760gm-e51 turns on but no display or beeps

I have 785gm-e51 with a athlon x2 3.0ghz regor, 2x2gb ocz, SAPPHIRE 100253HDMI Radeon HD 4650 512MB, 250gb seagate, lite-on dvd/cd drive. all in a xion solaris ATX case w/ 450watt PSU.
I just built this computer and powered it on, Everything seems to be functioning, CPU/GPU fans running. the motherboard has 4 leds for the cpu stages. the first one stays solid, the other 3 slowly blink inconsistently, they'll all stay on for a few seconds then blink. I also haven't heard any beeps at all.
I simply cannot get it to display a picture to my monitor. haven't seen a display from it once yet.
I tried switching the ram around in multiple configurations. I tried resetting the cmos. I tried leaving only the basics plugged in, CPU+fan, mobo and gpu. I also reseated the cpu with new compound.
I don't know what else to do, any help would be appreciated, thanks

Yes. It's a good idea to construct one out of the box first and then put it in the case after you've worked the kinks out. It is much easier that way. By the way, that 3.0 GHz regor is supported from bios 2.3 on. What bios is currently programmed? I assume you have not had it flashed so the bios chip should have the pertinent information on it. Post the full specs on the OCZ.
Edit: I once had one of my waterblocks grounding to the case. System ran perfectly for months. One day the system posted, booted into windows but would not display from that video card. I disassembled the case and saw where the waterblock had finally rubbed through the interior paint insulating the metal of the case from the waterblock. A little piece of insulating electrical tape solved the problem.

Have you tried booting into the Recovery HD and running Disk Utility and checking to see if the HD needs repairs?
Restart holding Command + r and at the recovery screen select Disk Utility. Then select Macintosh HD and click on 'repair disk'. If anything gets altered click on repair disk again until you get a clean pass. Restart as normal from the Apple menu. More info here about the Recovery HD:

Why is my ipod touch 3g turning on but not displaying the home screen?

my ipod has worked without an issue for 3 years, however yesterday it froze in an app and then displayed the apple icon and then the display turned off. Since then my ipod has been repeatedly attempting to boot up unsucessfully; displaying the apple logo but never going to the home screen. the only way to stop this is to reset it and leave the ipod switched off. Help would be much appreciated

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

I have an iphone 4s that is having display issues. If I turn the phone on, it vibrates to acknowledge it successfully turned on but the screen stays solid black. I can plug the phone into my computer and itunes will recognize the phone as well.

The screen does work though! Through trial and error along side a little troubleshooting, I was able to figure out that the screen will cut on after the phone dies completely. The phone has to die completely with no battery power left. Then if I plug the phone into a charge and wait a while for it to charge, the phone will turn on like nothing was ever even wrong with it. I charge the phone up to like 30% and turn it off then bam the phone turns on but the screen is solid black again.
I am currently in the process of waiting for the phone to die and when I turn the phone back on I am going to completely remove the auto-lock and lock code off of the phone for the time being.
Any other suggestions? Please help!

Sounds like the device was dropped at some point and damaged as a result.
Take it to Apple for evaluation and a replacement.

Mac doesn't boot
Can you hear the fans and hard drive and see the white boot screen? Flashing question mark? The circle just runs and nothing happens? Only black screen and nothing else? These can be very helpful to diagnose the source of the problem. [1]
Flashing question mark [2]: This is usually a sign of a failed hard drive. This indicates that boot up volume can not be found.
Black screen: This is usually a sign of a failed logic board. There is no single reason for this and this may be caused by failed GPU, screen, CPU or RAM.
Circle of death/no circle/blue screen: This is usually a sign of a hard drive failure. This may NOT be a dead hard drive, just broken permissions or something
Gray screen/Apple logo/spinning gear or globe/prohibitory sign/folder with flashing question mark [3]: This could be a sign of faulty hardware but more likely a software issue, i.e. broken permissions, failed software update, etc.

