911 coming from main number instead of individual user DID

We are moving all of our numbers to a SIP provider and need to make sure that when someone dials 911 that it comes from the "main" number of the facility instead of the individual users phone number.
Is it possible to setup lync to operate this way, if so how is it achieved?

Yes it is possible. Just setup a route for 911 and use the "Suppress caller ID" option to replace the calling number with whatever number you choose.

The calling party may be using your iPhone's phone number to call you. Otherwise, an E-Mail address is used as a phone number, so you must have a different E-Mail address for each device, and registered to the same Apple ID. You might try completely turning off the iPhone and seeing if the iPad can receive FaceTime calls.
If it works like an iPad, you would turn off the iPhone by holding the Sleep button for several seconds until the "Slide to power off" arrow appears. To turn it back on, you would hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears.

Since I upgraded to iOS 8 my messages are now coming from my email instead if my phone number. I've attempts to change in setting but can't get it to switch back??

Under Settings->Messages->Send & Receive
1) is your Apple ID listed there?
2) Under "You can be reached..." is your phone number appearing at the top of the list and does it have a checkmark next to it?
3) Under "Start New Conversation From" is the checkmark next to your phone number?

Go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, and click on your Apple ID and sign out of Messages. Then sign on again. Sometimes it needs to reset itself....

No audio is coming from my subwoofer, X-fi Platnum edit

No audio is coming from my subwoofer, instead its coming from the center speaker. This was in the diagnostics test for my speaker set up. But, in the THX Surround Sound setup, I would get audio out of the subwoofer, like it should be. I have double checked all of the wire and plugs making sure they are inserted into the right jack. I have done a repair install for everything on the setup disk and i don't know where to go from here. Help would be very nice. Thank You for your time.

I upgraded to the new final release drivers (was using the beta version) and still no output from the optical out.
I resat the internal ribbon cable on both ends, checked all the pins (none bent), and reseated the power connector.
Still no output from optical. I'm beginning to think I might have a bad board or breakout box.
Since I've gotten no responses from anyone I guess it's time to use my "complementary" tech support call :P

I just came over from Sprint 4 days ago and had my number ported over. When I send a text to another number, it shows up on the other phone as coming from email address and not my phone number. For example, if the recipient of the text has me in the contacts as "Tom", the text comes to them displaying my email address instead of "Tom".

Welcome to our family. We want you to be able to enjoy all the services we provide and we definitely need to address this. Do you receive/make calls without problems? Are you able to receive messages with your contacts' number? Are you using iMessages? If so, go to Settings>Messages>Send&Receive>only your phone number should be enabled.

The only way to see the contact name is for the information coming from Caller ID to match what is entered in the contact exactly. If it does not, then it would not display the name. Check to make sure what you are seeing when the number comes across that it is matching what you have in contacts. This includes the prefix as well.

You can't delete an account, you can only stop using it. If you're getting that error message you won't be able to create a new account on your device. Your only options are to re-use one of the accounts previously created, or create a new account on a different iOS device or Mac (running OS X Lion or higher), if you have one.

If i understand what you are saying then you are seeing the WiFi indicator after connecting but Apps are saying that they are not connected to the internet?
Your router may not have given your iPod a valid IP address. Go to Settings > Wifi > your network name and touch the ">" to the right to see the network details. If the IP address starts with 169 or is blank then your router didn't provide an IP address and you won't be able to access the Internet.
Sometimes the fix can be to restart your router (remove power for 30 seconds and restart). Next, reset network settings on your iPod (Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings) and then attempt to connect. In other cases it might be necessary to update the router's firmware with the latest from the manufacturer's support web pages.
If you need more help please give more details on your network, i.e., your router make, model and version, the wifi security being used (WEP, WPA, WPA2), etc.

You can enter the serial number in the main sequence instead ot the "Pre UUT" but there is no reason to do that.
if you still like to input serial number in your sequence You will need to make sure that you update the variable in the process model which stores the serial number ie. RunState.Caller.Locals.UUT.SerialNumber
This is used to generate the report.
the report can also contain the serial number of the uut if you select "New file for Each UUT" under Configure-Report options and in the "Report File name path"
The format of the name of the report will be
[123].txt
"123" was the serial number which I entered.
If you are not happy about the name of the file you can replace Locals.ReportFilePath to contain the right name using a statement step in the process mode
l. If you using the default process model please make sure that you add the statement step after "Determine Report File Path" step in the Process Model.

I have texts from a friend. I want to tell someone else what thier cell phone number is. I go to the under contact.
There are three numbers, all in a row — how do I tell which one the texts are coming from (and going to)?
