8.02 killed all my apps, DONT UPGRADE!!!

Go I don't know what the hell has happened. I upgraded to
8.02 of Dreamweaver and now any for with a update or insert record
item on it is destroyed. If I open a page that container a form to
insert into a database, make any edit and save it, it tries (and a
emphasize "TRIES") to rewrite the code for the insert record
behaviour. But somehow it remove all line breaks so the code is in
one big paragraph and I have to go through and break it up
manually.
Then if there is a "File Field" in the form, it just does not
insert at all any more. It gives the error :
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e57'
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver]Invalid string or
buffer length
/admin/photos.asp, line 63
or simply does not work or insert anything.
I have now removed Dreamweaver 8.02 completly and am
reinstalling 8.0 and all my extensions again.
Anyone know what happened ???

I am trying to design registration form for my web site but it is not working for me. Why do I have problem with ODBC Microsoft Access Driver? I always end up on the following error page when I try my registration form.

Sharing a physical machine / without killing all my apps

I've created a user account for a friend who occasionally uses my laptop to surf the web. OS X is telling me that for a second user to login, I need to logout, kill all my open apps, close all files, etc.
Seems to me I ought to be able to suspend my login session - then allow my friend to login and surf the web - and then resume my session with apps and files open as I last worked on them. How/can I access "suspend login session" and "resume login session" functionality?

Check "Show fast user switching menu as:" and select how you want to display user names.
When you want to switch users, click on the user name in the upper right corner (next to the Spotlight icon).

How to close all opened apps?

How do you close all opened apps? I do not think sliding the app card off the screen closes the app, so how do you completely close them?

Direct answer: you can't.
Here is what the User Guide says:
To close an application or a screen, in Card view (see Manage
applications in Card view), throw the card off the top of the screen. If
cards are in a stack (see Work with stacked cards), you can only throw
one card at a time.
You close the apps by throwing the card away, plain and simple.
@direstrates: Are you asking how to kill all running apps with one command? Only way I know how is by doing the two-finger reboot.

I have an iPod touch 4th generation and when I try to upgrade to iOS 5.1.1 it says that all my apps will delete but I dont want them too, what should I do?

- Update on the computer you sync with that has allthe apps and other synced media in its iTunes library.
- If on another computer
- Transfer iTunes purchases to the new computer by:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer
- Transfer other music by using a third-party program like on of those discussed here:

- Connect the iPod to the computer and make a backup by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up
- Restore the iPod from that backup. The iPod will be updated too.
Note that the iPod backup that iTunes makes does not included synced media like apps and music.

BB10.3 Upgrade would kill all installed Android apps, with deadly crashes quite often

BB10.3 alpha looks great and seems to be faster. I even entertianed the idea of writing a positive review about it.
But after upgrading to BB10.3 and restoring all the apps using BlackBerry Link, all android apps would stop working. BB10.3 also have a few more hard crashes that I have to take out the battery to reboot. These bugs need to be fixed asap to keep the fans happy. URGENT!
Why people had been dumping their BlackBerry in droves? It's because of these frustrating bugs. Someone need to inform John Chen's engineering team about these issues.

I agree. The 'fans' as you call them are not supposed to have 10.3 yet.
Writing a review on an unreleased alpha or beta product doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Just upgraded all my apps are gone, all my game saves

I just upgraded to 5.0 like a moron and now all my apps, games, game saves, photo folder is missing, kindle, everything. If i dont get my data back im never spending another sent on a app again. Is the data on my desktop? Am i supposed to download each app individually agreeing to terms n conditions 1000 times losing all saved game data?

On Windows Vista they should be under :
C:\Users\username\Music\iTunes\
There should be a directory called Mobile Applications underneath it (not sure on Vista whether it's directly off the above directory or whether there is a folder called iTunes Music in between). If you've authorised your iTunes account (Store > Authorise This Computer) then you should be able to add the Mobile Applications folder via File > Add Folder To Library.
Alternatively if the apps are still available in the store (and you use the same iTunes account as you originally used to buy/download them) then you can re-download them for free : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519

If all of your third party apps are crashing - Try downloading another app - any free app is fine and will work - see if that resets the other apps.
If that's not what is happening try a reset - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

The format keeps changing but the basics remain...in the center of the screen are large images of the recent apps which you can close by swiping up and away.

There is a world of information in these forums if you use the search function near the top right of this page. Just type in NAS for example and you get many threads on the subject (marked with a green checkmark if it solved the question) another example would be Airport Exterme and sound system. Once you formulate your ideas better then specific questions can be addressed one at a time. You may find that a less expensive choice for a server might be a mac mini. Good luck with your project, ask more specific questions and update you systems profile.

The backup that itunes performs does no include any itunes content ( apps/music/vids/etc).
You should have transferred any purchases to your computer.
If you failed to do this, then you will have to redownload:
