When using the "Repair Adobe Reader Installation" , I receive ""The Windows Installer Service can not be accessed" Is this a glitch in 9.3.0? Service people who whave checked the machine claim nothing is wrong. Using Vista Home Addition 32 bit. Suggestions, please. Thanks 

"The Windows Installer Service can not be accessed" is clearly a windows error.
This is no way related to Reader 9.3.
I am sure you can not install,uninstall or repair any other application also.
