845e ht ready and pc 2100 200/266 mhz 256 mb memmory module(s)

Hi all i am experiencing this problem on all my mainboards as described in the title, here it is:
Bios recognizes only 128 Mb of Ram no matter if they are 1 or 2 (same kind of modules), i tried BIOS update too.
The weird thing it's that it's happening on all my mainboards of this kind but when i'm trying the same memory modules on MSI VIA chipset based mainboards it all works fine.
Thank you in advance for your replies

motherboard is MS-65663 ver 2
Here is the report generated by AIDA, i cutted off the stuff about the OS because it is too long if you need it i will post it in the reply if asked:

  • Belkin Flip and Logitech Classic 200 - Keyboard not recognized

I have a KVM switch (Belkin Flip) and a Logitech 200 Classic Keyboard. I'd like to be able to use the CTL key as a Command key for the Mac, but when I plug it in to my Powerbook either direct or through the Belkin, it says it doesn't recognize it. I downloaded the Logitech Software and that too says it doesn't recognize it. I've tried different USB ports, but no luck. The thing is, the keyboard works fine (so obviously it's recognized somehow), but I can't use the CTL keys. Also I'd like to be able to take advantage of the Logitech software and assign some other keys. Any ideas?

I have the same problem. I found I can unplug the keyboard and when replugged, everything works OK.
I just upgraded to OS V10.6.4 and still must unplug and replug the keyboard in order to type.
    WHY?

  • Windows media player plugin loads up, then just says "ready" and never plays the file. what do i do?

Whenever I use the internal WM plug-in, it loads up, then the status in the player reads "Ready" and never downloads/plays the file.

    Hi Lindsay.
The [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Windows_Media_Player MozillaZine "Windows Media Player" KB doc] explains installation and troubleshooting in-depth including a link to test the plugin, which should help you solve this problem.
Do note - if your Windows 7 OS is a 64-bit version, make sure that the plugin actually ends up in the Mozilla Firefox plugin folder (default '''C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\plugins\'''). There are reports of the plugin (or actually Firefox) ending up in the wrong folder. 64-bit Windows systems has 2 Program Folder locations - "Program Files" for 64-bit applications, and "Program Files (x86)" for 32-bit applications.
Also note that the Windows Media Player is required to use the plugin - if WMP has been uninstalled from the Windows Control Panel, the plugin will not work.
Please let us know how above works out, and if we can be of further assistance. Detailed feedback is appreciated and helps us to help you better, plus enables us to better help more users with similar problems.

  • Agent Desktop's agent state toggles between "ready" and "reserved

Hello and thanks for all of your past help.  I have a user whos'e Agent Desktop's agent state toggles between "ready" and "reserved when no calls are coming in to he IP Phone 7941 or 7961.  Can anyone help?
    Thanks, Chet

Is the agent's phone actually ringing at all? If not I suspect the IP IVR ports are unable to call the agent. UCCX tries to send a call to the agent so it sends the reserve event to the agent and then tries to send the call to the agent but is failing so it cancels the event flicking the agent back into ready. Perhaps check to make sure that the ports have an appropriate calling search space to call the agent extension. Maybe configure a phone the same as the IVR port and check to see if you can call the agent extension?
    Cheers,
    Nathan

  • Questions on agent state of phone ready and email ready

An agent can put themselves in both phone ready and email ready state...does that mean they will get both a phone call and an email at the same time?
Or does it mean that if they get an email, they go to not ready state for both phone and email?
If an agent is both phone ready and email ready state, which takes priority?  Is there a way to ensure (configure) incoming phone calls take priority over incoming emails?
Also under configuring agent e-mail, Maximum number of e-mails on agent desktop = the maximum number of e-mails an agent can have on the desktop at any one time - what does that really mean?
    We are running UCCX v7.0(1)

The terminology used is that email is an "interruptible" channel and voice and web chat are not. So if you are on a voice call, you cannot get interrupted - by any call, be it another voice call, a web chat, an email. You are ready on all three channels, but cannot be interrupted.
As for the email channel, you can get interrupted by a voice call or a web chat at any time, if you are ready.
(Aside: In UCCE you can change this behaviour and make email a non-interruptible channel, if you so desire - I don't have any customers that have wanted it that way.)
The number of concurrent tasks you can handle on a channel is configurable. By default, voice is 1. I don't think that can be changed - and rightly so.
But web chat and email can allow a number of concurrent tasks. In email, these are sitting in your "current activity" box and you are handling them in some random order. In web chat, they represent different customers you are chatting with at the same time.

