispatch_get_main_queue(), ^{
        NSLog(@"Datefield Update Called");
        NSDateFormatter *dateFormatter = [[NSDateFormatter alloc] init];
        [dateFormatter setDateFormat:@"EEEE, MMMM dd, yyyy 'at' HH:mm  ZZZZ"];
        NSDate *dayTime = [NSDate date];
        NSString *formattedDateString = [dateFormatter stringFromDate:dayTime];
            _dateField.text = formattedDateString;
        [self.view addSubview:_dateField];
        NSLog(@"Datefield %@",_dateField.text);

    Your code is needlessly complicated and has a few problems:
    // These objects should be created only once.
    NSTimer *dateAndTimeTimer; (You might need to make this a property with a strong reference).
    NSDateFormatter *dateFormatter = [[NSDateFormatter alloc]init];
    [dateFormatter setDateFormat:@"EEEE, MMMMM dd, yyyy 'at' HH:mm ZZZZ"];
    // The subview should only be added once.
    [self.view addSubview:_dateField];
    [self performSelectorOnMainThread:@selector(startDateAndTimeTimer)
                            withObject:nil
                         waitUntilDone:YES];
    -(void)startDateAndTimeTimer
        NSTimer *timer = [NSTimer scheduledTimerWithTimeInterval:1
                                                          target:self
                                                        selector:@selector(updateLabel)
                                                        userInfo:nil
                                                         repeats:YES];
        dateAndTimeTimer = timer;
        [[NSRunLoop mainRunLoop] addTimer:dateAndTimeTimer forMode:NSRunLoopCommonModes];
    -(void)updateLabel
         NSDate *dateTime = [NSDate date];
         NSString *formattedDataString = [dateFormatter stringFromDate:dateTime];
         _dateField.text = formattedDateString;
         NSLog(@"_dateField.text=%@", _dateField.text);

  • Oracle Object Type Constructor Called Multiple Times

    I have an object type with a custom constructor. In SQL, when I reference the attributes the constructor is called multiple times in Oracle 11.2.0.4.
    Why is the constructor called multiple times?
    How do I stop it?
    My current work around is to reference the attributes and use the /*+ materialize */ hint.
    Problem Setup
        create or replace type Foo as object
          Bar1 NUMBER,
          Bar2 NUMBER,
          Bar3 NUMBER,
          CONSTRUCTOR FUNCTION Foo(p_Bar1 NUMBER, p_Bar2 NUMBER, p_Bar3 NUMBER)
            RETURN SELF AS RESULT
            DETERMINISTIC
        create or replace type body Foo is
          -- Member procedures and functions
          CONSTRUCTOR FUNCTION Foo(p_Bar1 NUMBER, p_Bar2 NUMBER, p_Bar3 NUMBER)
            RETURN SELF AS RESULT
            DETERMINISTIC
          AS
          BEGIN
            SELF.Bar1 := p_Bar1;
            SELF.Bar2 := p_Bar2;
            SELF.Bar3 := p_Bar3;
            dbms_output.put_line('Foo Constructor Called');
            RETURN;
          END;
        end;
    Problem
        -- Constructor is called 6 times!
        -- Once for each column and once for each predicate in the where clause.
        SELECT x.f.bar1 AS bar1, x.f.bar2 AS bar2, x.f.bar3 AS bar3, f
        FROM (
          SELECT foo(p_Bar1 => 1, p_Bar2 => 2, p_Bar3 => 3) f
          FROM dual d
        ) x
        WHERE x.f.bar1 = x.f.bar1 AND x.f.bar2 = x.f.bar2
    Output
    Foo Constructor Called
    Foo Constructor Called
    Foo Constructor Called
    Foo Constructor Called
    Foo Constructor Called
    Foo Constructor Called
    Workaround
        -- Work Around
        -- Constructor is called 3 times
        -- Once for each column in the inline view.
        -- Note, I removed column f (the object type) because it's not compatible with the materialize hint.
        WITH y AS (
          SELECT /*+ materialize */ x.f.bar1 AS bar1, x.f.bar2 AS bar2, x.f.bar3 AS bar3
          FROM (
            SELECT foo(p_Bar1 => 1, p_Bar2 => 2, p_Bar3 => 3) f
            FROM dual d
          ) x
        SELECT y.bar1, y.bar2, y.bar3
        FROM y
        WHERE y.bar1 = y.bar1 AND y.bar2 = y.bar2

    Another work-around is described in this thread... Accessing fields of a custom object type... which makes use of a collection type combined with the TABLE operator, like so...
    create or replace type FooTable as table of Foo;
    SELECT x.bar1 AS bar1, x.bar2 AS bar2, x.bar3 AS bar3, value(x) f
        FROM table(FooTable(
          foo(p_Bar1 => 1, p_Bar2 => 2, p_Bar3 => 3)
        )) x
        WHERE x.bar1 = x.bar1 AND x.bar2 = x.bar2
    BAR1 BAR2 BAR2 F
    1    2    3    (1, 2, 3)
    Foo Constructor Called
    Hope that helps...

  • CommandLink Disabled called multiple times

    Hello,
    I'm developing a brief method to enable/disable af:commandLink on certain condition.
    The layout is simple: a table to the left and a panelTabbed to the right. PanelTabbed has a partialTrigger to the table.
    In a visible tab there is a commandLink with Disabled attribute bound to a backingBean method.
    In this method I placed a System.out.println and I can see that this method is called multiple times.
    On pagestart the method is called 2 times.
    On table current row change the method is called 3 times.
    On tab change out of first tab 1 time.
    On tab change to first tab 2 times.
    I wen through all the way from commandLink to top component and there are no additional partialTriggers.
    Could someone explain this to me, please?
    Thanks.
    ADF 11.1.1.4

    Ilya,
    Have you tried using the ADF logger (see [url http://blogs.oracle.com/groundside/entry/adventures_in_logging_index]this blog for lots of details, especially part 5)? Replace your System.out.println calls with calls to the logger, crank up the logging level and use the log analyser to see by ADF/JSF phase when things are called.

