8330 alltel curve won't sync with PocketMac, even after driver update

Sooo I have a blackberry curve 8330 I recently got through Alltel. I
installed PocketMac twice now, and was reading all about the FAQ's and
tech. support and it's not recognizing my blackberry. I tried syncing
and it said the "error 1: skipping" thing. I also downloaded the
"driver update" and it's still doing the same thing. It shows my phones
like charging when it's plugged in but I can't sync it. This is my
first blackberry and I'm confused.
Can someone help me, please?
And, does anyone know what "Enterprise Activation" is?
Thanks
EDIT: sorted out the formatting

I also had problems syncing my 8330 Blackberry with my Mac with a program called PocketMac and after installing and reinstalling the program several times and syncing for hours on end (the program was just sitting their), I also spent $49.95 for PocketMac Tech Support. Still no results. I did a little more research and I found a program that I thought was easy to install as long as you follow the simple instructions and it worked great, the program is The Missing Sync for Blackberry Version 2.0.1. it cost $39.95 it is available at www.markspace.com.

  • Ipod won't sync with Itunes even after restore

    Hiya,
When I plug my ipod into my computer, it recognises it's there, but it won't sync with the ipod & update the music on it.
I restored the ipod using itunes so now there's absolutely nothing on my ipod at all, but it still won't sync with itunes, so I have a completely blank ipod...
I've only had it for about 3 months so am not impressed...
    Does anyone have any suggestions?
    Thanks
    Miranda

My was doing the same thing. But I figured out how to fix it. My computer was not recognizing the IPOD so I had to reset the drive letter. Click on Start, then go to the Control Panel, Click on Adminstration tools, Click on Computer Management, on the left hand side of your screen pick Disk Management from the box, it will take a few seconds then it will pull up a list of all your computer drives, highlight your Ipod, then right click and change drive letter or path, I changed it to "I" for ipod. My computer then recognized my Ipod. I opened up itunes and my sync worked then.

  • Calendar.app won't sync with Google calendar after Yosemite update

I recently clean installed Yosemite on my 11" Macbook Air and my Google calendar will not sync with Calendar.app. Everything else on my Google account syncs with no problem, but the calendar refuses. I tried with another google account and had the same problem. Unlinked and re-linked the account in question, same problem. Turned off 2-factor auth, same problem. Tried with CalDAV, doesn't work.
In Preferences > Internet Accounts > Google Account in Question, the box next to Calendars is unchecked by default. When checking it, I get a progress wheel that spins for a minute or so and then...nothing.
I'm out of troubleshooting steps. Is there something I'm missing here?

I'm having the exact same problem after clean install of Yosemite too.
Update: I followed the suggestion on this thread and it seemed to solve the problem.
really weird... i just temporary connected to my phone's Personal Hotspot instead of regular home wi-fi,
    and it started to sync!

  • My ical won't sync with iPhone 4 after IOS 6.0.1 update

My ical won't sync with iPhone 4 after IOS 6.0.1 update. The "sync calendars" option is no longer available after I installed this update. Any ideas???I have tried a few times to sync, and nothing has changed on my calendars. I have had so many troubles with this update. Grrr...

I tried the same but it did not worked. But, i got a solution. I accessed gmail on my laptop. Went to gmail settings. There is a option to add a device. A iPhone was already listed. I clicked Revoke to remove it. Then i clicked add new device and gave it iPhone name and a new 16-20 character password was geenrated. I used it to configure gmail on my Iphone and it worked beautifully. So glad i have been able to fix this. That password is a one time password to authenticate that device.

  • Curve won't sync with Microsoft Outlook anymore

All of the sudden today, my phone won't sync with Outlook.  It starts to sync and a box pops up that says "Blackberry Desktop Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close".  It is stopping in the sync during the calander and it keeps stopping at "record 95 of 2403 records".  Then a box pops up asking if I want to send the error to Microsoft, which I did.  When I went to their link they said the problem is with RIM.
Any suggestions for me are very much appreciated!
    Thanks,
    Amy

