8350i only retrieves selected e-mails

I have 3 different e-mail accounts set up on my device. They are all with different services. The one that use the SmarterTools e-mail client seems to have an issue with what messages get retrieved by the device. The other e-mail clients are through Webmasters and Time Warner on my phone which I don't have issue with.
Basically I don't get messages that are important while spam and other messages come through. If I log into the web based client for this e-mail account I see the messages and I can open them. When I get back to my office and download the messages into Outlook they come through. I don't leave my Outlook open on my computer and it is usually shut down when I not in my office. I have no other centralized server that my e-mails flow through.
I have erased the account and on my device and then re-created it but I still run into this issue. In general I would say that 10% of my e-mails don't come through but it is an issue because these are usually from senders I want to come through. I seem to be having an issue when the sender has a gmail.com or other search engine based e-mail. I have contacted tech support for this e-mail service but they tell me this is a Blackberry issue and everything is working fine with the e-mail client.

Mail 4.5 not retrieving catch-all mail from Pop Server.

I use email fowarding for a domain (hosted at Godaddy) to forward to my verizon email account. For example: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] are forwarded to [email protected] The Mail 4.5 client on my MacBook Pro (OSX 10.6.8) retrieves all this forwarded email correctly from the Verizon Pop3 server.
I also have one of the domain email aliases setup as a catch-all account. For example [email protected] is configured as the catch all. Mail addressed to [email protected] is also retrieved from the Pop3 server correctly.
But any mail directed to the catch-all account because the email address is invalid such as [email protected] is not retrieved by Mail 4.5 client.
The 'catch-all' email is being forwarded correctly to my Verizon Pop server. If I log in to Verizon Webmail I can see the forwarded 'catch-all' emails in the Webmail Inbox. Also if I use Outlook 2010 on my PC to retrieve my Pop mail, it correctly brings down the 'catch-all' email.
It certainly appears like something internal to Apple Mail is filtering the 'catch-all' email and not retrieving it from the Pop3 Server.
If you can understand what I'm trying to report - can you help me figure out what is wrong?

I now do want to catch all email as it has become my lives work to report spam.
So I figured out an easier way to catch all email using simply the serveradmin command-line tool (this only takes email that would otherwise bounce):
sudo serveradmin settings mail:imap:lmtp_luser_relay_enabled = yes
sudo serveradmin settings mail:imap:lmtp_luser_relay = catchallusername
sudo postfix reload

Retrieval of e-mail

The Blackberry 7520 I own erases my e-mail. Could you tell me how I can get it to retrieve the e-mail it erased and to stop erasing e-mail?

Configuration items:
- You only access this troublesome email from your BB -- you do not access it from Outlook, some WebMail interface, etc.
Issue:
- You see, on your BB, that emails are vanishing from this account without your intervention.
Cause/Resolution Possibilities:

2) Your device may be configured to delete items automatically. Check this setting...with any message list displayed:
BBKey > Options > General Options
The last entry on the bottom of this screen..."Keep Messages"...set as desired
3) Your email provider may auto-expire and delete old emails. Contact them for assistance.

Not all AOl e-mails appear each time I select e-mail icon

I just bought the Iphone 3G and I seem to be having problems with my AOL e-mails that are pushed to the phone. Sometimes when I select the mail icon all of my AOL e-mails are there but other times, only 2 show up and there is a message that there are 95 e-mails and 2 unread. I then have to select this line and the e-mails start downloading. Shouldn't all of my undeleted e-mails appear when the mail icon is selected and then when selected, any new e-mails would appear. Why would I have to select this line (95 e-mails and 2 unread) to see all of the e-mails that I have read and not deleted.

I had this problem also. Because I was moving over 200 emails, I couldn't not drag them one by one. I followed th eadvice to "archive mailbox" someone here suggested. That works, but the emails are then unformatted and hard to read. I also dragged all the emails after selecting all, into a Pages document. Then I saved. Then I dragged th esaved doc into my burn folder. I burned th edoc and the mailbox archive onto a CD. After checking that it was there and useable, I deleted the document on my Mac, and then deleted all the emails from the mailbox. I was doing this to protect thr privacy of some medical emails while freeing up space on my Mac's harddrive. I hope that helps everyone.

Is it possible to display only dynamically selected fields in the out put? i need to display set of columns in the selection criteria, but in the output i have display only input given fields. because i need to convert it into .csv file. So i have to display selected fields from internal table. In oracle they are using"execute immediate". is there any equivalent in SAP?

Are you talking about dynamic programming in ABAP ?
If yes, there are concepts like RTTS which facilitates it.
Yes, the select query also supports dynamic selection of fields. ( Please care about ( ) in dynamic sql ).
Do more research on Field Symbols and statements like ASSIGN COMPONENT OF.

Mail program is retrieving every e-mail from the server every time I open it.

Each time I open my mail, it retrieves every e-mail that is on the server. I know that the problem is not with Comcast, because I downloaded Thunderbird and it works just fine. Once a message has been retrieved, it does not retrieve it again.
My iMac is Version 10.6.8.

To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...
Open System Preferences>Accounts, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.
Setup one mail account for a test.
Does Mail work in the new account?

Crystal Report can only retrieve 1 row of data

We are using the following configuration:
- Microsoft Windows 2003 Server R2 for x64
- Microsoft .Net Framework 3.0 for x64
- Oracle Client 10g 10.2.0 for x64, which inlcudes Oracle Provider for OLE DB 10.2.0.2.21
- Crystal Report 10 redistributable for x64, from Visual Studio 2005
With that configuration, each time we run a report in ASP.Net, we can only retrieve 1 row of data, even though the data is more than that. We have no issue running the same report in 32 bit (same configuration as above, but 32bit).
For the meantime, we use ODBC connection, and it runs well. But, ODBC is slow and since the system that we build is still under heavy testing, if any problem occurs during report generation, it locks up other reports and we have to restart the IIS. So, ODBC connection is definitely a no-no.

I can not print only a selected part of a page

I have reset the print.print_printer and still can't print only the selected part of a page. I highlight what I want to print and use control P to get to the printer setup. Then I click the selection button and then OK. The preview screen shows what would print but the page has blank space above what was selected. This has only started to happen since the upgrade to FF 11.0. I have tried the same operation using IE and it works fine. please, is there a fix for this??

Use Mail Scripts. Its Add Addresses function will collect all the addresses from all selected messages and allow you to select the ones you want to add and allow you to create groups as you go.

Is iCloud really a backup service? Because I can only retrieve 60 out of my 600 photos.

Hi, my girlfriend was robbed of her iPhone and now we want to retrieve the pictures from iCloud to her new iPhone but it only retrieves 60 out of 600 from the Photo Stream. According to iCloud the latest backup was made 22nd of January.
Does it only retrieve from the last 30 days? (I read that somewhere)
If so: how can you call it a backup service?
And why is her 5 GB storage filled up if I only had 60 photos on there?
And why can't you just let the users browse among the backed up data. It is more likely that you look for single documents rather than your whole backup. Especially as you usually make backups on computers sometimes and fill your phone with new pictures and then there is no space to restore anymore.

Outlook 2011 for Mac stops retrieving new e-mail

I have both Outlook 2011 for Mac and Apple Mac tied to the same Gmail account via IMAP. After a few hours, Outlook stops retrieving new e-mail while Apple Mail continues retrieving new e-mail with no problem. I've already deleted the Gmail account from Outlook and recreated it. What could be causing this? Should Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac be re-installed? Does Outlook 2011 create a log during the e-mail send/receive process that I can review?