  • Valuechange listener called multiple times for checkbox in table.

    Hi All,
    I'm trying to understand how value change listeners work for checkbox components within a table column. I have a checkbox declared as below
    <af:selectBooleanCheckbox id="sbc1"
    valueChangeListener="#{pageFlowScope.classfiyBean.checkBoxValueChangeListener}"
    immediate="true"
    autoSubmit="true" />
    I notice the value change listener is called multiple times. There are 6 rows in the table within which the checkbox is a component. It is called 6 times for a change. How do I prevent this from happening as it's over writing the values of the other rows as well.
    Scenario : The page is based on a human task, so the outcome button cannot be set to Immediate = true since there are other validations on the page.
    JDev: 11.1.1.4
    Thanks

    Hi
    Please make sure that Is there any logic being implemented in WD MODIFY VIEW of view controller.
    If yes that may be the cause of your problem because WDModifyView() is being called every time u perform an action.
    or
    Try to Invalidate current context node which is bound to table UI element and actually containing data at run time. I think this node is not being refreshed. Try to refresh it in Search Button action.
    or
    Check your loop code snippet, if you implemented it anywhere.

  • InitMethod() Before Phase method in View calling many times:

    Hi Everyone,
    i have dragged one table as read only table with single row selection checked.
    One Go button is there in the page.
    The code in the go button is taking the curretn selecting the current row and printing the values.
    The code in the initMethod() is executing the VO.
    The issue is when the page loads the initMethod() (Before phase in View) is calling multiple times even after the page loads.
    Continuously its calling that method.
    How to make it to call it only once when the page loads?
    Any suggestions will be really useful.
    Thanks.

    Hi Jabr,
    Thanks for ur response.
    i dont know that how to do that.
    i have written initmethod()(in before phase) for showing the table values(executing VO) before the page loads such that we can see the table with valus when the pae is loaded.
    Thanks.

  • Call waiting - "End current call" - phone hangs up on everyone

    iPhone 5, current ios7 update, Verizon - US.
    When on a call, and a new call comes up (on call waiting), three options come up - (1) "end current call", (2) "answer - hold current call", and (3) "decline - incoming call").
    When pressing "end current call" - all calls hang up.
    Why would anyone want the option of ending both calls (ending current call, and not answering the incoming call), when someone calls in through call waiting?
    That option doesn't make sense, and is, for me and others i talked to, the default thing you push (it's at the top), the first couple times until you realize what it does.
    It should be the same options as come up when a call comes in regularly, including the ability to respond with text messaging.

    I just found this thread because I have the same issue with iPhone 6 / iOS 8 on Verizon.
    I called tech support and they said there was no switch or setting to make this feature work as we would expect. That said, through some experimentation, we did notice that if I hit "end current call", it looks like it hangs up on both, but from the incoming caller's perspective, it's still ringing.  Then, a few seconds later, it looks like a new incoming call from them to me, which I treat like a normal incoming call and answer.
    So, from my perspective, it looks like it hung up on both and then I got a new call.  But from the caller's perspective, it just keeps ringing.
    It does take 2-3 more rings, so it seems like a long time, even though I answer their call quickly, so if you find that you don't get what looks like that second call, the person may have simply hung up because it took too long for you to "answer".

  • Odd Date for Current Date and Time

    I am modifying a column in a list to get current date and time using =TODAY()+NOW() in the calculated field and get a time that is behind by 1 hour but the date is 4 months 114 years ahead (2128). How can I fix this field?

  • When I swipe phone to open, and hit the phone icon, then make a call, most times it says "calling mobile" but then nothing happens.

    Same thing here.  I'm getting very frustrated.  When I swipe phone to open, and hit the phone icon, then make a call, most times it says "calling mobile" but then nothing happens.  Then I try to end the call and hit the END button.  Sure, it looks like the call disconnected, but as soon as I try to make another call, I see the same screen (the first called) and the words "calling mobile".  The only way I can rememdy this, naturally, is powering off and restarting.  But, c'mon...$300 for a phone that you have to power down between calls???
    I've got the latest OS update, no jailbreak, or anything exotic on my 4s.  What's more, when I try to make a call 2 out of 3 times, the dumb SIRI opens up and stops me from making the call.  (and, yes, I have very carefully checked my process that I am not intentionally activating SIRI with my cheek.)
    Again, $300 for all this in just trying to make a call?

    reset your phonr by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.

  • I currently use a Time Capsule for my wi fi. I would like to extend its range and have been looking at boosters. Is Airport Express the best booster solution when using the Time Capsule or is there a better solution?

    I currently use a Time Capsule for my wi-fi (2008). I would like to extend its range. While there are many boosters that can do the job, what is the best option? How is Airport Express as an option?

    The Time Capsule (TC) can have its wireless network extended by another TC, an 802.1n AirPort Extreme Base Station (AEBSn), or 802.11n AirPort Express Base Station (AXn).
    If your TC is a simultaneous dual-band version, only another TC or AEBSn will be able to extend both radios. The AXn can only support one radio (2.4 or 5 GHz) at a time.

    Use a formula: =NOW()
    Format the cell for Date and Time, with both the Date part and the Time part displayed. Format the two parts as you wish, using the choices in the Inspector's menus.
    The cell will update each time the table is recalculated.
    (Description is for Numbers '09 (Mac), Numbers for iOS will be similar, but not necessarly identical in details.)
