$75 prepaid visa card not received

Hello,I signed up for comcast double play in May 2015 which had a promotional offer of getting a $75 prepaid visa card. I have contacted customer service a few times about it and they have said things like wait 4-6 weeks, pay the first bill etc. It has been over two months and I haven't received anything. I see in this forum that several customers have had to really struggle to get these promostional cash cards. Has someone else faced this issue recently?

Prepaid Visa Card has zero balance

I received my $250 Prepaid Visa Reward card for sigining up for another two years with Fios. We were waiting on a vacation trip to use the card, only when we tried to, it got rejected. So, I went online (following the instructions on the back of the card) and it shows a zero balance on the card. There are also no transactions listed so it doesn't show where the funds went to. Anyone else experience this? I'm wondering if I got a 'bad card'. I tried the phone number listed on the back of the card and it only provides a pre-recorded solutions to basic questions. Can't seem to get a hold of a "live" person. Wanted to see if there are any suggestions that someone can offer that worked for them.

We tried to use our $120 prepaid card but it did not work. We called the number on the back of the card - no solution. Then I called Verizon Customer Care and got a real person - hurray! He checked the account, and put me in touch with the same number on the back of the card. Apparently the card had not been activated. After activating the card we were told that the balance was $0.00. There are no transactions available either. The card has an expiration date of 10/13. This should give us at least six months to use the card. I wonder where the money went? Any suggestions out there? Is there a third party that handles these prepaid cards?

I used a prepaid Visa card on ITunes. The card no longer has money on it. It keeps telling me that there is a problem with my account (it's out of money).

I do not have a regular credit card. I used a prepaid credit card on my ITunes account for a little while, but now the prepaid card is out of money. Every time I try to download new FREE apps, it says there is a problem with my account and that I need to put in new card information. There is no option for selecting none. I tried deleting the old information and entering it as a blank. It will not accept it. Every time I try to download free apps, it comes back with the account information page, and then I can go no further. I cannot even download an update to my IPad from Apple. Help!!

$ 100 Gift Card - Not Received - Frustrating !

I upgraded one of my phone - using the TRADEIN Promotion....BASIC to SMARTPHONE.
I had to call three times and finally speak to supervisor.....to get the textcode.
After submitting the textcode I received a brown envelope - I did everything mentioned and personally delivered the basic phone to the Post Office.
Called verizon to verify receipt - they kept telling me they dont have the phone.
Finally they said that they would give me the $100 gift card in the mail - this happened on Nov 15th 2011
Nov 28th 2011 - No gift card received - Called back again - was told to wait three weeks - till Dec 7th 2011.
Called back again on Dec 7th - was told - the delay could be because of Thanksgiving Weekend - wait 5 more days
Today Dec 13th 2011 - No sign of Gift Card.
I have been a Verizon customer for more than 10 years....
Verizon should keep its promise - the way they want their patrons to fulfill the contract.
This experience is dissappointing and upsetting....

I bought an itunes gift card for me thru my iphone but I have not received my redeem number

no worries, I found the certification number in my own account. Still really strange that the email was not immedicately sent to the designated recipient. I might just have to purchase iTunes cards through retail stores.

i Sent a iTunes voucher to a friend of mine for his birthday, as of yet he has not received it (over 1 week ago). I looked at some forums and found that there is a way to resend the gift card, why would i need to do this? Logic would indicate that the gift card be sent and received immediately after purchase.

Your friend has checked the spam folder on his account as well as his inbox ? There may have been a problem with Apple's or his email providers servers when you sent it and it may not have arrived, or your friend may have accidentally deleted it - you could try resending it and double-check that you are sending to the correct email address.

Why is my visa card not accepted by itunes all of a sudden?

Tried different plattforms, Mac os x, ipad, iphone, by the same result, My valid (for sure, i have used it on other internet based services afterwards) visa card is not accepted by my Apple ID account.
Anyone have any idea whats wrong? Apple bug? Some disturbance in apple store?

Let's make sure we're on the same page. When you remove your battery, is your phone turned on? Yes = proper battery pull, no = nothing will happen.
If your phone is turned ON, then it's time for an OS reload using BlackBerry Desktop Software.
Try that and post back with your results.

Visa card not valid in the U.K

The Visa card I've always used on itunes is being declined and there are plenty of funds in the account. The error message says the card is not valid for use in the United Kingdom, I made a purchase on this card through itunes only a few days ago without a problem. Can anyone help?

The card is a Barclays Visa debit and is a U.K card being used in the U.K. Its the same card I've used on itunes for 3 years with no problem and the account has funds. I've opened up a querie with itunes but they take 24 hours to respond.

If you are using a Visa card, as the original subject of this thread (topic) would indicate, please contact your banking institution (issuer of the Visa card) to ensure your Skype purchase is not being blocked on their side, and to clear whatever reason there may be if this is the case.
Then, please contact Skype Customer Service to enquire what may be causing your payments not to process successfully.

The iTunes Store typically does not take prepaid "credit" cards since they normally have no billing address associated against which to verify. Why the card worked before but not now I don't know, though Apple has been tightening up their security and that may have finally caught up with that card. You can try contacting the iTunes Store and asking if there is any way to use your card, but they may just tell you that it's not possible.

If it is not, then you will need to use a true credit card or purchase prepaid ITunes cards, if Apple has issued them in your country.