    Geoff

Thanks for your advice, I went to the apple shop today for a face to face meeting with a tech and he checked everything and could not figure out why I was having this problem so we decided to give up on that account and create a whole new one for me using a different email address.
Now I can download apps on both my iPhone and ipad2.
If anyone is reading this in Brisbane Australia go to the Chermside apple shop and ask for Wade. He was fantastic!

  • UCCE 8.5 Sometimes Agents state toggles between Ready and Reserved

    Hi,
Sometimes Agents state toggles between Ready and Reserved.
Our System is UCCE 8.5 and components versions are ICM 8.5.4, CVP 8.5, CM 7.1.
If Help we use QueueTOSkillGroup node with requery.
    thanks

    Hi,
If agent is getting Reserved and if the call did not arrive to the agent, there few things we need to check like
    * This mostly happens only for few agents with similar series of Extension (like 5XXX)
    * Phone which has this problem, you need to check the Partition/CSS setting from CUCM side
    * You can check Device Target is configured for that Extension (mostly people use Agent Targeting Rule with the range of    Extensions, make sure this exension is covered in that range)
    * You can check in you CVP, whether you have Routes configured for this series of extensions.
But usually if this kind of instance happened for an agent for 2 call, the Agent should be moved into NOT READY state automatically by the system with the Reason code 50010.
Are you sure they are going to Ready state ? Are they manually chaning the state to Ready state or it is automatic
There are lot of posts in the forum with similar issues

  • Difference between EHP4 Ready and Installed EHP4 system

When i  installed EHP4 Ready System the SPRO path is somewhat different from the EHP4 IDES system for some of activities.
Also when i installed the EHP4 using solman the SPRO is same what was there in the EHP4 Ready system.
Let me elaborate , what we are experiencing
    1. For Ex : Easy DMS node is not there in the EHP4 Ready and also not after the installation of EHP4 , Does selection of technical usage effects the functionality ? like in easy dms as we did not select the technical usage of easy DMS in solman while upgrading the process.
    2. Also  if we have missed this easy DMS stuff , how can we install now ?
    Please advice ...

    Hi,
In EHP4 Ready system, all the basic netweaver components are on 701 release like SAP_Basis, SAP_ABA etc. and all ERP components are on 600 release. So, you cannot use this system as such.
You need to upgrade EHP4 Ready system to EHP4 level using EHPi installer. For that you need to select required usage type in MOPZ in solution managerwhich you want to use in the system and then upgrade it.
As in your case you need to upgrade only easy DMS component in your as system as I assume your system is already upgraded to EHP4 level.
    Thanks
    Sunny

  • CAD Ready and Not Ready Icon

    All,
    We use CCX 7.0 premium.
In UCCX 502, when user is in Ready status, Not Ready icon is greyed out. It is very easy to tell whether agent is Ready or Not Ready. In CCX 7, the icons no longer get greyed out. It is very hard to tell what is the current status of CAD.
I looked at CDA and could not find a fix. Any suggestion how to change it?
    Thanks.

    Hi Wenqian,
I am not sure if you are aware of this, but UCCX 5.0.2 does not support CAD on Windows 7. The first UCCX release that does support Windows 7 is UCCX 8, which is currently available and 7.0.2 which is scheduled to release at the end of the year. Please see the following link for Windows 7 support
Cisco Unified Communications Support for Microsoft Windows  7
    https://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6789/ps7046/ps7282/product_bulletin_c25-563280_ps1846_Products_Bulletin.html
You can also use the Compatibility Matrix as well
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_compatibility/matrix/crsmatrxeol.pdf
CAD on Windows 7 for UCCX 8 has the same behavior with regards to ready/not ready buttons. Many customers requested that the agent be able to change reason codes without going ready and this change was implemented for that reason.