What to do
First, hold down the option key (also known as the alt key) just after you've pressed the power button. This should show all the available options to boot from, so if you have Windows installed through Bootcamp or a disk in your SuperDrive, you should be able to see them along with your OS X drive/partition. Select the OS X partition with arrow keys and press enter. Startup key combinations
If that doesn't help continue doing the steps from below:
1. SMC reset [4]. Shut down and unplug all cables including power cord for at least 30 seconds and then plug in power cord and keyboard/mouse.
2. PRAM reset [5]. Hold down option, command, P and R while booting. Start it when you hear the sound and don't let go before it reboots.
3. Safe boot [6]. Hold down shift while booting to boot into safe mode. If this works, open Disk Utility from Utilities and repair your permissions and verify the disk
4. Hardware test [7]. Insert the install disk (disk 1 in Mac which shipped with OS X 10.5.4 or earlier, disk 2 if shipped with OS X 10.5.5 or newer) and hold down "D" before the grey boot screen opens. Follow on screen instructions
5. Boot from install disk. Boot from the disk that came with your Mac. Hold C while booting. Select Disk Utility from top bar and repair permissions and verify the disk. Reboot normally and see if it works now.
6. Boot from another Mac (Firewire target disk mode). Connect the machines with a Firewire cable. Power on your Mac and press T. Select the other Mac's hard drive. Download the current OS X combo update. Run the combo update installer and select the drive that won't boot as the destination.
7. "Repair" OS X. Boot from the install disk as in point 5. and reinstall OS X. This should NOT erase any data, just replaces the system files which may have caused your booting problem. Now install the latest combo update for OS X and repair permissions on your drive with Disk Utility.
7.1. Install OS X into an external hard drive and then boot from it [8] and try to copy your data from the hard drive before proceeding. If you have done a backup recently, you don't have to do this.
8. Restore OS X from Time Machine backup. Boot from the disk that came with your Mac and choose the Time Machine restore option. This step will lose any changes made since your last backup but the system and your data will be put back to exactly as it was on that date.
8.1 Reinstall OS X. Boot from the install disk as in point 5. and select Disk Utility again. Now erase the whole hard drive and install OS X again. If you had a Time Machine backup and step 7 worked you don't have to do this.

That is a tough problem since you don't seem to be able to boot from anything, hard drive, install disks, external. Sounds a lot like a failure on the logic board. And goes to the AirPort card twice before failing. Are you able to take the iMac to an Apple Retail Store genius bar or an Apple authorized repair service? This would be a good problem for their diagnostics.

Your Mac can't find any bootable partition.
1. Insert the Mac OS X DVD that came with the Mac and press C key while your Mac is starting.
2. Select Utilities > Disk Utility, choose Macintosh HD in the sidebar and repair the disk. If it doesn't work, take the Mac to an Apple Store.
Also, open  > Startup Disk, select Macintosh HD and restart. Maybe your Mac has forgotten the startup partition

Try a Restore...
1: Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.
3: If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try using the steps in this article to force the device into recovery mode.

Nothing is grayed out. It just doesn't want to find any networks. Usually, a whole list appears; mine is at the top. It tries to connect less than 2 seconds and just stops...nothing appears.

Imac air powers up but no display. Apple light is on; laptop is warm on bottom. No screen and no ability to turn off.

I turned off my iMac Air last night as normal and had it hooked to the power charger because the battery indicator was low. This morning I pressed the Power button and nothing. I pressed a couple more times and I heard the start-up chime. The Apple insignia is lit; the bottom of the computer is warm. But no display and I can't seem to turn the laptop off. So I waited a couple of hours with the Macbook Air unplugged. After two hours still noticed the Apple logo was "on" and the bottom of the laptop was warm. Pushed the power button a couple of times and the machine turned off. I pressed the power button again and heard the startup chime. I did this while holding down Option-Command-"R"-'P" (no easy task). The screen came on, very fuzzy at first but the cleared up. Wanted to know if I wanted to reinstall the OS, restore a backup or just restart. I took the simplest approach and restarted. The system rebooted fine. The display is back to where it was before. Needless to say, I immediately backed everything up to iCloud just in case this happens again.
Anyone have any suggestions or advice? Thanks, Papajohn-Philly
