8320 with a problem with BES activation. Phone asking for Activation Server address.

I have a remote user, whose BB 8320 is asking for am Activation Server address. I looked thru the forms and the KB and the only two suggestion are use the servers SMTP address or leave blank neither have worked. The user wiped the blackberry before trying to activate. The phone was using BIS prior to today, she had t-mobile change her to their Corp/BES plan.
Help please.....

Thanks, tried that.. half their numbers keep going busy and when they do pick up they are unable to assist.
I called up APPLE in UK as well, no help there either..
but.. I say.. its a SIM FREE phone for crying out loud, what is this ACTIVATION nonsense??

Contact AppleCare(or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.

I would be concerned too if I was not able to gain access to my iPad. If you are unsure what your Apple ID is, you can find the steps in this article:

You can reset a forgotten Apple ID password by going to the following link:

Also, you may be able to skip the step of entering your Apple ID if you are setting up the iPad for the first time.

Careless? Possible, but unlikely. Most likely the phone was stolen from the first owner. It would be a VERY careless iPhone owner who did not erase their personal information from a phone before selling it, and to do that it is necessary to disable Activation Lock. Well, if you did it yourself, then there is a chance that you damaged some other component inside the device that is causing your issue. The iPhone's are not user serviceable, and once you have opened the device you have voided any warranty and post-warranty support from Apple. I would try Google to see if you can find any other way to repair your device, as Apple will no longer look at it.

Perhaps let's first try updating your Apple Software Update.
Launch Apple Software Update ("Start > All Programs > Apple Software Update"). Does it launch and offer you a newer version of Apple Software Update? If so, choose to install just that update to Apple Software Update. (Deselect any other software offered at the same time.)
If the ASU update goes through okay, try another iTunes install. Does it go through without the errors this time?

The previous owner has not given you the correct ID and password for you to use.

We have the correct CVV2, Expiration Date and Billing address, but you keeps declining us. Please fix this problem for me. The issuing bank for this card is Techcombank, one of the largest banks in Vietnam. According to the bank, the transaction is processed in the US. This is a legitimate Visa card.
Please let me know as soon as possible. Apple does a disservice to its brand name by declining legitimate Visa account holders from using the cards in Vietnam.

Just as a warning, your credit card number has been sent in the clear to probably thousands of people, including anyone who subscribes to e-mail alerts to this forum. That's very, very bad. The credit card should be considered compromised at this point, and you should cancel it immediately, if you haven't done so already.

Your card is registered to exactly the same address (spacing and format) as is on your iTunes account ?You can contact iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

PLease navigate to creative.adobe.com and log in with your Adobe Id & password . Once logged in, you will have the option to navigate to Admin Console and send an invite to your self .
Since , you have purchased Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams, to Utilize the functionalities of the team , we need to send an invitation to the end user's so that they can accept the invitation and use the product .

I can not get to iPhone screen, so no way to get to Settings. That is the problem. When I connect phone to iTunes I get screen asking to insert SIN card. On the phone I'm getting Cinfigure screen asking Launguage , Country or Region, Wi-Fi, ( I can connect to my home wi-fi), and last screen "Activating your iPhone". After two minutes of waiting IM getting message: Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server in temporary unavailable. try connecting to iTunes or try later or contat apple.com/support.
Like I mention, I went to Bell as well Rogers store and tried to insert active SIM card with no results.
Yes, my friend unlock the phone to use with Rogers but I don't know where