  • K7D Master and Adaptec 2100S RAID not working

I have the K7D Master with 2 AMD 1900+ MP cpu's and 1 GB RAM. I can not get the Adaptec 2100S RAID SCSI card to work with this mainboard. I have taken out all of my PCI cards, and I have tried to place the 2100S in all of the PCI ports, but the card will not work. It seems that the bios of the K7D do not like the bios of the Adaptec card. The Adaptec works fine with the K7NPro motherboard, so it is nothing wrong with the card. I have just bought 2 x 15.000 rpm scsi disks, and I was really looking forward in having SCSI RAID with this excellent motherboard.
Does anybody have the same problem, or does anyone have a solution - it will be highly appreciated.

I am using anAdaptec 29160N with 3 scsi drives and this works like a charm. It is just the Adaptec 2100S which doesn't work, and the problem is related to the AGP port. I tried to remove my AGP card and installed a PCI video card - then suddenly the 2100S worked. It was assigned an IRQ and I could also get inside the bios/menu of the card.
I therefore decided to test different AGP cards - I tried Creative Banshee (3DFX chip), Creative GeForce 2 Ultra, Leadtek GeForce 3 Ti 500 and 3DFX Voodoo 3. The Adaptec card would not boot no matter what AGP card I tried. The machine hangs when the bios of the Adaptec is showing. I then tried 3 different PCI video cards (Geforce 2MX, ATI Rage3D and Matrox), and the 2100S worked with all of them.
So it seems that the Adaptec 2100S will not boot (hangs during bios message) as long as the AGP port is being used on the k7D - the question is: can MSI come up with a new bios that resolves this problem or do I have to live without my 2100S ?

  • 2100 Series maximum of 256 clients?

Really the title has it all..
I don't find any documentation anywhere that indicates that there is any maximum client count usable using a 2100 series access point controller... We had two lightweight access points connected, and added a third, but this number was not affected.
Monitoring the system using the web interface the client count goes to 256 and connected clients goes to 256, and then no further clients are accepted...
Please tell me how I can overcome this apparent limit?

    Hi Jim,
    I know that this is not the "exact" reference that you were looking for, but this number is not spelled out in any 2100 Series documentation. This was the closest reference that I could find after searching the other day and today;
    Q. Are the Cisco Wireless LAN Controller Modules functionally similar to any other Cisco wireless LAN controllers?
    A. All Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers support the same software functionality. The differences between the models are related to interfaces and capacity. From an overall (hardware and software) perspective, the WLCM is most similar to the Cisco 2106 Wireless LAN Controller. The primary differences are:
An integrated services router with a Cisco Wireless LAN Controller Module and Cisco EtherSwitch® Module can connect 6, 8 or 12 LWAPP enabled Cisco Aironet access points without a separate switch, versus six for the Cisco 2006 router. Cisco Aironet access points can be connected to an Ethernet switch module on the integrated services router (e.g., 4, 9, 16, 24, and 48-port modules with Power over Ethernet [PoE]).
    Q. How many simultaneous wireless clients can be supported by the Cisco Wireless LAN Controller Modules?
    A. 256.

  • Satellite L20-101: I think 667Mhz module runs only with 266 Mhz

    Hello,
    I have purchased 2x 1024MB DDR2-RAM for my L20-101.
First I tried 533MHz but the notebook didn't work with them, so I bought the
    667 MHz version.
CPU-Z says that the FSB:DRAM-ratio is 1:2 so both are actually running with just 266 MHz.
I've updated the BIOS with the latest version from the Toshiba-homepage, but nothing changed.
    So finally my questions:
    1. Maybe CPU-Z is wrong (I don't think so...), are there any other good programms to check the memory parameters?
    2. If the values shown in the programm are correct: Where can I change the value for the ratio? Is there any possibility to see more than the few settings in BIOS or is it a jumper setting?
    Thanks for your help

    Hi
First of all its important to mention that the Satellite L20-101 supports an FSB of 533 MHz.
    So the DDR2-400/533 256MB (PA3389U-1M25) and DDR2-400/533 512MB (PA3412U-1M51) memory modules should work and are 100% compatible!
If you will use the 667Mhz module, it will run only at 533Mhz because of the limitation of front side bus.
Furthermore I think you have misunderstood something.
These are DD2 modules and therefore the CPU-Z recognizes the modules speed as 266 MHz (2x266 = 532Mhz)
So everything seems to be ok!
PS; You can also use the other tool called Everest home edition. Its a freeware and very useful to run a system and hardware diagnosis
    Greetings