  • Curve won't sync with Outlook Calendar 2007

    First the specs:
    BB 8330m (CDMA) - Cellular South - running v 4.5.0.127
    Win XP Pro SP3
    Outlook 2007
DM is v  5.0.0 B28 Multilanguage - With Media Manager
    No BES
    The problem:
Although the phone and Outlook Calendar had been able to sync (either through Bluetooth or USB) for ages without problem, that, clearly, is no longer the case.
There is no error message.  Contacts, Tasks, and Notepad (also through Outlook) still sync without problems. Checking the sync log with all categories set to sync shows that all programs did sync, without making any mention of the calendar.  If you sync with only the calendar checked, no log is created, and the sync bar pauses for only a few seconds at the One Moment Please ..... stage and then blinks off. This is not a shared calendar.
Steps already taken, in no particular order:
Insured that appropriate email address set as CICAL, and deleted any other CICAL service books.
    Reset Configuration for sync
Tried different USB ports (although, as stated, other programs sync)
From Control Panel- Add/Remove Programs, repaired DM.
From DM Backup and Restore: Backed-up BB, then deleted all entries in Calendar-All
Confirmed that H-Key Current User and Local Machine had appropriate permission
    Deleted Intelisync Folder
Insured that Microsoft Outlook was set as default email in Internet Options
Hard resets of BB and frequent reboots of computer throughout the process.
There were probably a couple of other simple steps taken which I have forgotten to list.
Last effort: Uninstalled and Reinstalled DM while simultaneously hard resetting BB.
One other thing which is probably not related but I pass it on in case:
Whereas while trying all of the above, I was using only the "Personal Folders\ Calendar" for the specific purpose of ruling out this failure to sync issue, I have always previously synced two calendars: PersonalFolders\Calendar and PersonalFolders\Calendar\SubCalendar, with this subfolder calendar set as the default.  Thus anything I put on my BB calendar synced to Subcalendar on the PC, while both Calendar and SubCalendar from the PC synced to the single calendar on the BB.  Trying to set that up again after all of the steps above had failed, I see what may be an issue.  While in the Folder Mapping window, it says Calendar <---> 2 Mapped Folders, left of the Map Folders button, it says 1 folder(s) mapped.  Now I assume that it says this because one calendar is a subfolder of the other, but I throw it out there just in case it is, in fact, significant.
Thank you in advance for any suggestions you might offer.

Try deleting all the "email_address [CICAL]" service books and sync after that.

  • TS1372 my classic ipod will not sync with win7PC even after restore. Help

Today when connecting my ipod to my win7 pc it showed totally empty and failed to sync.  I have restored the ipod but that didn't help.  I cannot transfer my music to an external hard drive.  Do you think it is a problem with my PC and is my entire library in jeopardy?

another way to add contacts (this is wat i use) is to
enable ur ipod for disk usage. Then u go to "my
computer" on ur computer, select ur ipod, and drag
vcard files into the contacts folder
to make vcard files, u can either double click on the
instructions in the contacts folder and then change
the info and save in ur ipod contacts folder as a
vcard, or else open microsoft outlook, type in info,
and save in ur ipod contacts folder as vcard.
(note:hitting save without selecting vcard and ur
ipod will save it to ur ocmputer)
Sorry but I'm not using Microsoft Outlook but Address Book in Mac OS-X!

  • My ipad won't sync with itunes, can anyone help

My ipod tpuch and ipad won't sync with itunes even though they are recognised by my comuter. i have uninstalled and reinstalled itunes but still won't sync. How can i get my equipment to sync with itunes?

It has been shown there are problems with the latest update of iTunes and Windows computers. What you need to do is remove and reinstall iTunes, and make sure that you follow the steps in this support document exactly. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1923. If you do not follow them exactly, you will just compound your problems. Once you do this, you should have no trouble having the phone recognized in iTunes.

  • I have moved my music to my new mac air but now it won't sync with my ipod or my iphone 4s

I have transferred mymusic to my new mac air from an acer laptop via an external hard drive and it's all there on the mac but now itunes won't sync with my ipod touch or my iphone 4s.
With the ipod it says 'iTunes could not connect to this iPhone. Could not connect to the device " It also doesn't show up at all in the devices section.
With the iphone it says there isn't enough space to sync even though I have experimented and unticked various things including photos which takes up a lot of space. It seems like it wants to sync with the empty space on the iphone (very small!) and not with the whole thing. I have tried various things suggested on this forum but have had no luck.
